The property was beautiful, neat and clean. We loved sitting on the deck for coffee and drinks. We’d rented a golf cart which was fun but this property isn’t close to anything, so it took a while to get there. We had to use luft to take us places. Also, some beach area towns don’t let golf carts part, so get a car.

Our family gathered from to celebrate birthdays and our daughter’s residency completion. The gulf views and sunsets from the balcony were amazing, the sugar sand beach was beautiful and spacious, and the gulf waters were crystal clear. The open kitchen, dining and living area was the perfect space to gather after spending long days on the beach. The kitchen was well organized and equipped., the condo beautifully decorated and its location between Seaside and Rosemary Beach was convenient to shopping and dining options. We found multiple cockroaches and let the host know. They did say they’d send and exterminator but who wants an exterminator while on vacation? I have pictures of them in the living room and in the bathroom. The worst part is that we found them IN OUR SUITCASES just now when we got home ready to unpack. Absolutely horrible and disgusting. Second the freezer was broken throughout our whole trip, so there’s nowhere to store ice, ice cream, or meats. They brought 4 bags of ice one day but what’s that going to do for our week long stay? The “repair” man did come, but left the kitchen a mess with water everywhere, and the freezer STILL broken. We’ve been staying at this property for over 10 years because of its location, but we will definitely be looking for another place after our poor experience here and I advise you to do the same.

I usually don’t leave reviews especially on places I like because I selfishly don’t want people to know about them. 😁 but we had read some less than favorable reviews and wanted to give our opinion because we couldn’t figure out why? And figured the owners deserved this review. What a beautiful condo in a more beautiful setting on the beach. The property was just as represented. Delightfully decorated. Clean. Well appointed kitchen including the fun ice maker on the counter. Comfortable beds and nice linens. And to have the door of the master bedroom to view and hear the ocean was heavenly. We were “stuck” inside with a couple of rainy days but didn’t mind because of how lovely the condo was. Forced us to be still and relax. CommunicAtion with Richard was quick and responsive from the beginning. Love this area. Bustling 30A but the condo was away from most of it The beach was not crowded. I would book again ! One last thing. The beach roars so loud here you forget about the rest of the noise in your mind and the world ! ❤️

Beach was not packed and the chair service company (right outside the condo) were great to work with. Walk from condo to beach or pool was less than a minute or two (right out your door). More than enough space for our family. Appreciate the ability to walk to Alys (~1 mile) and Rosemary (~2 miles) every morning. Close to The Big Chill / The Hub (we loved Duos restaurant) and other areas of 30A. Rental company was also great to work - sent us many ideas for what to do in the area and were always quick to respond.

Hmmm, where do I begin? Well, the title of the listing is Gulf Front Designer Condo with Heated Pool. Let me tell you - the pool is not heated and it was FREEZING. I asked them if they could heat the pool, and I was brushed off, that was the responsibility of the HOA, so no, it wasn't heated. And to use the word "Designer" - that puts it loosely, the condo was incredibly outdated, patchwork in the tile, but that is all regardless. The unit itself was FALLING APART. Literally, when you open the freezer, the door falls out. I heard a beeping in the middle of the night, it woke up my entire family. It was the freezer - it had become disconnected and was impossible to get it to fit back in correctly. Very annoying and disruptive. Then, the next day my daughter found a SCORPION in her bedroom, on the incredibly nasty carpet. It was alive, mind you. I reached out to the management team, they came over and told me that when they googled it, lavender can keep them away. Believe it or not, I didn't have any lavender with me on the trip. She did vacuum the two bedrooms - they had absolutely horrible "carpet" - more of a wall to wall "sisal rug" - super dirty and not cleanable. She mentioned that the scorpion may be inside because they had to bring the patio furniture inside because of the previous threat of a hurricane - of which the pillows were left inside, and they were very disgusting. The smoke detector was quite a treat. I tried making frozen pizza for my children, and what a joy it was when the smoke detector kept going off. Nothing was burning and there was no smoke, apparently the heat alone made it go off. It also sent the neighbors smoke detector off, which I'm sure he really enjoyed. Our unit was on the 3rd floor, but don't bother using the elevator, because it is broken. The unit next to us was completely disabled, ours was still in operation, but you can tell that it's not functioning properly - when you get on the door opens, then shuts, then opens, then starts moving with the door open. Then stops. And the elevator inspection is out of date. I mentioned this to the management, no response on that one. Overall, other units in this complex are much nicer and slightly more up to date. The location is great, the unit is just really subpar.

