Great location, friendly and very helpful staff! The room was big, beds were comfy. We will stay here again.

They didn't service the room on the 2nd and 3rd nights! This is the second time that this place hasn't serviced our room on multiple night stays. The breakfast the first day was horrible, but good the 2nd and 3rd days.

In general, Cobblestone was very good and I would recommend it. For the most part, it exceeded my expectations and was a very good value.

Upon returning to my room after being gone all day, I found the door unlocked & open due to a deployed dead bolt that housekeeping did not disengage after cleaning the room. My room was left open for at least 6-8 hours, if not more. I understand that things happen, but this is thoroughly unacceptable. It's just fortunate that I did not have valuables in the room and that all of the personal belongings appeared untouched. Also, during this same housekeeping, the garbage was not emptied and the coffee station was not cleaned/restocked. One other point of some dissatisfaction is that regarding breakfast, the coffee station is located out in the hall, rather than in the breakfast room with the food. Just kind of inconvenient.

Excellent breakfast.

When checking in we were sent to occupied rooms twice! The front desk girl was new and overwhelmed. The assistant General Manager was called in to resolve the issue, which she did within about 90 minutes we were in a room.

Insufficient parking, the complementary breakfast was not maintained and empty so in short added zero value, room had some sediment and garbage.

We stayed on the 2nd floor and I kept hearing a loud noise. I think it was someone in the gym.

Breakfast was average. Location was great.

As indicated above, we stayed for 2 night and checked out on Monday (8/15) morning. My credit card was then used to charge me for Monday night. I have messaged the hotel and will call if I don't hear today that a correction has been made.

hotel room was humid. fitted sheet did not stay on the be and then in the morning I noticed there was blood on the sheet.

It was ok. But could have had more cereal choices and juice to drink.
