Everything was great with a few minor issues, pool was always warm we used it everyday. Only issues we had was the batteries in living room tv remote were dead, there was only one trash bag to last us a week, as well as 2 rolls of toilet paper. The beds also weren't very comfortable for our liking. Other than that it was a beautiful house in a beautiful community.

First, our original booking fell through 2 days before our flight due to Hurricane Ian. The owner responded very quickly to my inquiry as to the property's availability. Beds were great, everything was as indicated. Only had time really to sleep, hence the importance of comfortable beds. No chance to check out the Windsor Hills community, as it was was up, be at parks at open, come back, shower, sleep. Repeat. Literally, the only complaint was from my wife: "Needs more than 3 cereal bowls." Kids loved having their own room and showers.

Property was in a great location, so close to all the parks. The pool was incredible and the kids loved the slides. The pool and hot tub were open late, until 10 each night which was great to go to and relax after a day in the parks

Happy with our stay! Location is excellent. Property was as described! Comfortable and enjoyed our vacation! The question is…would I return! The answer is…absolutely! I am already looking at some future dates!! If there was any suggestions….upgrade to a Keurig Coffee Maker or at least replace the coffee maker there!

Loved staying in your home the only thing I found wrong was there was only 2 wash cloths. Need more.

The pictures for this listing were not accurate and it could really use a good clean and coat of paint. There was limited dishes for cooking and those that were present were well worn as well as no kettle for tea. The pool was very dirty and despite us asking for it to be cleaned no one came over our 7 night stay. There were also tiny ants and bugs in the kitchen area. The owner was nice and communicated well but overall the stay was very disappointing based on the information. In the listing. Make sure to inquire about pool heat before coming as we thought the pool was heated as it was included in the listing and too late to get it once we arrived.

This property is very convenient for all things fun! It has a beautiful and well-maintained zero entry pool in the gated community, and even offers a grill/store for the essentials! We spent an entire day at the community pool, and were able to eat good food and the best kid's meals without having to make an extra trip. The home itself is very open when you first walk in. I enjoyed having my bedroom on the bottom floor, separate from the other two on the second level. It has a private washing machine and dryer (which is a must), and it's own pool in back. The tubs were nice and clean, and a favorite for my young family. I had a couple of questions while staying there and I received immediate responses from both the property manager and welcome center staff. I will stay here again (unless it's booked up, of course)!

The owner worked with us to get us in a day early which was fantastic. Nice and roomy townhouse. Short walk to clubhouse/pool area.

The condo was in a very nice resort. We did not spend much time there, most of our time being spent at WDW. Beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and appointed as advertised. One of our family used the pool and it was fine. I would certainly stay here again.

The place was very dirty. I inquired ahead of time about cleanliness because I have a medically complex son and this stay was a for a few days extending his wish trip. I was assured it would be clean. On arrival, the toilets had straps on them saying they were disinfected. Upon removal of the strap, there was hair with gunk stuck to the seat. No way was the toilet cleaned. It was late at night when we got in so I went to use the kid's bathroom, and there were lots of little hairs on the floor. We also found the trundle was broken (we have 6 kids, which were all put on the reservation). And we didn't have bedding for the pull-out couch. They knew there were 8 of us staying there. So my husband and son slept on the pull-out couch with no blanket for 2 of the 3 nights. The pool was also dirty and smelled bad and was unusable. I emailed the address in the paperwork that night, and texted the phone number early the next morning. No response until an email later in the day that gave me a different name and phone number than the property manager in the paperwork. She was kind and apologetic, but by the time I got her info it was too late for her to do anything. So she couldn't have a new cleaner come or bring us bedding until the next day. So basically 2 of our 3 days were in a dirty house without proper accomodations. The whole house is in desperate need of new flooring, paint, etc. There was quite a bit of dirt, handprints, etc. all over the walls and doors. Still, I could overlook all that, but I could not overlook the hairs on the floor and the hair stuck in gunk on the top of the toilet seat, couldn't miss it, even though the seat had a "disinfected" strap on it. That is just unacceptable. They did clean better when they came the day before we checked out, but we were checking out early the next morning. I have requested a partial refund or some kind of compensation and the owner has not responded.

The location was great, loved that fact that it was gated but the home was not up to the quality that my family is used to. My husband and I are doctors, we usually stay at high end hotels, so staying at a place with dirty carpets was a shock for the kids.A better cleaning crew is highly recommended. They need to do some detailed/deep cleaning of the floors and bathrooms.With that being said, the “water park” area was great.If you are looking for luxurious housing, I would not recommend but otherwise it is ok.

