House was as described, great location. Property manager was amazing to deal with. Enjoyed our stay

We were confused initially by the lot number provided being different to the house number! Following instructions to collect the key, the place was unattended and the phone numbers unanswered. We then found the house open and the key inside. The downstairs of the house was great. Big kitchen, living areas and dining area. The upstairs bedrooms would have benefited from overhead fans. Only one of the 3 bedrooms had one. Outdoor area was great with lovely clean barbeque. Our biggest disappointment was that the Stayz site said a pool was included as an amenity. We were very disappointed to find there was no pool. This needs to be addressed, as this was the main reason we chose this house.

Good location, pitty power is an issue especially when super hot and fans don’t work. Super spacious and comfortably fitted 10 of us. Fraser is magical!

Amazing property. Lovely to come home to something like this when out in the sun all day. It was exactly how it was advertised. Will be doing this again that is for sure!

When we got there, the owners already opened the house and left the keys for us. The house was very well equipped, plenty of room and very comfortable. A scrubbing brush for the bbq would have made it easy for us to clean the bbq, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We stayed at My Island Home during the June/July school holidays. The house was exactly as described in the online listing. Check-in was a breeze. Plenty of parking for our group's 2 vehicles and a trailer. Probably enough room for at least 4 cars. Heaps of room for our crew of 11 (4 adults & 7 kids). We had a minor power issue one morning, and Lisa and Steve were quick to respond and resolve the issue so we could start our day. It is a great, central place to stay during a holiday at Fraser Island. Easy walk to the beach and close to K'gari Beach Resort.

Easy to communicate with Lisa. The house was as advertised. Lovely large areas to eat and chat. Fantastic house for a large group.

It was a lovely location, big enough for everyone to fit it.

Property slept alot of people, however was quite hot as there were only changeable fans that ran out of battery fast and only had one charger for 5 of them

Great for the kids, plenty of outdoor space.

Property had Plenty of room, we done a boys trip with ages from 6 to 62, plenty of beds the house was a great layout, we all enjoyed the outside area with a large table to sit and have a few beverages and a laugh, been a corner block there was plenty of parking spots (we had 5 cars in our crew) also meant that you were looking into bushland from the entertainment area and no neighbours to disturb. Great house, great central location to all the islands man attractions will be staying again and highly recommend.

Recommended- comfortable (8adults and 3 kids), good amenities, everyone enjoyed there stay!

Great setup for the eight of us who consisted of one couple and six singles with some sharing single beds in the same room. Kitchen facilities, dining area, bath rooms, BBQ and outdoor dining area are fantastic. The sail cloth over the outdoor table will be needed as the weather becomes warmer.

A fantastic place to stay it has everything you need and lots of space. The power setup needs to be checked between clients to ensure there is ample of battery. A shade sail over the entertainment area would be nice. BUT overall fantastic thanks and we will be back.

It was for family to celebrate a 75th and 80th birthdays for my parents. The lay out of the house made it possible for them to very comfortable with bedroom down stairs. Excellent time had all round.

Firstly when we arrived their was no Shade Sale so wondered if we had the correct house. Lisa came after we had arrived and showed us a few things we needed to know like the stove, tv and what to do if the smoke alarms go off. The house sleeps 14 Adults and when we went to cook using the very old stove the gas would go out with a bang.. so trying to cook for this amount of people was truely a night mare. Could only use 1 hotplate at a time. The house needs to have new appliances to cater for the amount of people.. Very old outdated and needs to be able to cook. There was mould on the blinds and the house generally needs a good clean. For the money they receive they need to do repairs and maintain the property. Eurong itself needs to clean the place up as it is grotty..

The property was as expected. We were all comfortable and slept well. Bathrooms were as expected but oven / stove in kitchen was old and we could not use gas on more than one burner at a time. Couldn’t find a toaster or kettle (electric) so making toast in the morning was quite dangerous with flame ups when trying to light the gas grilled. BBQ outside but as it was cold, we preferred to eat inside.

House was OK, Big enough for the 14 ppl we had in our group, BUT defiantly needs some TLC, Holes in Fly screens, Black mould on Blinds, NO Shade Sail like in images over outdoor table, Could not open all doors due to owner not having Keys, rechargable fans supplied were very dirty & rusty, Hot water system went cold after pilot light on Gas hot water system somehow went out, then ran out of gas completely during stay (But was rectified very quickly) surrounding yard area could do with a tidy up also in our opinion. overall 2/5 for our stay.

Great property and location

Big house, can fit 2 families of 4 comfortably. But needs a little work, fridge wouldn’t close when we got there, broken fly screens so bugs came in at night. Mould (black) on downstairs bathroom ceiling. Upstairs shower blocked, couldn’t run shower for more than a few minutes till it over flowed. Blinds and floors dirty. Just needs a little TLC and better communication.

Overall a great experience here. Would stay again with friends or family. Easy access to beach and 30-45min easy drive at low tide to the barge at Inskip. Good positioning for beach fishing and all to offer on the southern end of Fraser

Large amount of space for a large family or group great location, very hygienic and equipped the host was very friendly and attentive will book again
