Well equipped, clean room good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.
Room was above the bar and on the road, but actually all quietened down despite the fair being in town.

Very friendly staff and locals. Our doggo was made exceptionally welcome. We will be back in the summer and plan to visit their other pub as well

The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Nice selection of coffee, tea hot chocolate and biscuits. Shower nice and powerful. Free parking. 10 minutes to walk to the town centre. Paddy was very friendly. The pub had a good atmosphere.
Bit of pub noise which we expected. All went quite when the pub closed.

Paddy the Landlord was accomodating and attentive and made us feel so welcome. 1st class breakfast in the morning. My husband said the Bateman's bitter was a good pint in the bar the locals made us feel at home. The room was spotless, the bed so comfortable there was nothing to fault or dislike. Massive thank you to the cleaning lady who also made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond for us during our stay. We would definitely recommend this accomodation and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again should we visit Boston in the future. Thank you to Paddy and Staff.

The owner was very welcoming and the barman was quick. The room was good, the bed was comfy and the shower was amazing. The breakfast was maybe a bit expensive but very good and set me up for the day.
Nothing not to like except the decor was a bit dated. But when you get a warm welcome, good beer and food and a comfy bed you can look past that.

The breakfast was freshly made and delicious! The room was quiet there was no noise from outside, the bed was comfy. The location was central for all our needs. I particularly liked the coffee machine in the room. Te staff couldn't have been more acommodating.

Although a traditional town pub, room was recently refurbished with new bed linen and towels. Friendly staff, excellent beer in the bar and great breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly.

Friendly welcome, lovely local pub. Plenty of free parking. The rooms are going to be redecorated soon, they are a little tired but very clean, comfy beds. Wouldn't hesitate in returning.

close to town centre. we had to have access early. the owner went over and beyond. room clean and comfortable. made you feel very welcome. local people in the bar very friendly and helpful. it is a budget accommodation with no restaurant, which we knew before we went. you can purchase take away, staff gave great advice on where to order. private car park with security cameras. situated on the canal. lots of local culture to explore

The breakfast was great value , plenty of choice. The location was good , not being able to drive everything was a stone's throw away.

Great value for money and the beds were comfortable. The bedsheets and towels were properly washed and smelled good.
Bathroom was not properly cleaned and towels were very very very old.
