I brought family and grandkids from Colorado and Washington to enjoy a few days in the mountains for some skiing, tubing, and just time in the mountains. the House was perfect the 3 little (4, 6 and 8 loved the bunk room, and there parents stayed a the next room ( it had a TV room and next to that Ping Pong and air hockey which the kids loved. Kitchen and upstairs was also perfect - well decorated for the holidays, open with Kitchen and family/dining room. Appliances and kitchen were well stocked and in good working condition. Bedroom on this level was comfortable, and the 2 bedrooms the upper level were perfect. The hot tub took a while to warm, and fortunate my son knew how to operate. All in all we loved the property and the Owners were extremely responsive and helped on ideas of things to do.

My family enjoyed the property and Angela was very helpful answering all our questions before and during our stay.

Didn’t matter if you wanted to stay at the house or be out and about, there was something for everyone to do. We had a fantastic time. Kitchen wasn’t as user friendly as we are used to, but once we found what we needed, all was good. Whole family agrees this is a great location and we’d all stay again!

This house is a gem. We had four couples and a couple of single friends for a weekend of skiing, and every was so comfortable. The hot tub was perfect for after skiing. The living rooms, kitchen and dining table were plenty large for all of us. It’s a short walk to the end of the street for the ski shuttle (like 50 feet or so), which was so convenient for the number of people we had. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of dishes for the 10 of us for multiple meals. Plenty of towels for both bathing and hot tub. Extra throw blankets too which is always nice. The views from this place were also stunning! From the windows and also just a walk around the neighborhood, so beautiful! It’s also only 5 minute drive to Safeway grocery store! Or you could even take the shuttle there!

This property is definitely a great place to stay if you are going to be in the area! Quick access to the shuttle system and an easy drive to WP resort. The house had plenty of room for a large group and was very nice inside and out. The hot tub is a huge bonus as well after a day of skiing! Only problems we ran into were minor like some small leftover damages from the previous group and the kitchen not having some staple supplies like oil. Other than that it was amazing and would definitely recommend!

Such a grand home! Perfectly situated for skiing, tubing and dining out. We stayed for a long weekend with a group of 15 and there was plenty of room. The game room and hot tub were a favorite for the kids while the grownups gathered in the kitchen/great room with games and cozy conversations by the fireplace. With a well equipped kitchen and solid mattresses with soft sheets on all of the beds, we could not have been more comfortable. We saw a moose right next to the house. Incredible! This home is very inviting, cozy, clean and comfortable. The five bedrooms accommodate large groups and familys perfectly, and the proximity to fun activities in the Winter Park/Fraser area is great! We have rented this house two years in a row and would love to again!

I rented this property for 3 nights for my daughter's wedding first week in October and we couldn't have been more pleased! The home was very comfortable and accommodating for our group. The 4 bedrooms with queen size beds worked wonderfully for the couples in our group and the 5th bedroom with the bunkbeds was perfect for our single guests. The entire house was very clean, the kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of glassware, dishes, cookware and small appliances. There were plenty of towels in all the bathrooms and extra towels in the laundry room for those that relaxed in the hot tub! We were about a five-minute drive to the grocery store and about ten minutes from the wedding venue. Angela is an exceptional hostess, very quick to respond, caring and considerate. The property and entire area were stunning! Very nice house, well equipped, the owners were very responsive and helped with any questions we had. The ping pong table and air hockey were a huge hit with the kids and the hot tub was perfect for the adults! The kitchen was well equipped so that we could cook dinner each night. Great proximity to Winter Park Resort and Rocky Mountain National Park!

This three-level home is fantastic for extended families. Put the kids downstairs in the bunk beds, let them use the ping pong table, have the mature adults on the entry level, put the young couples upstairs and you'll have a great time. The kitchen is plenty big and well-stocked. Close enough to town to do activities, and secluded enough to feel like you are on your own. Do be aware that the home is set up for 3 vehicles, so plan ahead and you'll have a great time.

House was perfect for the 12 of us. Nice to have a space in the lower level for the kids to hang out. Game room and hot tub were a big hit. House had everything that we needed. We would definitely rent the unit again.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The house was the perfect size for our family of 16! The scenery was gorgeous from the house and things were close by. The owners were wonderful to work with. They were accessible via communication. It made our stay stress free and we could focus on being together with family. Would definitely consider visiting again.

I can confidently say my family's stay at the Bern's cabin was beyond excellent. Check-in/out: stellar communication, easy instruction Cleanliness: Spotless upon arrival Comfort: Great open main floor and basement for family gathering, spacious kitchen, cozy couches and beds. Location: Top notch. The purple line will pick you up and drop you off basically at your doorstep. Gorgeous mountain views. Hot tub: excellent Honestly, do not look any further. My family is hard to impress, and they loved their stay here. Can't recommend enough.

We loved the house. There was plenty of space for all of us. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the view of the mountains! So peaceful amd relaxing!

This property is large & spacious enough to allow for privacy & also has a large living area for group gatherings. The location is near everything we needed & the activities we had planned. While the property had lots of dinner ware available the cookware was limited especially when cooking for a large group.

We spent four nights here and loved the proximity to Fraser and Winter Park. The house was clean and spacious and Troy and Angela were great hosts!

Terrific vacation retreat. The house felt very welcoming and spacious. Everyone was happy with their accommodations. Clean with comfortable beds. Kids loved area in back for sledding and playing in the snow. Would definitely rent again. Highly recommended. Felt much bigger than pictures showed.
