The house was beautiful and plenty of room for 2 families of 4 with teenagers. Great location. Danielle was super communicative and easy to work with! Will definitely stay here again.

This is my 3rd time to stay at this property, and just like the other 2 times everything was perfect. We were in town celebrating two graduates with family, and the property was great. Amber is also excellent at checking in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 405 S W Ave. Amber was accommodating in every way. The house was within walking distance to the U of A campus and Town Square. We enjoyed walking on the well-lit Razorback Trail. The house is beautiful, comfortable and clean. I highly recommend Amber’s house and definitely would return again.

I can’t say enough positive things about this beautiful home! So stylish, so clean, so comfortable. We stayed here two years in a row for both of our daughters’ graduations. If you’re considering renting this property, don’t hesitate. The location near the trail, Mamaka’s and Arsaga’s is great, with Dickson a short walk away but out of earshot. Amber is wonderful to work with and has been very easy to communicate with for the past couple years. We have fantastic memories here and would absolutely rent it again!

I can’t say enough good things about this home, it truly exceeded my expectations. My family and I stayed in this home for a week while attending a wedding and we all loved being there. The place was beautifully decorated and spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The owners have anticipated everything you could need for your stay and put it in their home. We also found the location very convenient, walking distance to dining, groceries and downtown. Amber was quick to answer any questions I had and also provided us with a very helpful guide to her home with useful information on the home and the area. I would highly recommend this place to any friends and family visiting Fayetteville and I hope to be able to stay there again if we return to the area.

Oldest son is a student at UofA. We brought Easter weekend to him and his friends. Great home base for family and friends. Amber is super thoughtful as host.

We loved our stay at Amber's beautiful home. It was new and clean and had everything you would need for a weekend away. We were a group of 4 Moms in town for Sigma Chi Mom's Weekend. The home was spacious enough for us and our 4 boys to come visit. Amber also greeted us with a lovely welcome note, a gift card for breakfast, and a bowl of snacks. She texted me to check on us and see if we needed anything. She even let us have a late checkout. I cannot say enough great things about Amber and her beautiful home! We will be back!

Visited Fayetteville for Thanksgiving with family and friends and to catch the Arkansas Missouri game. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base. Walking distance, if you are in shape, to the game which was awesome. Places to eat nearby,. The house was amazing, looked brand new, loved it. We have a Freshman at UARK and will definitely be back. Also Amber was awesome, super thoughtful and responsive. If you need a place, this is the one!

This is the second football weekend that we have stayed at this home. The home is fantastic. It is so comfortable and the décor is so good looking. The open kitchen / den is so inviting and makes it really fun for pregame and postgame meals with the family. Amber is a wonderful host and always so helpful. We hope to make this our annual football weekend home for years to come!

Amazing weekend! Location was perfect- walking distance from Dickson street and right next to the Razorback Greenway Trail. The attention to detail was appreciated. House is beautifully furnished and kitchen well stocked for foodies.
