A beautiful remote villa with fabulous outdoor space and pool. There were 11 of us, from 5yrs to 65yrs. We all had the best time and would definitely recommend. The only thing we would say is that there is no AC and with temperatures reaching 38/39 degrees, which I believe is hotter than usual, it was uncomfortably hot. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms but nothing downstairs. We had cold showers before bed and lots of night time swims. Saying that, we would still absolutely recommend Maria Saris and hope to visit again some day. Thanks Jordi

The Villa was exactly as described. The owner (Jordi) is great a very helpful. Definitely recommend VMS if you are a big group.

The welcoming was very good and house was simply perfect.

We (a family group of 10 ranging from 2 years old to 60+ years old) stayed in Villa Maria Saris, Spain in June 2019. The villa was beautifully presented and sits in generous grounds with a large swimming pool. We could not fault the accommodation and the only suggestions we have for the villa owners would be to provide separate pool towels and a weekly maid service. The location is very rural/secluded and this meant that we had to drive everywhere (shops/restaurants etc) but it also meant it was peaceful and quiet. The owner - Jordi - was very helpful and responsive and I would certainly recommend Villa Maria Saris.

Beautiful house , loads of space . Beautiful party of Spain. L’ Bisbal Emporda is a lovely village ,restaurants, cafes, shops and a friday market . Plenty of supermarkets. Only 10 mins by car. Girona is only 30 min and definitely worth a visit. We (17 of us )loved our stay . However No Air conditioning in 45 degrees proved tough . The fans supplied completely inadequate resulting in our purchasing of several more powerful ones (still not great). The weather also brought out “bugs” wasps in particular which proved to be a particular nuisance at dinner times resulting in food being eaten inside (shame) . The owner Jordi is lovely very friendly and welcoming . I would not hesitate to stay here again but would be even more excited if there was AC.

This is a beautiful place and was perfect for us 8 friends with two children. It's quite remote, and accessed by a short dirt road, but is surrounded by beautiful scenery and some lovely old towns. The road cycling in the are was bliss and the local coastline stunning. Easy access from Girona, a very nice city.

Maria Saris was an incredible place to stay for a week relaxing with the family. The property was spacious enough for 13 of us to spread out and enjoy the quiet surroundings. Each room was well equipped with an en-suite and perfectly presented to a high standard. The villa is well located only around 10 minutes from the supermarket and 30 minutes from the beaches. Jordi the host was a great guy and very friendly. Overall the house is highly impressive and offers 5 star luxury in a beautiful setting. I would recommend to any group looking for a luxurious and secluded getaway from the crowds.
