Wonderful location blocks from the Danube, parliament, and Deak Ferenc station. We were able to take city buses and subway to many places. Also, easy ride from and to airport. The building is probably a few hundred years old. The stairway landings had mosaic tile floors. Apartment is on 3rd floor (4th as we count them) with no elevator, but the great location was the trade-off. Apartment has modern ambiance and conveniences. Apartments are off an inner courtyard, so quiet, good for sleeping. Thank you, Attila.

The top highlight of this apartment is its location, right in the middle of downtown, in front of Elizabeth square and it’s Ferris wheel. Most major city points of interest reachable by foot. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped. We made most of our dinner at the apartment. A few additional pots and pan would have helped but we did without. At the end of our stay, we walked to the Viking cruise port, less than 2 km away. One warning: don’t carry a heavy luggage because the apartment is on the 3rd floor, 102 steps to climb and no elevator.

The apartment is in just across the street from the Budapest Ferris Wheel and was in an excellent downtown location where it was easy to walk to all the sites of the city. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Attila was a great host and very responsive to our questions before arrival. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Budapest!

This property was clean, hosts were outstanding and answered all questions sent their way. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the location was perfect. We felt like we were at home. It was a heat wave while we were in Budapest and could have used fans as well as the air conditioning to help with sleep but otherwise absolutely no complaint. The stairs to the apartment kept us in shape. 😉

We stayed at this property June 11-14th. It is a very nice apartment, fully modern, clean and comfortable. Having the washer/dryer combo was a definite bonus. The one and only downside is that the apartment is on the top (3rd) floor and there is no elevator so a problem for anyone with mobility issues. I really can't think of a better location as just outside the door is the park & ferris wheel, an abundance of restaurants and shopping, St. Stephens Basilica is very close, and the Parliament is an easy walk. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Budapest.

If you are lucky enough to have this available for your stay take it! Clean, comfortable, everything just likes the photos! This place is right next to the Ferris Wheel and great location for groceries, transit, the sites and restaurants. Two comfortable beds, air conditioning and laundry was great too. Attila was on time to help us check in and helpful ahead of time with our questions. Just be sure, as advertised lots of stairs so if mobility issues then that would be the only downfall.

Location was perfect, and apartment was very comfortable and safe for two female travellers. Would absolutely recommend to anyone travelling to Budapest!

Easy check in process with Attila who kindly met us just after midday so we could leave our bags and go exploring straight away. The apartment is exactly as described and is shown in the pictures. The whole place is very quiet despite being so well located. All the main transport links stem from this location making it very easy and convenient to get to where you want. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. Thanks for a great stay.

This apartment is in a great location, near the Ferris wheel and at Christmas time, in between two markets. There is a grocery store on the corner and if you need to take bolt, it’s usually only about a 5 minute wait. The modern bathrooms with a heated floor were a wonderful welcome in December. The washer/dryer were also a huge bonus. Everything was great. We will stay here again if we ever visit Budapest.

The apartment is located across from Erszebet ter, with in walking distance to many of the sights and sounds of Budapest. Also, public transit stops, heading in all directions are located within a two block radius of the apartment. A perfect location for your short or long term stay. I travelled with one of my sisters to visit another sister who lives in Budapest. We stayed for 54 nights. The two bedroom, and two bathroom were perfect for our use, the kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare meals. The apartment is air conditioned, located on the third floor, facing into the courtyard, therefore was quiet. The only draw back is the 100 steps to the third floor location. But, despite the stairs, I’d stay there again on another trip. The owner was attentive to our needs, and was very helpful.

Had more than the normal amenities and in particular the a/c came in very handy with the excessive heat when we where there. Newly renovated and in a great location.

If you’re looking for the perfect stay in Budapest, look no further! Attila was the most gracious host. The property is in the heart of the beautiful city of Budapest, and there is even a grocery store next door. All the amenities one needs are provided, and the building is quiet and adorable. I am so happy with our stay and will be back!

A metro stations was nearby for visits to the other hotspots within Budapest. In the parking under the Erzsebet park you can park your car for a week for only € 90. We (family of 4) have enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment is situated right in the heart of Budapest, the Danube is only a 10 minute walk away. Airport transfer bus stops almost in front of the building. Metro station is very close too. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Kitchen is fully equipped: big fridge, good oven, Nespresso caffee machine, and everything new and in good order. We spent New Year's Eve here, and the noise in the streets during the night was almost imperceptible. Heating (that includes underfloor heating in the bathroom!) works perfectly, we appreciated this when coming home after long winter walks. On our day of departure, we could leave the suitcases in the apartment until early evening. A lovely apartment, highly recommended!

Very comfortable & clean apartment. Barnabus was very kind & helpful checking us in. Great location!! We got our exercise climbing the stairs & we did enjoy the A/C.
