The condo was just as advertised in a great location. So convenient to the beach with access to chairs and umbrellas that were set up each morning. The coolers and ice packs with beach towels made life great. Walkable to many restaurants. Owners binder was so incredibly helpful for transportation etc. Sunset Catamaran cruise is a must. Adeline the property manager was awesome and very attentive with communication and suggestions. Would definitely book this property again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean and spacious condo. The Grandview property is smaller and more private, which allows for a more relaxing time away from large crowds. Great beach location with a number of dining options within a short walking distance. The host and property manager were both wonderful. A great experience overall!

This was absolutely the perfect place to spend a week away. The property was EXACTLY as it appeared in the photos, I walked in and couldn't believe the water was so blue and the view was just as perfect as I'd hoped it would be. The apartment was neat and everything we needed was there and in good working order. This is the PERFECT location - we loved how convenient it was to everything while the property itself was still quiet. We'll defintiely be back

Property is better than described. Clean, cozy with amazing views. Short walking distance to restaurants. It’s a small complex so the beach is less crowded. Will definitely be back!!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Everything you could possible need or want is available here! After reading all the reviews we chose to book and everything is just as the pictures show and all the other reviews say all the good things I would want to repeat in mine. The communication, and check in experience was one of the best we have ever had. Thank you for having one of the most beautiful places in Grace Bay and for our wonderful vacation!

The apartment is perfectly located on the best part of Grace Bay. It was spotless and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Large lanai with gorgeous views. Quiet beachfront with plenty of seating. Fully stocked kitchen and excellent SUP and kayaks in the garage. They even provided us with water refills for the dispenser. The property manger Adeline was amazingly helpful. I would definitely return.

This was our fourth stay in Grace Bay but our first time staying on the beach. What a treat to have your tea in the morning with that view. Priceless. Rachel and Adeline were amazing with their communication and helpfulness, always quick to respond and assist at anytime. The condo itself was perfect, everything we needed for our weeks stay. The ice maker, ice packs and coolers were a lifesaver, was great not to have to lug a cooler bag down in our carryon bags. It was also helpful having the extra sunscreen and bug spray provided to us as we didn’t have to purchase any and could only bring limited. The only complaint I have, and it’s beyond the control of the owner, but feel it should be mentioned. One of the reasons we booked this unit is because of the hot tub, so nice to come back to after a day of kiteboarding. Unfortunately the heater is set to a timer and it doesn’t get up to temperature until about 9 -10 pm, rendering it almost useless to us. Would’ve been amazing to jump in at 430, have a beverage and watch the sunset after a long day of boarding. We managed just fine on the patio don’t get me wrong but would’ve been the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend this beautiful condo on this beautiful beach. 5⭐️

We love VRBO because of the information we receive before booking. This is a 5 star experience on VRBO and it's very accurate rating. Some standouts: The host/concierge did an excellent job of communicating and texting immediately once we arrived. The Pelican restaurant next door was awesome after traveling all day and wanting to chilax. Location near resorts, restaurants, grocery store, Ritz Carlton, Seven Stars, etc. The only minor improvement would be to get blackout shades for the guest bedroom as the light outside the window is very bright, so if you like complete barkness bring black out sleep mask.

We loved everything about our recent trip. Our plane was delayed and we only arrived after midnight. The property manager assisted and provided grocery basics so we could have breakfast in the morning. The condo is comfortable, clean and well equipped. Perfect for families. I loved the large deck where we could sit and see the ocean and the pool. It was not noisy at all. Excellent communication from the host and property manager. They are very helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

I would highly recommend if you are looking for a perfect place to stay that is quiet and not on one of the larger resorts. The property manager was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is ideal - probably the nicest beach area in Grace Bay and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

