We drove by the property before staying and we were concerned about how overgrown the yard was and how different the pictures on VRBO looked compared to the actual property. The grass was overgrown, the patio furniture was in the grass and the hammock was turned sideways up against the side of the house. Upon arriving the house was decent. The furniture in the main living area was stained and uncomfortable. The second morning that we were in the house, we discovered RATS in the kitchen. An exterminator was sent three days in a row to trap the rats and try to figure out where the nest was and where they were coming from. We had exhausted searches for a condo before renting this home and my parents and sister were staying in a condo nearby or we would have packed up and left that day. We want a refund!!

House was clean and roomy. Great communication with owner. Minor problems at check in dealt with professionally.

This was a great property in a great location. We could and did easily walk to the beach many times during our stay, and even got to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral early one morning. There are many restaurants within blocks of the property and it is only a short short drive into St. Augustine.

Our family of five spent four nights at the property. The proximity to the beach (maybe a 5-7 minute walk) was great! And the beach was beautiful. Also a good central location in the town to access many things to do. The house itself is older and more awkward than the pictures show. The conditions are fine and clean, just was hoping for something a little higher end. We ended up having a great trip. If you are fine with average interiors in hotels and rentals, this unit would work well for you.

We had a great time in St Augustine. The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The beautiful beach is just a short walk away. When we initially arrived at check in time the cleaning service was still there. She was running behind that day and just had the bunk room to finish. So it didn't really affect us. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. There was shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and make up remover wipes provided. Which is an added benefit! We did find a few pieces of glass on the floor in the living and kitchen area that was missed during cleaning. However, when we found those, I immediately got the vacuum out and vacuumed the house because we had very small crawling babies on the floor. And even after I vacuumed what I thought was thoroughly, we still found another piece. Dani checked on us several times throughout out stay through messages and apologized for the glass in the floor. The house was comfortable for our whole crew of 12. The teenagers really loved the bunk room and the PlayStation. All in all we had a great vacation and will stay here again when we are back in St Augustine.

We had a house full with six people and the home was very accommodating. There were amenities that we usually do not find in other rentals such as provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup removing wipes; this was so convenient had we forgotten to bring anything. The house was immaculate upon arrival and we could not have asked for a better stay.

This property is well located and very clean. The beach is close and very enjoyable.The manager was always available. The challenges are: one of the bedrooms is only accessible by going through another bedroom. The small kitchen is poorly appointed. There is no ice maker. While the home is described as sleeping 10 - there is only seating for 5 in the common area. The window treatments are literally paper. Television was a frustration as it would turn off randomly. It appears that the smoke alarms are disabled. I would not have chosen this property for my large family if someone had warned me of these limitations.

I really appreciate the promptness and concern showed to us during our stay.
