Lovely villa in a quiet residential area, an easy 15 minute walk to beach and restaurants. Pool heating charge was quite expensive but worth it in second half of October, grandson was never out of the pool.

The villa was brilliant, clean, spacious everything you need for a week away. We were a family ranging from 34-5 years and all enjoyed the facilities. Air con worked and beds so comfy! Check in was really easy and raul was helpful. Thank you for a great week x

Ice machine didn't work properly. Downstairs toilet is tiny. Wasn't told how to operate the alarm system. Overall the Villa is gorgeous the and pool area also, although we couldn't figure out how to put the night time pool lights on as our host was on holiday and did not reply to our question. The information in the villa regarding boat trips is outdated and our host couldn't help. Needed better information as to how to get to the Villa from the airport. Not much to do in the immediate area, 15 mins walk to any restaurants /bars, and then it's limited. We enjoyed a relaxing holiday.

It was a perfect place with all the comfort we we needed. The assistence of Raul was very good and fast when we needed it. One of the greatest assets was the pool.

We are a family group ( grandparents, parents, children) , we loved this villa , it’s very well equipped and clean, the beds are comfortable, we had 3 children age 5 and under with us so not fans of the stone staircase but there are 2 lovely double bedrooms downstairs so the little ones slept downstairs , the pool and pool area was everything we hoped for , it was a lot of fun . Sam Pedro beach was a lovely sandy family beach . Raul was fantastic , he lived opposite the villa and nothing was too much trouble , thank you Raul . We would recommend this villa

Had a fantastic stay at this villa with a group of friends. Place is just like the photos and we absolutely loved it! The property manager Raul lives just over the street, on hand if we needed him and really friendly. We had lazy days by the pool and made full use of the bbq and dining areas, it was hard to leave:) It’s 10/15 mins flat walk into the centre there are lots of places to eat and drink, great quality food and very good value compared to many other places. Although the beach is just down the road, we hopped in a cab for a 10 mins drive to the the beautiful beach Playa da mil palmeras which we loved and would recommend, the water is crystal clear.. Would also recommend a visit to the mud baths also in walking distance. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would not hesitate to recommend.

My family & I (3 generations) have just stayed at this amazing villa for a week. Everything was as described on the website but the photos did not do it justice. The pool was incredible, such a great size and the Spa jets were lovely. Great outdoor seating for different times of the day & fruit trees too. The bedrooms were a good size & having 3 bedrooms was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again. Great communication from the beginning with Bert, the owner & it was great having Raul across the road to answer any questions we had, he was really helpful & friendly. My wife and I stayed at Casa Anna Lucia for 10 weeks between January and March 2023 and had a wonderful time. The property had everything we needed for an extended stay with a well equipped kitchen and large very comfortable beds. There were also a few nice extra touches like plenty of carrier bags for shopping at the local supermarkets, of which there are plenty close by, and whilst we didn’t need it a trolly to take things to the beach. The local host Raul was very friendly and spoke excellent English and it was good to know that he was only just across the road if we needed him. Overall, the villa was extremely clean and tidy and we would defiantly stay again and recommend anyone else to do so.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Casa AnnaLucia. The house is very nice and was clean. The pictures on the VRBO website accurately represent the house. Raúl was very friendly and helpful! He was always available, very convenient that he lives across the street. Before our stay, the owner, Bert, was quick to respond to all messages and gave us helpful, detailed information. Thank you, Bert and Raúl!

Lovely Villa, exactly as it looks in the photos. Pool is amazing, well worth paying for the pool heating at the end of October, it makes a big difference. Villa is very well equipped with everything you need. Raul / Bert made everything incredibly easy and run smoothly throughout the week. 5 stars, no doubt.

Great house for our family of 10.

We have just checked out after a great few days away, a group of 7 ladies. The villa is spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. We were lucky with lovely hot weather so even though the pool is unheated, it was no problem for swimming. From the moment i booked communication with Bert was very good, and Raul who manages the villa was great for helping us with anything we needed. The villa is a 10 minute walk from the beachfront, in a quiet residential area. The walk in was no problem. We had a lovely meal at El Rubio 360 which is very reasonably priced for a gorgeous setting - would recommend! The ONLY thing i would change is to increase the number of sunloungers. There are only 5 provided. Luckily there are other types of seating so we made do.

Our expectations were a high end, upscale villa - it wasn't cheap, so we weren't expecting anything other than a high level of accommodation, facilities and property management experience - I'm delighted to say that we weren't disappointed on any front. The advance communication was prompt and appropriate. The check in experience was efficient and friendly - Raul, who is the property manager, is warm and welcoming - anything that we needed he would attend to - and he did - there were a couple of things that needed his attention whilst we were there - but Raul ensured that they were addressed straight away. Both the check in and out process were super smooth. The area reminded me of some parts of the Costa del Sol, before they became overly Anglicised and as a result overly expensive. A few thoughts on Lo Pagan: + Very Spanish - in a good way + Authentically family and community oriented + good range of restaurants - from local/back street and great value (El Portugues) to the Marbella'esk Rubio 360 - which was wonderful throughout and very inexpensive for what it was with it's up market decking, directly overlooking the sea, fab cocktails, excellent food and very thoughtful and attentive service - an absolute gem + another restaurant definitely worth going to is Maxi Royal (something!) - Indian family owned, right on the beach side but served great quality Mexican and Italian too - drinks very good value and friendly service + the ice cream restaurant - an absolute must - more than once - 20+ varieties and styles to choose from, this place is permanently rammed - full of locals, which is a great sign obviously + the Carre Four is less than 10 mins in a taxi - 8 euros - excellent place to stock up on provisions for the bbq and lunch - it also has lots of other retail places which has plenty of "rebajas" on, so we took full advantage! + you should definitely go to La Ribera as an area - 10 euros in a cab, or you can walk, which we did on the way home - on arrival, before eating on the decking of the excellent Miramar restaurant (really good actually), we alighted from our taxis to a scene of beach Zumba being captained from a very active lady on the stage - great to watch! + Shuttle Direct from the airport were super efficient even though we arrived early, and the VIP Mercedes V class transport with shirt & tie driver was excellent + Overall - fantastic - but try to catch the area before it gets to like the Costa del Sol...

