2nd time staying with Maria. Great location and apartment has everything you could possibly need. 24hr store nearby as well as an abundance of bars and restaurants. We love it there Maria is the consummate hostess and welcomes guests to her homes. A very ‘personal’ service.

All was very clean Having a kitchen was perfect Appreciated beach toweks, chairs and umbrella Wish the bedroom lamp was next to bed (no plugs) Some shelving in bathroom would be helpful due to no countertop space

Right around corner from Bridge Street bars, restaurants, shops, dolphin tours, fishing pier. It's nice bcuz there is NO WHERE to park on Bridge St. Across the road from beach access which was convenient. The property owner is really awesome. Maria was great. Can't say enough about her. There is good on site parking. Unit was sufficient. AC was cold and new. I liked the electronic door pad.

The room was ok. Location was great

Old building divided up into numerous small rental units. The renovations were done quite rough. Good location, close to Bridge St. Unit was clean, and hosts were friendly.

The apartment for two people is perfect, location is the best across the street to the beach and everything you need es close, thank you so much

We came to this place shortly after the New Year, in the midst of Covid. It was PERFECT! Cozy & awesome location! (Clean & comfy) Maria & her husband were amazing hosts, EXCELLENT communicators & friendly. Would LOVE to stay there again!!

Wonderful stay. Place could use a little updating, but still nice. No door to bedroom, but not an issue for us.But the minor things that could use improvement were no big deal considering location. Our porch was private for sitting and watching people walk by or cars. The walk to the beach and location for trolley stop are great! Walk to restaurant and pier in less than 5 mins. Highly recommend would 100% stay again! The

We stayed for 2 nights for a beach getaway. Location was perfect. Directly across from beach access to a quiet stretch of the beach. The location is perfect, you can park the car and walk to everything you want to do for your stay at the beach. Check in was simple and we had no issues. Room was clean and no frills. Could use some updating to mechanicals but that wasn’t a concern to us, everything worked and we spent our time on the beach and taking advantage of the area.

The unit could use some TLC and it’s not a two bedroom (more of a studio with a tucked away bed and pull out couch) but the location is prime. Close to the beach and to good bars, restaurants, shops, coffee joints, etc.

Let me start by saying that there are many positives but there were also some negatives. The pictures provided on their VRBO site must have been from another unit since our bedroom did not have windows, a closet, and there was no TV in the bedroom. There was not a pedestal sink in the bathroom. The towels provided were clean but well worn. They showed signs of fraying and some appeared to have bleach stains. Some of the outlets were loose in the unit. The bathroom faucet was loose and moved when we put the water on. With all of that said, the property manager was very quick to respond, excellent location for this unit, comfortable queen bed, and the unit was adequate and clean. We really loved the location because it literally was right across from the beach and Bridge Street was very close by.

Everything was easy with check in process.

We really enjoyed our night out on the island... nothing new, as we frequently venture out that way. Our quarters were clean, quiet and within walking distance to BridgeStreet. The bed was comfortable, fridge was cold and A/C even colder. If I had to be picky one thing that bothered me, was that the entrance door had a crack at the top. It made me feel like the unit wasnt as secure as it could be. I'm a local and always feel safe on the island but I'm also a bit of a worrier. With all that said I would stay again.

Central to everything.....beach path right across the street and the front patio is great, drinking coffee and saying good morning to passersby's is great!!!!!

So close to the beach!! We loved the location and how very clean the house was.

Everything was great. The apartment was in a great location and very comfortable. The only 2 things i would add is more utensils. And what would make it even better is a little gate outside yo the kids can be in the little patio without goi g to the street.

There were both positives and negatives with our trip to AMI. The property was clean and the location was great...less than 50 yards to the beach. The condo itself was adequate but fell short in a couple of areas. The only furniture in the main living area was a couch. The lack of supplies was a bit disappointing. We only had 3 forks, spoons, etc. We had to buy a corkscrew so we could enjoy a glass of wine. There are no laundry services on the property. The owners were very friendly and responsive. My only suggestion to anyone inquiring about this property is to ensure which unit you are renting. Only 2 of the 6 units are worthy of more than a 2 or 3 day stay.

Bradenton beach was just across the street and no crowds, almost private. The bay, shopping, restaurants and Bridge St. Pier were within two blocks. Hope we can return next year.

The property is in need of TLC. The bed was not comfortable. The floors creaked.

Across the street from a great beach and walking path and a few blocks from Bridge Street, this is a very convenient location. The front door is right near the road and can be noisy especially if you don’t have the ac on. I had difficulties with the combination lock but response was good and solved my problems twice. A nice spot.

This was a great property to stay at for our first family vacation. It was perfectly located, steps away from the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Maria and Mark were so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. I read reviews before reserving the property and I will say that they definitely listen to their guests as they upgraded the couch mattress to a foam Mattress which was very comfortable and they did supply paper plates so that you don’t have to worry about breaking the good dishes if you have small kids. The house needs some updating as the front door and bathroom door wood is shedding. I do recommend this house as it’s a true beach house.

Recently stayed at Maria's place and had a lovely time. It was just the right size for three people. It was clean and welcoming! We were steps away from the beach and a block away from the pier and some delicious restaurants. We will definitely be back! We love Anna Maria and now we love this place too. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in this location. The only way you could be closer to the beach was to actually be on the beach. Perfect access. We loved that we were 2 blocks from shopping and food. Bridge street is great if you are looking for a night life after a day on the beach. We were slightly disappointed in the fact that our rental wasn't as updated as we like. I felt the pictures were slightly deceiving. It was clean but there needs to be updates. Especially the sofa sleeper. Very uncomfortable and it was rough having to sleep on it for 4 nights. It would be ok for children but not for adults. We also knew there wasn't a door on the bedroom area and initially we were ok with that. Being there however, we did not like that it limited our privacy. If they had the tv or light on, I was unable to sleep because it was similar to being in the same room. I think a pocket door would be perfect for that space. Also, the closet doors need repair. They don't stay in the track when opening and closing. We also felt with only the sofa for the living room that it made it difficult to come in and lounge around in the evening before bed. One of us always had to sit on a kitchen chair or lay in the bed. There were plenty of items in the kitchen for food prep and eating. I would like to see them add some plastic service (cups , plates). We ate outside and were worried about breaking the glass. Overall, we loved our stay. I would recommend this place for a 2 person stay but not more than that.
