it is beautiful!!! a wonderful place if only i could have stayed longer. everything is thought of. it is well appointed. living room, kitchen wonderfully set up with yard access.

A little off the Camino but not bad. Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with kitchen and living room. (it was nice to have the second bathroom). Didn’t use kitchen or living room. There was a nice patio area.

I feel like for the price we paid that the washer and dryer should have been included for free. The washer shut off half way through and wouldn’t come back on and the door was locked and we couldn’t open it! I called the apartment manager and he told me that sometimes the city turns the electric off for the washing machines because too many people are using them and they don’t have enough electricity which I totally did not buy. He told me where the secret hiding place was for 2 euros and we had to put into the washing machine to get it going again so we can open the door. The clothes were very wet because there was a half a thing of water in there and we had to take them out try to ring them out and put them in the dryer. By the next day after trying to dry them in the dryer that did not heat very well and putting them outside they still were wet but we had to pack them anyway and will be doing laundry at the next location. if you stay there I would be very weary of doing laundry

This location had everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay. Handover to get into apartment was seamless. 5min walk to main square. Great indoor space and even better outdoor space. lots of thoughtful extras as well

Portohouse is a modern property located close to the town centre. It was a perfect place to stay for this part of our camino trip. We would highly recommend booking here.

Excellent stay. The property is so well kept with a big garden and great amenities. They had everything we need like Netflix, a cooker, laundry area, etc. The location was also great, just a few minutes walk from the main square area. Price was very reasonable too. Overall, 100% recommend.

If you plan to have a rest day on your Camino, this is the place. Nice garden to relax in, you can finally prepare your own food, wash your on cloths and really relax. A few hundred meters from main street , but that’s nothing for a pilgrim.

generally a nice place. spotless clean. quiet area and not far from the center of Portomarin. the host family was welcoming and friendly. really liked the garden area.

the room was a bit dark. no windows in the kitchen and bedroom area.

back yard was INCREDIBLE

Portohouse is an exceptional value for anyone walking the Camino. Our three bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. This is an ideal place to stay for a small group (there were three of us) as there are three separate bedrooms. The kitchen has all the appliances you'll need. The location is a few blocks from the center of town but the short walk is well worth it. It costs more than an albergue but if you want a place to be refreshed for your next day of walking, we highly recommend Portohouse.

We loved everything!

The apartment is very big and the beds are very comfy, all the facilities are very good. Love the decoration of the apartment, feel like we are going back home.