The condo was the perfect size and location was great for relaxing. We loved waking up to the ocean views every morning. The property was nice and quiet. The only complaint we had was the cleaning that was done prior to our arrival. There were obvious signs of neglect on the cleaning crew. After we cleaned a few things ourselves the rest of the trip was enjoyable.

If was the first time we were able to see the sunset from our balcony verses having to stay on the beach to see it. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. My only complaints were the WIFI was weak and the refrigerator and dishwasher needs repairs. I would stay here again but would expect the appliances to be working properly for the money we paid. We had a great time making memories to last a lifetime!

The location was fantastic. The condo was a large space; however, there were several things we were disappointed in. The ottoman in the living room was broken, the toilet seat in the master bath was broken, the comforters were dotted with stains, and the floors/rugs were not clean. There was pet hair (we are assuming) on the furniture. Areas that were hard to reach were not clean (i.e. the space between toilet and vanity or toilet and tub). We think we paid enough for this rental for it to be clean and to have everything working. The refrigerator freezer did not work, and we were thankful for the additional freezer that was provided; however, it took up too much space in the dining area. It would have been nice to just have the freezer work. Overall, we loved the area; however, were disappointed in the cleanliness.

The master bath shower sprayed water in the ceiling when in use, the gasket seal on the refrigerator was loose and only covered about half of the refrigerator door. The fireplace would not come on at all and it was a cold rainy week. It would have been nice to be able to use it as advertised.

Loved this place and would definitely stay here again. Our impressions were completely positive with only one exception and that is the water pressure in the showers - it was horrible. Maybe different shower heads would help. But we'd still return to this place again hands down.

Loved the evening sunsets from the beach balcony. Only complaint was there was no cabinet space to put away groceries.

Upon entry the condo door was filthy, the lock was rusted, and the entry door mat could have used some TLC. The inside of the condo was not what I would call “Clean”. The fans had obviously not been cleaned in weeks, there was coke splattered on the wall, water spots on the ceiling, cracked tile, dirty pans, definitely some touch up paint needed and worst of all, the back door was not and would not lock or latch. The latch assembly was missing all together and the deadbolt was so corroded it wouldn’t turn. This is scary for those with young children as they were able to just push the door open. The management company did have a locksmith out there to replace the door handle and the deadbolt. He stated it had been this way for a while. The unit itself was a little dated, the headboard in the master bedroom was not secured to the bedframe and kept falling forward. The shower in the master bath was incredibly small and could have benefited from a handheld showerhead. The internet was spotty and the TV relied on the internet. We had to reset the router (which was incredibly difficult to find) several times to get anything to work.

Overall the furniture was nice, the bunk beads in the closet were amazing and the condo was roomy. The location was great! It was centrally located to Alys, Seacrest, Rosemary beach and the Hub. The beach access was good (although it was down several flights of stairs) and there was plenty of room (not crowded). Jake’s beach service was amazing and had chairs out by 9 AM every morning! The view from the porch couldn’t have been better!

We would definitely stay in this location again...Just not this particular condo without some TLC!

One small issue. There was not one toilet tissue in any of bathrooms when we arrived. Usually there is at least one roll per bathroom upon arrival. We usually do not go to the grocery store until after we check in. Luckily I had brought some with me. We love this complex and this unit and enjoyed our stay.
