The property was outdated & not nearly as nice as other places we’ve stayed in the area for similar cost. The TV’s are hard to figure out (teenagers were unable to figure the tv out in the 2nd bedroom). The vent in the main bathroom barely works, causing mold in the bathroom & on the ceiling of the 2nd bedroom across the hall. I don’t recommend this rental.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo which was exactly as described. The location was close to the village and outlook from the balcony over to the pond was good. Bed was comfortable and kitchen well stocked although a bit cluttered.

Needs some updates. The sliding door was hard to open. Track is worn out. Outside plug does not work. Needed outside hose to rinse off sand on chairs and sand shoes before entering the condo.
Like I said the location was great and the grounds were nice.

Our family enjoyed our time at the condo. It was clean and well stocked and as portrayed in the listing. We enjoyed biking around the Island, and the condo is conveniently located to the beach and the Village. We also took advantage of the tennis/pickle ball courts and basketball in the condo complex.

Mary was incredible to deal with and the condo had anything and everything we needed(or forgot to bring..lol). Location was great, short walk to the pier and great shopping/restaurants! Perfect condo!
Wonderfully kept quiet condo, perfect location with great amenities. Decor was great, kitchen, and linens were well stocked for all of our needs all the appliance were in perfect working order! Had an umbrella and a cooler to use which was very helpful! .Great view of the pond and water feature, great location to the pools and clubhouse .
The only complaint were the mattresses were not that comfortable and very squeaky.

We stayed for 8 nights and had no problems. Pool was close as well as the Village. Enjoyed being able to grill out. Also nice to have laundry machines in the unit.
