Wir verbrachten hier einen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt. Meine Frau und ich (35) sowie unsere gemeinsame Tochter (2 Jahre). Zudem war eine der beiden Wochen meine Schwiegereltern zugegen. Vorweg sei gesagt, dass wir die Anlage jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Wir wurden freundlich von Rosario und seiner Frau empfangen. Die Anlage erfüllt alle Wünsche, hält das Notwendige wie Nützliche bereit. Der Garten ist in einem super Zustand und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Hängematten, Liegen, bequeme Terassenmöbel sind allesamt Vorhanden. Für unsere Kleine war einiges an Spielzeug vorhanden, etwa das Spielhaus, aber auch zahlreiches weiteres Equipment, womit wir so nicht rechneten. Es gab auch zwei kleinere, aufblas- bzw. aufbaubare Pools. Für unsere Tochter ideal. Wenn wir Abkühlung benötigten gingen wir zum ca. 600m entfernten Strand oder nutzten die kühle Freiluftdusche im Garten. Man war sehr für sich und abgeschottet, obwohl das Haus in einer Gemeinschaftsanlage liegt. Nach Rundherum durch viel Grün gut abgeschottet, bietet der Garten auch viele schattige Plätzchen für die Mittagshitze. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man vor Ort nur Lebensmittel benötigt. Von Flaschenöffnern über Gemüse/Obstschäler hin zu diversen Töpfen/Pfannen, Grills, Schüsseln ist alles da, was man benötigt. Es gibt Tische für die Terrasse und ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten. Innerhalb der Wohnung sind 2 separierte Schlafräume, wovon einer mit einer Klimaanlage direkt ausgestattet ist, ein weiterer wird indirekt über die Klimaanlage des Wohnzimmers mitgekühlt. Bei offener Tür ist dies ausreichend kühl (Außentemperaturen 38°+). Das Bad hat eine große Dusche, Bidet und Toilette. Mehr benötigten wir nicht. Wir nutzten maßgeblich den Eingang über den Garten, möglich wäre aber auch ein Zugang über die Haustür gewesen. Es lässt sich alles gut verriegeln und es existiert auch eine Alarmanlage. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, wir fühlten uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt gut aufgehoben und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Rosario steht stets mit Rat und Tat bei Bedarf zur Seite. Wenn man das Haar in der Suppe suchen will, befremdeten uns die Bewegungsmelder im Innern (Sicherheitsaspekt allerdings positiv), was wir aber auch in umliegenden Anlagen beobachten konnten. Das WLAN war völlig ausreichend. Theoretisch hätten wir auch 2 TV nutzen können (Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer), wovon wir aber keinen Gebrauch machten. Insgesamt sagen wir Danke, Rosario, a presto e in bocca al lupo.

Très bon séjour chez Rosario, hôte très disponible et petites attentions très appréciées (notamment le goûter d'arrivée pour les enfants). Le jardin est parfait pour les enfants. La situation est idéale pour visiter les différents points d'intérêt (Taormine, Syracuse, Etna).

Nous sommes partis avec nos deux enfants, 12 et 3 ans. Bien que notre arrivée soit tardive Rosario nous a attendu et pris le temps pour tous nous expliquer. Rosario et sa femme sont très gentils et pleins de bons conseils. L’appartement est très bien équipé, on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. La climatisation fonctionne à merveille !!! Mais ce qui est super 😄� c’est le jardin, les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés avec toboggan, petite maison, hamac, petite piscine, ballons, jouets (et donc nous , nous sommes bien reposés). C’ est calme car le jardin donne sur une rue fermée. Il y a des commerces autour mais il faut une voiture. Pendant deux semaines nous avons rayonné autour : plages (Rosario met à notre disposition serviettes de plage, parasols, jouets), Taormina, Syracuse, Catane, Etna, ... On recommande! 😊�Merci Rosario

We had a great week stay here! We were 5 people (2 small childrens) total and never felt cramped. The house is very comfortable for spending time with a family. One big sleeping room and another one, a smaller one, mostly for children. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can't think of anything that is not there, bathroom was clean and it also had a washing machine. The house is at a walking distance from the beach (2-300m) - which was almost empty during working days (it is worth noting that we stayed there end of May to early June). The water temperature was ok. The garden (very well maintained) was the real attraction for our kids, with plenty of space and toys. Several restaurants and two little supermarkets are withig walking distance. The location of the property is within a short drive of numerous beautiful beaches and fun and cultural experiences (Etna, Syracuse, Taormina, Giardina Naxos, Catania). Rosario and his wife were very welcoming (we found a lot of food in the fridge when we arrived at the property and any issue was solved as soon as possible) and informative (Rosario recommended and gave us great directions for places not to miss while being in that wonderful region). He arranged a very nice boat trip to Taormina for us and he even meet us in the harbor. Thanks! We will hopefully be back!

Rosario is a fantastic host, doing whatever possible to make your stay in Sicilia as great as possible. Organization and availability is as good as it could. The description of the house corresponds to the description and is perfectly suited for a family with young kids. The location of the house is ideal, at the hearth of the triangle Catania (main airport of entry to Sicilia) - Etna - Taormina, what makes daily trip to these key sites easy by car. We can only recommend Rosario's place for your next journey to Sicilia.

L'appartement de Rosario et Mariella est le point de départ parfait pour découvrir la région : l'Etna, Catane, taormine, siracuse... Il est très confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. On a l'impression que c'est une amie qui nous a prêté son appartement ! Bel jardin, de beaux draps, de belles casseroles, un vrai sèche cheveux, tout est aménagé avec le souci du détail. N'hésitez pas !

Fantastico! Il nostro soggiorno qui è stato semplicemente fantastico, l'aria che si respira in questo luogo è carica di profumo degli alberi di limone, mandarino, arance, etc.. Il contatto con la natura era quello che cercavamo ed è stato bellissimo svegliarsi e trovarsi tutto questo verde a darci il buongiorno. I bambini appena svegli si riversavano in giardino a giocare con i giochi messi a disposizione per loro. Sottolineo il vantaggio del giardino privato che garantisce la dovuta sicurezza quando si hanno bambini piccoli. .La casa all'interno è estremamente accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort. Ci siamo trovati benissimo anche grazie alla gentilezza di Rosario e Mariella e alle loro premure nei nostri confronti. Consiglio a tutti questo luogo, è un angolo di paradiso ancora incontaminato, dal quale poter raggiungere e visitare le più belle attrattive della Sicilia. Grazie ancora di tutto.
