The location is just right. Halfway between Batu Feringhi and George Town. The view is spectacular. Quiet lapping odf the waves as you fall asleep

Excellent customer service. Stephanie and Sam were really helpful . We left behind an important item in the room after checking out and Stephanie was prompt to ensure that the item was is good care . Thanks Stephanie 👍.Both Sam and Stephanie gave us good insight about the good places to visit near the residences. The rooms were clean and well kept. Shower system and Air con system were great . The view of the Andaman sea was breathtaking. Breakfast at the Hainan kopi tiam directly infront of the residence had good food. The lifts were fast , we did not have to wait too long. Swimming pool was well maintained overlooking the Andaman sea.

View from all the bedrooms and living room were great and the apartment was very clean.
There were flies in the bathroom facing the sea when the window was opened. It's not a big deal, though.

3 room with private toilet. Each with sea view. Balcony is connected from room and living area. Bed and pillows are comfy. Nice and clean. Lots of parking. Easy access. Very recommended.
No washer and dryer. Gate to the beach is locked at 8pm.

The location was awesome as our family had access to the beach in front of the apartments. The view from our balcony was very scenic. The apartment had all the facilities we required which made things easy for us. The area where the pools were located was a great place to relax.

Z czystych, przestronnych pokoi rozpościera się niesamowity widok na morze. W apartamencie jest żelazko, kuchnia, suszarka ta do włosów i ta do ubrań. Łazienki w pełni wyposażone. W budynku sklep otwarty od 7 do 2 w nocy, pralnia i suszarnia, inne obiekty gastronomiczne oraz basen czynny do 20. Wyjście na plażę z hotelu.

It’s clean and has easy access to the beach, restaurants etc.
The double beds in the main bedroom is too small for two pax so my husband had to sleep on the couch so both of us could have a good sleep.

The expectation was that this is an apartment but in reality this is a hotel room with cattle and a refrigerator.

Can't request for an extra blanket and need to pay extra for a bath towel.

The place is clean and big for 3 bedroom. The seaview is amazing. Overall it's clean! Will repeat next time.
-The parking carpark space is small.
-It's inconvenient if you want to go out everytine must go to lobby to validate first your T&go.

Hard to access the lobby via stairs. The building layout was a bit confusing. Sometimes need to wait quite long for the lift.

The room (studio) was spacious and nice. Furnished nicely and had filtered water. The pool was beautiful. The staff really helpful and friendly. Great value for money.
Not much really. All was very nicely presented. Only that the bathroom .. there was no division between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom so be prepared for wet feet ;)

Great seaside/beach location. Very convenient to get around by Grab car which was priced at reasonable cost. Had a minimart on lobby level which was useful. Near to shopping centres and Batu Ferringhi. The apartment was spacious and quite clean.
No washing machine. No towel changes or cleaning services for 3 night stay.

Like the view from the 36th floor. I was lucky to see dolphins swimming. Big apartment.

Beautiful setting over looking the sea. Huge clean pool. Quiet area. If you want to specifically want visit George Town its a 20 min drive with a taxi so its a bit far out but it was not a problem for us

The pool was excellent, and kept very clean. There was a watchful member of staff there to help out if required. The pool provided a very welcome way to relax and keep cool in the heat. It was large enough to have a decent swim and small enough to feel safe in. The staff at the residences were helpful and super friendly. They worked very hard to keep the rooms clean. The beautiful views of the sea, especially at sunrise and sunset were superb. The shop downstairs was a bonus and well stocked with extra food items, snacks and cleaning items.
The beds were slightly short in the bedrooms which might not suit taller visitors.
