We had a great week in Makarska end of July 2015. The apartment was wonderful in a great location . Everything about the apartment was just as in the listed description. The owner was very helpful and made us feel welcome. We can definately recommend Makarska and this apartment!

Actually we wanted to give not 5 star - because the apartment has earned at least 6. We spent 3 wonderful weeks here and there was nothing missing. The apartment is furnished with attention to detail, has a phenomenal view of the town, the sea and the islands, is quietly and anyway centrally located. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. Again a big thank you for all at Nerma and Admir.

We have two weeks holiday with the family, the children are 12 and 14 years old, spent in Makarska. The apartment makes from the first look a very good impression. Everything is clean and tidy. The view from the living room, with the doors fully to open, is super. On the upper terrace you can let the evening perfectly. Our children have been looking forward to a fast Internet access, which has worked without problems. A small pursuit is certainly the lack of a lift, but this was for us no problem. We will be happy to come back to the apartment. Makarska is a great place with good opportunities in the area. The beach promenade is going to walk great and at the evening is always something going on. A trip into the mountains Biokovo one can suggest, because off the great views. We are always happy to eat in the restaurant Lido, as it is directly at the promenade and you sitt under palm trees, that provides a great atmosphere and the food is good. From the the appartment you have to go 5 min.

This apartment is simply perfect - fabulous view, luxury fittings, spotlessly clean, excellent air-con throughout, private, and in a top location in a vibrant resort. Lots to do during the day and the evening - all an easy 5-10 minute walk away. In fact, it's nice to be a bit away from the bustle of the waterfront. The stairs within the apartment block are a climb, but certainly manageable and very safe - and they mean the view is amazing. A brilliant apartment in a great resort for families and singles. The landlord is also extremely helpful and informative.

We have just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday along Croatias Dalmatian Coast.We spent our first week in this lovely apartment in the charming resort of Makarska before moving on to the islands. The apartment has all the facilities that you require , was spotlessly clean and had views to die for - particularly the sunsets from the top terrace.One should , however ,be aware that the apartment is on the 4th floor of an apartment block with no lift so leave the heavy suitcases at home !! The owners could not have been more helpful and provided some very useful information before travelling. This was our first visit to Croatia and won't be our last ! Makarska is a charming town - a nice blend of locals and tourists.The beaches can be quite busy but you get use to that - the sea is crystal clear.In the evenings there is a wide choice of good restaurants , pizzerias etc.We felt very safe at all times.

Staying in this apartment was a pleasure as it has everything you need including a beautiful view of the Makarska harbor. The apartment is very clean and is in a great location. There is so much to do not only in Makarska but also in the surrrounding area. It is a gorgeous country. We enjoyed our week long stay and hated to leave. Hope we can return sometime!

What an amazing, luxury high spec property, equipped with absolutely everything you need, nestled in a quiet elevated position with fabulous views of the sea. Having breakfast on the balcony watching the boats leave the harbour daily was a real treat. The views from the terrace and the amazing sunsets are nothing short of spectacular, especailly whilst sampling the croatian wines obtainable from all the local supermarkets. The pathway in front of the apartment block connects you to the old town and harbour in minutes and the beach after a further few minutes pleasant stroll. Whilst we had intended to use the apartment as a base, I'm not ashamed to say that the hire car didn't leave the garage during our stay, there just didn't seem any spare time to fit sightseeing outside of Makarska into a week filled with relaxing, strolling, and visiting the delightful restaurants. We have come home feeling totally refreshed and relaxed. Whatever you are looking for, the beautiful town of Makarska in stunning croaita, and this fabulous apartment has it all. I am delighted that we have already booked to return again next year and are already counting the days!

Best apartment ever! We spend 3 weeks overhere and I would have liked it to be much more..Apartment is luxurious decorated, kitchen has everything one can immagine, INTERNET available!, 5 minutes walk to town/beach and then the views from both terraces, the photo's don't lie!! I can recommend the apartment without any restriction or hesitation, especially to families or groups of 4-5 persons. It deserves a 5-star rating in every regard: centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood, within 5 minutes walking distance from local style restaurants and stores, perfectly maintained and luxuriously equipped (including Internet connection), you will not find anything missing in the kitchen, bathroom or even the two terraces and the garage. The owners provide excellent service, extremely friendly and polite yet discreet. The tourist info and recommendations we received from them were extremely helpful, everything is well described and easy to find. Makarska is wonderfully suited for all holiday activities, from hiking, cycling, swimming, or any other sports - there are two sports centers in town -, to partying or just relaxing on the beach. We truly enjoyed our family holidays there!

Extremely comfortable and well appointed holiday villa, in a lovely town. Aside from four flights of stairs to get to it, the apartment itself was genuinely very nice, well equipped and conveniently located for the town and beach - if you are thinking should i / shouldn't i book it, just go ahead - you won't be disappointed with the place or the area. Visits to Brela, Brac, and Split/Trogir are well worthwhile, and Croatia is one of the nicest countries i've visited, and i have travelled the world!

The apartment was exactly as described and provided an excellent base from which to explore Markaska and surroundings. It truly felt as though we were using somebody's private home, with careful attention to quality and detail that this implies. The owners provided us with a comprehensive info pack prior to arriving, which proved very useful. Their thoughtful and proactive approach to making sure that we enjoyed our stay was a significant highlight. We have, over the years, rented many holiday apartments, but this stands out as being one that we would gladly return to again in the future. In short, we enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment.

As the title describes: CLEAN: nothing more to say COOL: there are 4 air con systems, one in the living room, one in each bedroom and one in the staircase BEAUTIFUL: perfect view from both of the terraces, just bring your clothes and toothbrushes with you because nearly everything is existent at the apartment ;-) Absolutely a place to come back to!!!

This was the best accommodation I've ever had on holiday. My family and I arrived from Split rather exhausted, having taken public transport, but as soon as we saw the apartment, our spirits lifted and continued to stay up for the duration of our stay. The top terrace was the first place we went in the mornings, to drink in the unbelievable scenery. Everything you could possibly need had been provided. The beds were super-comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the kitchen brilliantly equipped. I can't rave enough about this property. It was a stone's throw from the town, which was lively without being overwhelming. But the best thing at the end of the day was to return to that wonderful rooftop terrace and watch the sunset.

We stayed in this glorious apartment for one week and found it hard to venture out! The apartment is spacious, has fabulous views is very comfortable. It is very close to all amenities- a bakery, restaurants, grocers and the harbour. The central bus station is also just a 10 minute walk.From the harbour we could walk around the coast to quiet places where we could swim. I mustn't forget to mention the wonderful festivals of music in the square most evenings.

The apartment was very well appointed. It had beatiful views over the bay from the sun terrace on which we spent some lovely afternoons and evenings. It was only a 5 minute walk to the sea front. It could have done with a lift as we had 4 floors to climb up. Really enjoyed our stay here and in Croatia. It is the most beautiful country. We will certainly be returning.