This condo is the perfect balance of everything. The view: Grace bay beach, perfect view with corner unit having full beach and sunset view. The Condo: Modern/comfortable/clean/spacious. All needed kitchen items. Comfortable furniture. The balcony is huge. I had coffee in the big chairs every morning and drinks in the evening. The motorized bug screen is the key. It's the tropics, mosquitos happen, and this condo solves the problem of ugly bug screens and ruining the view. The pool: We didn't use it much because of the beach. But, the area was very nice. The beach: Perfect. Chairs and umbrellas, no effort or cost. Clear sky blue water. Location: Near all the good stuff. I recommend a car. Restaurants: Easy walk to several excellent restaurants at Grace Bay Club and Royal West Indies. Infiniti (try the full and lounge menu), Lunch at Pelican Bay and Just Tacos is great. These are direct access (not walking on road). Others located very nearby can be reach by walking down road or driving just 1-2 KM. Coco Bistro ($$$) was beautiful and very good. There are other great restaurants worth a drive (Mango Reef). Local Host Adeline: She was such a great help. She made everything easy. Helped us with a reservation and recommendations. Activity: Do the full day tour with Caicos Island Charters Crowd: I think this is the balance because the big resorts are all around providing restaurants, but this building is only 3 floors tall, making the beach near private.

Hubby and I have been coming to Provo regularly since 2007, and we decided to bring my parents to join us this trip. First time staying at the Grandview and we will most definitely be back! Prime location on Grace Bay and a wonderful, spacious and well equipped unit. Was an absolute dream (with the added bonus of having the place to ourselves it seemed!). Walks for ages in either direction, central to everything we needed, and a great home base for our island adventures and beach touring. Rachel and her property manager Adeline were responsive and incredibly helpful on all aspects of our stay. Thank you so much!

The Grandview was amazing! From the time we checked in until it was time to leave everything was wonderful. Rachel the host was very attentive and accommodating with questions prior and after booking and Adeline the property manager was very helpful and answered any questions that we had regarding our stay. The condo is beautiful and spacious and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants. Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay at the Grandview. Incredible location just far enough away from some of the larger resorts in Grace Bay. Condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean and generously stocked. Wonderful view and so close to the absolutely gorgeous beach. Communication and check in could not have been easier and the on-island host, Adeline, was fantastic. Would not stay anywhere else if/when we go back to TCI.

Our family of four (2 parents and 2 teens) enjoyed a wonderful week at the Grandview. Location was so ideal - easy to get to, right on the amazing beach, close to restaurants and shops. Parasailing and snorkel excursion boats pick you up right on the beach at the condo! Never had a problem getting beach chairs for our family - we mostly enjoyed relaxing there and in the amazing water. Condo was equipped with everything we needed - including coolers with freezer packs to take our drinks and snacks down to the beach. So convenient! Adeline and the property owner were extremely responsive to any questions we had. We did end up renting a car at the last minute which was a good choice for us - nice to be able to get to the grocery store and wine cellar and try some restaurants away from Grace Bay. Highly recommend this property!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The condo is exactly as pictured and in a fantastic location with easy access to the pool and beach. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities and more. It was just a perfect home base for us to enjoy everything that Provo has to offer. Adeline was easy to contact (and really helped us in a bind when we had an issue with our rental car!). Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic week at the Grandview! I don't like the crowded resorts - so this was the perfect spot for our family. Spacious condo with everything you could. possibly need for the week including towels, kayaks, floats and a paddle board. My favorite thing was the beach set up and the proximity to our room. Just steps away from the most amazing beach imaginable! Communication with the owners/manager was fantastic. They did everything to make sure we had a wonderful stay and even left us an arrival happy! We loved our stay will definitely return!

The condo had it all to make our stay so relaxing. Check in was a breeze and the property manager was helpful. The condo is beautiful inside, nicely furnished with everything you'd ever need. The beds were very comfortable and it's a large space perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen is well appointed and makes cooking easy. We enjoyed the large balcony especially for the glorious sunsets. The walk to the beach was short. Never hard to get a chair at the beach always available. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. It was true paradise!

The condo was Perfect! It was centrally located on the island minutes away from everything. It has all the amenities you needed for your stay. The property manager Adeline Pierre was great. She helped us from setting up our pickup from the airport on arrival, what restaurants to choice from and picking up our list of food and snacks for our stay. If you going to visit the island this is the place to stay.