So cold, in fact that we could hardly use it.The residence itself was VERY run down. Carpeting was very worn and dirty; and coming up in some parts. The bedding in the kids room was paper thin with stains. The trundle bed was broken, so we couldn't even use it. Very thin and limited towel supple. No pool/beach towels, we had to go out and buy our own. Very limited hot water supply. Only one person could shower at once and we needed to wait at least 30 minutes between showers. The pool attached to the residence was very disappointing. There was black mold along the edges and all over the outdoor furniture. I would not like my children swim in it. In fact, we never went out on the patio.

Great location for the parks, close to shops, great resort and the house was very comfortable and had all that we needed for a great trip. We didnt use the outside house pool so cant comment on that.

We Where very unhappy with our stay . The pool was disgusting . It looked as if it had not been cleaned in a long time . There was stuff floating around in it . We tried to clean it ourselves but was turned off. The first floor bathroom was dirty the shower had not been cleaned . The second floor queen bedroom had stains on the sheets and comforter. The towels smelled funny. We had to purchase towels and sheets .The children's bed room trundle would not pull out and if you tried to pull the top bed collapsed. So we where short on sleeping arrangements . We are Forster parents and really wanted our girls who have never been on vacation before to have a good time . Thank goodness the pool on the property was good . Some of the items they advertise are not open yet but they still enjoyed that ,.

We spent 2 nights at this town house in the Windsor Hills Resort. The unit was clean and ready for us. Everything was as described and in good working order. We had a great two days using the resort pool as well as the pool in the unit. Windsor Hills was located centrally among all the various resorts and activities Orlando offers. A great place to stay-would recommend it to any family.

Getting into the community with lengthy at times with backups.m, but security did their best with the influx of people wanting to get into the complex. The neighbors were polite, friendly and quiet. The community pool was warm and clean. The traffic on 192 was very busy as our visit was during the busiest time of year (between Christmas and New Years). I would stay here again as the price was reasonable and the location was very close to the Disney properties.

I would recommend this property. You will find what you see in the pictures. Property well maintained and clean. Very close to Disney parks, restaurants and groceries. The owner is courteous and helpful.

This property is a very, very nice place to stay if you are visiting Disneyworld! It was clean and the location was perfect. We had a 4 day hopper pass and we were able to come home to rest a bit before taking on Disney for the second part of each day. I would have given 5 stars, but it is a little worn from usage. 2 families shared this house, it was perfect for us, we loved the spa!! Couple things we would have liked to see, was more plates/glasses, and maybe more storage containers, as we cooked our own meals... but we managed!! We did have 5 adults and 4 children, it fit us all, as some did pass out on the couch, but I would say this is more 4 adults, 5 young children... but we all had a great time! And would definitely rent again from this owner, he was very helpful, and replied within hours to any emails/questions I had Cindy

There are many reasons why my stay here was so positive! First, I loved how beautiful the interior design was done. It was a high quality and inviting feeling. The beds were comfortable with nice linens besides their beauty. I loved the rooms it offered and all the additional features available. A big one for me was how clean and organized it was. Hands down a perfect place to feel like you are at home while away from home. It was especially nice to be so close to the Disney World parks. No question, I will come back again to keep a tradition of good memories and pleasant experiences.

Villa was perfect for the 5 of us, super close to everything and easy to find. The management company was so nice and very efficient with a couple of pool issues. Only suggestions to owner is the kitchen needs a few more things to cook with, like a bigger cookie tray and measuring cups. Had a great trip, would totally come back!

Our family really enjoyed our visit to Orlando. The location made our Disney experience perfect. There was plenty of space for all us and it was well equipped. The decorations were fun!!! We cook at home a lot and the kitchen was well equipped. We will definitely tell our friends about our experience. The owner was very helpful with an easy booking process. (read the emails closely...:) Everything you need to know is there. Thanks for making this annual family vacation forever memorable!!! We will be visiting again.

The unit was very clean and spacious, we felt right at home. The kids enjoyed the private pool as much as the club house. The condo was very close to all amenities.Target, Walmart and all theme parks were not far away at all. Minutes from Disney. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to rent again next year..

The townhouse is nice and clean in a quiet area. We were most impressed with the location and the resort. The townhouse is around a 5 minute drive to the Welcome To Walt Disney World sign. 10 minutes you are in the parking lot of the ticket and transportation center of the Magic Kingdom. Way better than riding a Disney bus. I will be considering staying here on our next trip to Disney.

This unit, its amenities, and the location were excellent. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The owner of this unit thought of everything....from comfortable bedding to kitchen cookware...it was provided. The private outdoor pool was great for a late evening dip and the main pool kept my grandchildren entertained for hours...especially the slide into the pool. Oh yeah, check out the private theatre in the main clubhouse....very nice! The location of this unit is superb. We were in and out of the parks within minutes. This was a great trip.