This villa is gorgeous and exactly how stated on the details. Clean and well equipped. Really comfortable beds and would definitely stay again.

This is our second visit to the villa, and it was every bit as good as our first trip. The villa is modern, clean, spacious and well maintained. Raul, the manager lives close by and is always very helpful. Best part is the pool! We're hoping to go again next year. Highly recommended.

Our family consisting of 5 adults 1 teenager and a 4 year old had a great time here despite a few problems. The good parts first- Excellent clean pool, great air con. The electric blinds in the bedrooms are great, as is the electric awning’s that can shade you whilst you use the shallow childrens pool or the excellent outdoor dining area. The security system is very good. The beds were comfortable. The wi fi was excellent. Unfortunately we arrived to find no tv working plus the dishwasher was broken and the upstairs shower room was out of order due to a broken shower door. We also found due to the open design of the house and the thin walls that we could hear every noise even though we were trying to be quiet. We arrived after a long journey to find a completely empty fridge which was disappointing and having rented 12 other villas in the past this was a first for us. As stated earlier we had a great holiday despite these issues. After emailing Bert, the owner he gave us 50 euros as compensation. The location is ok 8 minutes to local shop and 10 mins to the promenade/Beach. Several good and reasonable priced restaurants within walking distance so a car is not essential.

Fantastic villa, high specification and great facilities. Communication with owners and Raul was always on hand if you needed anything. Fantastic week and I would thoroughly recommend.

La verdad esperavamos mas de la casa , en cuanto a la descripcion es lo que se dice , pero en cuanto al mantenimiento la casa no es lo que se ve en las fotos , sobre todo la zona exterior , arboles sin podar , piscina sucia y con mal olor , tumbonas viejas , colillas por el suelo , baldosas alrededor de la piscina levantadas , la cascada no funcionaba... en cuanto a la parte interior , paredes un poco sucias , menaje de cocina justito para 10 pero aceptable. La verdad que para el precio que tiene podria estar mejor mantenida.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish Raul was always on hand to help with anything we needed very friendly and help us the whole holiday with all out requirements. I would tell anyone who is thinking of booking this villa do it you will be well looked after and catered for and the villa is stunning and well presented. We had an absolutely fantastic time! The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Communication from when we booked, to when we left was fantastic. Raul did everything to ensure we had a brilliant stay and organised a late check out for us to make things easier especially as we had 6 children with us. The pool was cold, but it didn’t bother the children- they loved it. The fresh limes were an added bonus. We couldn’t fault anything. The weather was beautiful. We have had an absolutely fantastic holiday in Villa Casa Annalucia. The villa is absolutely beautiful and is fitted out to a very high standard. I defy anyone that could find fault with anything about the villa! We were a family of 5 and spent most of our time outdoors even on an evening as the outside area is so well laid out. The villa is extremely spacious and light and it was perfect waking up each morning in this glorious villa. The pool was great and the temperature was very pleasant to swim in, the jacuzzi and aqua jets were a great hit!Bert and Rosita were the absolute hosts, any questions that we asked before our holiday were answered within hours, they are so very welcoming and even checked that we had settled into the villa when we arrived even though there is a property manager Raul who lives opposite the villa. The directions to the villa supplied from Bert were so easy to follow and we got there without any problems at all.Raul is exceptional, he is so friendly and helpful and gave us so much advice about the resort and made our stay so enjoyable, he was such a pleasure to deal with.The location of the villa is perfect, it is within 10 minute’s walk to restaurants and bars. We had beautiful tapas meals at Domingo’s El Portugues and Meson de la Poncha, the Indian at Max Beach was amazing as was the Italian Don Giovanni. There is a Lidl and Carrefour in less than 10 minute’s drive from the villa so if you prefer to eat in the villa the selection in the supermarkets especially Carrefour is unbelievable and also the there is an abundance of spices in the villa!We have had a fantastic relaxing holiday and will definitely be back. Having used homeaway to book our summer villa break for a number of years, this villa is the best we have stayed in by a long stretch. If anything the description doesn't do it justice. The villa is very modern and spotlessly clean. All the appliances are A grade and the WiFi works well across the whole villa including the outside. It's well laid out and was more than comfortable for our party of 4 adults and 2 children (6 & 7). The garden and pool area were the biggest plus with plenty of seating in both the sun and shade. The gas barbecue works very well and we used this several times with the outdoor dining area underneath the electric canopies for shade. The pool itself is superb with Jacuzzi and water jets. We were very fortunate with the weather and the pool was very warm even for late night swims. Most of our time was spent here. Raul was extremely helpful and welcoming, and on hand at any time to help out even enrolling his nephew to help us work the PS4 (we use xbox normally!) Pleasantly, the local area isn't a tourist trap, but parking down at the beach is tricky. Its only a 15 minute walk, but if you're taking things to the beach you're best parking a little way back (by the ice cream shop we found best). The beach itself is sandy, cleaned daily and the sea clean and shallow for a long way out. There isn't a lot of shade however, so you'll need to take or buy some parasols. We tried 3 of the local restaurants, all of which we very good and not expensive. I have no hesitation in giving this 5 stars and hop to return next year.