Our first time to Turks and it didn’t disappoint! The condo has BEAUTIFUL views, so clean and pristine, quiet, everything you could ask for. Adeline is such a pleasure to work with and gave us great advise on everything from transportation to private chef. The owners were easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. We will be back!

We went to Turks and Caicos for a delayed honeymoon and we absolutely loved this condo! It’s walking distance to all of the resorts/restaurants, yet feels very private and tucked away. We were very comfortable in the condo and loved the views and the very short walk to the beach. It was exactly the experience we were looking for and could not recommend it more!

The property was clean, spacious, great view of the beach and the water, well maintained, good air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen for creating meals (pots, pans, lids, utensils, sharp knives, toaster, blender), comfortable beds, fast WIFI, etc. All the comfort of home on Providenciales!

Steve and Rachel's condo was beautiful! The views were amazing and the condo was one of the cleanest VRBO's we have stayed in. The condo was very well stocked. Adeline was very helpful and recommend excellent restaurants and adventures on the island. This was our first visit Turks. We will definitely be back next year.

My husband and I were blown away by the beauty of this condo! The pictures were spot on! The location was perfect to walk to places to eat and hang out...however, we never felt we needed to leave beach out front! Adeline was incredibly helpful and always quick to reply to any of our questions. We would HIGHLY recommend this condo!

We just returned from a week at the Grandview, and it was perfect! The condo is exactly as shown in photos - clean, updated, and gorgeous view! We loved our stay and would return again. The condo is well-equipped, owners and property manager were easy to communicate with, and the location on Grace Bay was perfect. This condo is easily walkable to many beachfront restaurants and lots of excursions available that pick up right there at the beach. All basics were provided in the unit, we appreciated the coolers and ice packs, and the filtered water. Also the bike was a great way to jaunt to the nearby grocery store. We loved our trip and highly recommend this condo.

Amazing!!!!! First and foremost, the condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures—most importantly the incredible view of the water. The unit was clean, airy and bright. Everything we needed was right there in the unit. The kitchen is well outfitted for a family’s needs. There was nothing that we needed for cooking that could not be found in the unit. All of the linens and towels were in great condition. The balcony of this unit is tremendous overlooking the pool and beyond the gorgeous waters of Grace Bay. The Grandview grounds are lovely and very well maintained. The staff at the Grandview is warm and welcoming. The unit also has a garage that truly is filled with lots of goodies for use in the water—floats, kayaks, paddle board, etc. You will have everything you need right in the unit. I cannot say enough about the location! The Grandview is located right next to the Grace Bay Club, which is a very high end property with several wonderful restaurants. It is also about a mile walk into town and you can easily walk to the grocery store and several other restaurants that are exceptional. The location is absolutely wonderful and if you decide to rent a car, you are able to park in the gated lot right behind the Grandview. So convenient. Stephen and Adeline are wonderful to work with. Both were easy to reach and lovely to communicate with. Adeline was quickly accessible while we were on site and was able to answer any questions we had about the unit as well as provide us with some recommendations for excursion providers, etc. Our family loves TCI and plans to return frequently! This unit would be our first choice every time!

Excellent property and location. Right on the beach in Grace Bay and located close to several restaurants and shops. The beach access was great. The condo has great amenities and provided us everything that we needed.

This was our third stay at this property which I think says it all. We love the condo which is beautifully and comfortably decorated and well equipped. It is located on the perfect part of Grace Bay beach from which you can take long walks in either direction. Honestly, it doesn't get better that this!

We came back to the Grandview at Grace Bay because we love it here. Steve and Rachel’s unit was perfect for our family and we plan to return next year.

We had a wonderful experience our first visit to TCI. The Grandview property was perfect. The communication is excellent with the owners as well as Adeline. The condo was clean, spacious (larger in person than in photos), well equipped and what a view!! It is quiet and not crowded. We never had to worry about chairs or umbrellas being available. We will definitely return in the future. You will enjoy this property!

This specific unit has an amazing view, is extremely clean, and working with the owners and property manager is great. The location allows you to walk to almost anything you may want to do. Love it!
