Loved it

We loved our stay at Laguna Hills! Everything about it was great - super clean, well equipped, and a fabulous location. Communication with Sandy was VERY prompt - always appreciated by a renter. We encountered no issues at all but I have no doubt that anything that HAD come up would have been handled immediately. We highly recommend and will return if we are in the area again.

Sandy and Terry are awesome with communication and the place is beautiful. Lovey location and a nice garage to park the rental in.

We stayed at the condo while visiting my son and his wife in Irvine. I'm a light sleeper so the quiet was welcome. We only used the master bedroom, but the bed in that room was very comfortable. The home was well furnished and clean, and we truly appreciated the paper goods and toiletries. We had one issue, and it was addressed immediately. We also took advantage of the Fire TV, watching a very fun Netflix movie. The location was also wonderful. We went to the beach twice (again, very much appreciated the available beach towels and umbrella). There were lots of restaurants and shopping places close by. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Met the lovely owner, Sandy, upon arrival. Everything was provided for our comfort including plentiful towels, pillows, blankets, kitchenware, and even lots of nice toiletries. We loved our stay!😊❤

Our stay went very smoothly! Our family enjoyed the location near everything and very beautiful towns around. My children enjoyed the community pool a lot, and was right across the unit! The playground area was perfect too. Terry was great with communication and we felt comfortable during our stay!

What a beautiful property! The perfect location, amenities galore, responsive, kind and accommodating hosts. We couldn't have been happier during our almost 3 week stay! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The Condo was fully stocked with supplies for cooking, dining, bedding, and bathing. It was also a great area for the things we wanted do; biking on the trails, trips to the beaches, walking our dogs in the park nearby, and shopping. The neighbors were also very friendly and helpful. FANTASTIC! WE WERE SPOILED. This place had everything on hand...all we bought was a little food. This find was a GEM! There is nothing we needed. CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL, QUIET, GREAT POOL, ALL HOSTS WONDERFUL. THANK YOU THANK YOU 5 STAR ALL THE WAY!!!!!

Ideally situated for a variety of area beaches: 15-20 minutes away for Laguna, Dana Point, San Clemente. Property is excellently maintained. Host solicitous of our needs. Highly recommended.

Everything was as described and pictured. All of the little extras like coffee, sugar, creamer, and personal products were so thoughtful. If you arrive late evening you don't even have to worry about having your morning coffee! Terry and Sandy are always available for any questions. All in all a great place to stay!

It's location is close to the beach but won't stay there again. They asked if we wanted a no contac check in . I said please because my mother is older and with covid we would like that. Well she called us several times before we got there wanting to me us. It's was late and we were tiered. The next day I'm at the beach and she calls all day and texts she's coming by. So we had to go back and she came by and then asked to come in. I thought it was odd and I told her my mom is old and we wanted to keep safe. We left two days early and then she text many days later that my kids left the key probably at the pool to mail it. We didn't have it and tried to reach out but no answer. Never had a negative experience with Virbo....this was the first.

The property was immaculate . The decor was beautiful , very representative of Beach . Not only was Sandy very attentive , the property is located next to other condos & every one was very welcoming & great with suggestions on where to go & great restaurants! I look forward to my return to this property & be assured it will be like “ going home “ to Southern California

We loved staying here - the condo was very comfortable. Everything you would need for a stay was there. Very close to many stores and restaurants. We had our dog with us and there are several walking trails all around the neighborhood. Very quiet neighborhood. We loved it!

We stayed for 6 weeks and have found our home away from home! It was clean, quiet and very close to shopping. The location could not have been any better for us, as our daughter and family live 3 miles away. Sandy was the perfect hostess and was extremely easy to work with. She even brought over early Chistmas presents for us!!!! It was a perfect place for us. Thank you, Sandy!

Sandy the host had lots of good recommendations of places to visit and things to do - thanks Sandy! :) For renters- Fyi, condo isn’t “ brand new” in case your looking for a brand new development, but has some new things in it, like appliances etc. It’s an established community that was well kept and the neighborhood felt safe. Nice playground and field behind the home that the kids loved to use in the mornings. Overall a great stay and would consider renting again if we visit OC.

We are a family of 4. We spent 9 nights here. We had everything we needed to feel like home. Sandy (the owner) is really nice and she was always available for us if we needed something. The neighborhood is quite and excellent to walk my dog around. Also, there are stores within walking distance. The location is great to go to all the beaches around (Laguna, Salt Creek, Monarch). We can’t wait to get back! Thank you Sandy and team for let us stay in your wonderful place. Carolina

This was the best HomeAway out of 5 that we have rented! Not only was the owner welcoming and charming so was the condo. We were welcomed by Sandy (the owner) who showed and explained EVERYTHING and more. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath was perfect. It was clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. I was amazed at how much thought Sandy put into the condo. She provided everything from shampoo to cream and coffee! We were surprised that she even thought of things we forgot! Our stay was the most perfect we ever had at a Homeaway/VRBO!

Our stay at Sandy’s condo was wonderful. Condo is really cute and has above and beyond everything you need for a stay away from home. Sandy is a great host who met us personally to give us the keys and show us around. Condo is in a great location to get around town.

Refurbished unit ,with a rather strange decor . Can’t beat the location as it was so close to everything, including the beaches. It’s time to change the linen ,towels etc. Their sheets were so skimpy we had to purchase our own. Audio was excellent everywhere. One local resident said the owner shouldn’t be rentingbecause it was causing the value of her home to drop. Neighbors in close proximity to the unit were very nice,especially the lady upstairs.The caretaker was also very helpful on a number of occasions. Should we decide to use VRBO again we would be looking for a much more upscale property
