This property is an excellent ‘base’ for all the exploring available in the area. Very walkable to restaurants and all that La Conner has to offer. The residence itself was spotless, well-stocked and extremely comfortable. I would strongly recommend it! The mgmt and owner are also terrific to work with, very much appreciated.

No need to say anything about La Conner itself (it's amazing, if you haven't been) and this place is a very short walk to EVERYTHING (it's a very small town) and with a dedicated parking space you don't have to worry even on a crowded weekend where you'll park. I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, all over the US, and none of them have been this nice. I'll put it this way - you can always judge a rental by the quality of the towels and the toilet paper, and both were way above what you normally find, as was every single other detail, small and large. For example, the floors don't creak, I mean they are SILENT and it's a 2nd floor apartment, I honestly don't know how they did it but hats off to the architect and remodel crew, whoever they were. The beds were extremely comfortable, and this is from someone with back problems whose regular mattress is one of those $5k self-cooling space foam things. Bottom line - if this place is available, just take it. It's not possible to regret it, unless you can't do stairs (2nd floor, no elevator)

The apartment was the perfect layout for two couples. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. La Conner is a fun place to visit. However, given the price we paid, we expected more. There was no outside space, no barbeque, and no view (except of the road and parking lot). The noise transfer from the business below and the other units was noticeable. The coffee mugs were chipped, a rung was broken off of one chair and the coffee maker choice was terrible. Once we figured out how to use the television, the reception was terrible and kept freezing and dropping.

We were extremely happy staying here. It was immaculately clean and super comfortable. The management responded to questions almost instantly and we were even given a call to let us know we could check in early. It was extremely easy to check in and out and they had everything we could possibly have needed. For us, it was perfect. It's within walking distance of everything so we didn't have to try to find parking (which can be a challenge). We would highly recommend staying here and if we go back we will definitely stay here again.

This is nice place in a nice town. There was trash under the kitchen sink that had not been emptied, but the rest of the place was fine.

Very well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We couldn't figure out the television.

Family and dog friendly VRBO. Our family was in town for the Bike MS ride and this place was perfect for us.

We were very pleased with the quality of everything - comfortable beds, very clean, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Only downside was that one bedroom faced a busy street but in LaConner it was a real problem at night. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo. Mattresses and pillows were wonderful. Good location for walking into town and visiting relatives nearby. Some road noise in the front bedroom but nothing that kept us awake. Probably the best communication from property managers of any VRBO we’ve stayed in. Need to be able to handle a flight of stairs. This is an upstairs unit.

A total package everything you need in a condo much larger than the pictures show both bedrooms were perfect. Kitchen was well equipped top notch appliances enjoyed cooking dinners. Close walk to downtown and shopping. Only negative was the tall stairs and no quiet outside area and daytime street noise.

Very clean and totally updated. Perfect having two master suites as we were 2 couples. A little noisy for the front bedroom guests. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes pots and pans. but an important miss: basic spices/salt and pepper. Enjoyable stay. Thank you

The property was nearly perfect. The location, parking, check-in/out, cleanliness, furnishings, etc. were all very nice. If I had to find something to comment on (though it is hard to!), it would be that there is some noise from the street, in the bedrooms. But it didn't bother me at all. We didn't need to drive at all for the weekend and they thought of everything in the apartment (tv had all the right apps, usb supported outlets, kitchen accessories, etc.). Would go back!
