We had a lovely stay for 4 nights with 10 of us having ample room for spreading out. Brilliantly equipped we had a lovely time together. Communication both email and face to face was great. Would stay again.

Superb location. Beautiful walks on paths from property through golf courses or short drive from property. Would have liked to stay longer.

Comfortable property. Spacious and well appointed. Laura, the house manager, was great to deal with. Communication from owners was informative.

We stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday away from everyone and it was perfect. Walked to Dormy House for dinner and relaxed in the comfort of the seclusion. Walked into Auchterarder and it helped the weather was lovely too.

The property was excellent with enough space to accommodate the 10 people in the party and a dog. Highly recommend. The beds weren't to the description but this was soon rectified following a phone call, nothing was too much trouble.

Exceptional property and location for the golf. The house has everything you need and the hostess Laura was delightful. She gave us all a warm welcome . House was spotless, we would highly recommend this property for both adults and children. Plenty of space for the whole family inside and out. We will definitely be back

What a weekend we had. We couldn't believe the house was on the grounds of Gleneagles hotel itself so that alone was a nice surprise but the house itself was incredible. So big and spacious and super clean. Loved how quiet it was, no annoying neighbors. We had a garden picnic and it was so enjoyable and no one to bother us. We will be back

Absolutely perfect size and layout of accommodation for a family get together. Central location which catered to everyone’s needs. Would highly recommend.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property as we enjoyed both stays. Great location, being so close to the hotel and golf. Great facilities with large areas for the family to sit together. Clean and everything that you need.

The area the house is in was peaceful, but, the hotel amenities were only 200 yards away. There were 6 of us staying for a friend's 60th. The house is very spacious. Maybe I just didn't see it, but a Bluetooth speaker would have been useful, fortunately I brought one with me! Would definitely recommend Paul and Peters house

Property in great condition. Sizeable rooms. A massive lounge area and fully functional kitchen with utility room. Ample bedroom sizes. Kids loved the den area so they could chill without the adults. Good idea to have sky installed as some self catering only have basic tv for those rainy days Great location. One minute walk to Gleneagles. Lots of great activities nearby. House lovely but a bit isolated unless you into golf with the coast being an hour away in car at least in any direction. Highchair broken but was replaced immediately. My only real gripe would be the fact that although there’s a drier there is nowhere else to dry washing, no clothes maid or washing line and a couple more TVs in bedrooms would be ideal. Otherwise a pleasant stay was had by all, especially my husband and son who were bowled over by the golf course and hotel
