Great house for our girls’ weekend get away

My family of 6 (4 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful vacation. The location of the house is close to everything you need. Being so close to the beach made coming and going so easy. The hosts are very responsive if you have questions. You wont be dissapointed.

Loved the location of the place. It was a perfect get away even though it was rainy during our time. We were on the bottom floor and so it’s not “ocean view” but when you walked out on the beach it was lovely. one negative but would make a difference in choosing this location are the height of the beds. If you are short (5’1) you will have a hard time getting up on the bed. They do not stock lots of seasonings so come prepared if you like spices. Lovely place overall.

We decided we wanted to take a little pre-spring break and head to the beach. This place was perfect! Clean, decorated nicely, everything we needed was there and just steps to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more! Brian and Jamie were great, texted and called with information/instructions right away and answered me back immediately when I had any questions. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

The property was nice and a great location. The people staying in the rental above were very loud and steady stomping on the floor so we decided to leave a night early

Excellent all across the board! Wonderful location and house. Short walk to the beach was absolutely perfect.

Two couples had a nice quick golf getaway. We all enjoyed our stay.

Main floor had everything we needed. It was set up nicely and decorated well. We did not know about the house in the back, (which to me was in the driveway) , and upstairs they were NOT noisy, but we could hear every step they took. A few different families came while we were here. The last being a retired couple. For off-season it was it was fairly busy at this house but not much to do in town. It seems this time of year (January) the town does close down. We expected that. Kitchen had everything we needed for dishes and pots and pans. It did not have condiments but it did have one dish towel. We had guests and we had to wash towels twice (there was 7 white towels and washcloths) which we were not to stain and count before leaving! (we were a total of 4 adults ( my 2 sisters came) for one of the 2 weeks with no kids) also there were 3 hand towels and a blanket throw in LR. It was cold a few nights (even for Minnesotans) so we had hoped to find spare blankets. We were to bring any beach towels ourselves. We flew in from Minnesota, and 2 of us (a married couple) stayed 2 weeks so space in luggage was tight. I guess paying for things is norm these days. (We could rent more house towels and beach chairs if desired) I didn’t realize the houses in the beach area was so crowded so walking on the street was a challenge but the shore/beach area was nice. We did relax and enjoyed our stay. A nice place to hang.

This property was beautiful and so convenient! Right on the ocean, a mile from the boardwalk. It was perfect for a winter getaway!!

Nice property

Clean, comfortable and close to the ocean. As accurately described and and understood, this first floor space has a view of the side of the dunes.The benefit is fewer stairs if you or yours are physically challenged. As mentioned by other reviewers, the sounds of other renters walking and talking upstairs can be loud. During our stay, there were 5 heavy and loud women staying upstairs. They toned it down after I asked them to do so well after 10 p.m. on the first night of their stay. This is no reflection on how nice the space was, but rather a watchout for the luck of the draw for upstairs renters.

Great holiday stay. Location was great! One suggestion, get lids that fit pots and pans.

We had a girls' weekend here, amazing condo, clean, nice linens, great furnishings. The owners are super nice and helpful. But the best part is the access to the ocean just out the back door. I'm already planning to bring my family out next year

Great place for a vacation. Get access to the beach the artificial turf backyard is really great for the toddlers. The layout and size of rooms are really good. Will definitely recommend it and will stay here again.

We were here for a long weekend. Great location and the hosts were very responsive! We will be back!

We loved everything about our short three night stay! Communication w/ Jamie & Brian were beyond exceptional, check-in and check-out were a breeze and the photos online do the condo no justice! Everything was as described, it was nice being able to walk out the door and be on the beach within a minute. The master bedroom bed was slightly harder that we are used too but we made it work. Other than that we have already booked our 2024 stay w/ them.

This place was wonderful. Had everything we needed and right on the beach. I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation. Can’t wait to come back.

This home is located right on the beach! Just over the pier and your there! I love how the owners had tied a red strap to remind you which pier to go back to I found it very helpful. The house has an arcade machine but you will need to bring quarters! There is a grill upfront and they do have other items you can rent. This home has and upper floor which can be a bit creaky at the lower level. We enjoyed staying here and will be back for sure!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this home and of course the proximity to the ocean. The private walkway to the beach was a bonus. I’m very happy I chose this property!

Everything about this property is amazing! It’s updated and spacious. Being able to walk right out the back door to the beach was a huge plus for us and the back deck has the cutest porch swing too. We will definitely be back and book with Jamie and Brian again!

We really enjoyed staying here. It is oceanfront and very comfortable. We would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Location was fabulous and mgmt team excellent would return again for a longer stay. Outdoor leading to the beach was beautiful!

We had a great time. This was our first time to Carolina Beach but it won’t be our last. The house was clean and was everything we needed. It was great being right on the ocean. I would highly recommend this location!

Even though we had rain most of the week, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. Brian and Jamie were awesome at communicating with us. The house was well stocked and beds were comfortable. We will be staying at another one of their properties next month when we have family here to visit. We came up to visit our family. This place was fantastic. Perfect amount of space for everyone. All the appliances we needed and close to activities. We really enjoyed our stay and will return. Place was clean. Beds comfortable. Hosts were easy to get in touch with and friendly.

It was very modern and tasteful with fun beach/local decor without any shabby kitsch. Will definitely seek out one of their properties for future stays.

First time to Carolina Beach. Location was wonderful. Roomy duplex and very comfortable. Good beds. Beach right out the front door. Will take upper unit next time.
