My breakfast was good and hot, just the way I like it. The breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly.
I found articles of clothing in my room from the previous occupant and I was given another room of the same value.

The location was not bad, It was pretty clean.
Very small room, the outlets for the tv and refrigerator didn't work. The room was over 100 when we opened the door even though it was 40 outside so we opened the window and turned on AC. The courtyard and firepit have been neglected so long that all the furniture is molded.

The service wasn't good, the staff disrespectful, the room service staff do not speak English, I didn't get to get my room service after request.

The staff member at the front desk wasn’t friendly and made the check in process torteous.

beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Half size pillows. Ice machine didn’t work on the 2nd floor.

my truck was broken into in the parking lot and none of the camera on the building were working. I know I’m responsible for that, not hotel, but come on.
