Home is in a great location, short walk across the road to the beach or a few blocks to Bridge street for food and entertainment. Great for a couples weekend away!

Cute little place. Small, one bedroom with; hot plate, toaster, small fridge; microwave, couch that could fold down for extra bed. What I loved best was the 50 steps to the beach! And 20 steps to the trolley that takes you to other island beaches/stores, restaurants, etc. Will definitely stay again!

Take all the positive reviews and imagine they are pasted here! My wife and I are in mid 70's and needed and very much appreciated the easy access to literally everything, especially access to beach. Maria and her family served us very well. A simple text quickly satisfied our couple of needs. We stayed in Unit 1 and the AC worked flawlessly. Please note that there are two 4th Streets. Just know when you turn onto 4th the cottage is immediately on the left. Our Garmin sent us to the wrong one but Waze saved us. Will definitely be returning! Quinton & Wendy Bluffton SC

This little gem is reasonably priced for such close proximity to the beach! It’s small but served all of our needs. It’s in walking distance to fun shops and restaurants too.

This property was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go and there was plenty to do right around this area. One of the days there was a bad storm on the island, and the entire island lost power. The location manager was extremely responsive about letting us know what was going on. We eventually got power back and the trip went as planned. We will definitely go back again if staying in the area !

Not a big place but it is in a great location. It is no frills but it is steps from the beach and restaurants. Would definately stay there again.

We loved our stay here! We didn't realize what an ideal location it was until we got there - literally RIGHT across the street from a beautiful beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth as needed. Also two blocks from Bridge Street and a bunch of cute shops and great restaurants, ice cream, live music, etc.! A short walk down the beach in either direction to places to eat right on the beach, toes in the sand! Also loved how personal the service was! The cottage (unit #1) is small, but so cute how they have it decorated with bright colors, and they've obviously thought through everything well - like how you can watch the living room TV from the bedroom too. Our hosts were so attentive, checking in with us several times to see if we needed anything. They provide beach chairs, towels, cooler, and a beach umbrella to every unit, which is awesome, and there's a small sitting area outside on the porch, perfect for morning sun and coffee. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Second time coming to your place for a little anniversary trip. We absolutely love the house and the location! We will be back next year!

Perfect location we will be back to stay with Maria and Mark. There was a little hiccup at check in and Maria was right on it and made adjustments for our inconvenience they are lovely people and we will be back. Next time one of their bigger units. If you have good weather and you aren't going to be in room much this studio is perfect

This small and quaint cottage was just what we needed. The proximity to the beach is excellent. Maria was very responsive and addressed our needs, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is 2 years in a row I have stayed here. Everything was great! If i come back, I would love to stay here again in unit #5.

My wife and I had a blast staying here for our anniversary. Right across from the beach and convenient to all the restaurants and shops!

The property needs some spiffing up, the pictures in the advertisement are clearly from a few seasons ago the couch needs to be replaced very badly.

Mark and Maria have made a very skeptical family very happy, we are going to stay in all six units eventually. Very convenient location very clean, best sleeping bed ever...mirror could be raised but that would be my only complaint. Loved It!!!

the only issue we had was with the wifi in general on the entire island not just our cottage.

Love Anna Maria Island. The cottage was perfect and the location can't be beat. Directly across the street from the beach and walking distance to downtown. Love, love, and more love.

Close to Bridge Street, this place had all the gift shops and old beach town feel. Resturants of all kinds and great place to have a drink. Morning coffee shop! And didn't need to drive. It's all around the corner. Or I can hop the free Trolley for further destinations on the island. Loved the mini golf spot. Just walking around, gave me this burst of energy. And the beach is right across the street. Just Right There!!! They gave chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels. Mini fridge and microwave nice size shower. I will see you Maria Again.

Guest location, close to the beach and shopping district. Quaint but has everything you need.

This property was as advertised. The only thing needed is an exhaust fan in the bathroom to get rid of the humidity the shower generates. It permeates the whole room. Finish work is a bit rough, but very clean room and you can’t beat the price!

The location is perfect and I cannot stress that enough. Very clean and the bed was actually quite comfortable. I met Mark and he was kind and accommodating. We hope we can rent this same place again next visit.

The place was small, no comfortable place to sit inside or outside. And the floors slanted to 4th street. The bed was really a nice one. We enjoyed the area and our long walks together.

For the same price as the other units, there was no proper kitchen as well as no outdoor space in which to sit. It would have been helpful to have a small deck to the left of the door with a table for 2 in which to sit. Also, I did not anticipate no place to cook my food properly, which I do due to my dietary needs. The couch was very dirty and uncomfortable to sit on.
