Great area and great place to stay. Close to everything and easy walking distance

A is a roomy house is a quiet residential area with everything we needed for our two week stay. There is entertainment with a wide range of TV channels including plenty of UK, Sky and BT. and lots of DVDs and books as well. Juliet gave us lots of information before we arrived and there is a useful folder with more inside the house. It is about a 20 minute walk to the harbour front and there is a wide range of good restaurants to eat. There are also two well stocked mini-marts for odds and ends a short walk away, and an excellent take-away ("Tasty") Kebab shop just though a cutaway. Do try The Curry House which is close for an excellent Indian meal and Taverna Picnic for great food and value. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this Villa and Paphos to anyone.

A lovely house, self contained with everything we needed for a month's winter stay. The kitchen is well equipped. Good facilities including UK TV channels, Sky and catch up too. Huge range of videos, books and games for wet days (of which there were hardly any). Juliet gave us lots of useful information e.g. car hire, taxis and very nearby minimarts. Do try Pambis and Hondros restaurants. Shop in Jumbo in the Kings Avenue Mall for a good laugh and great value. Love Paphos!

Me and my family stayed in the house. Great location 10 mins walk to Paphos centre. Has it's own private pool, that is spotless. Slightly over looked, but isn't intrusive. The house has everything you need. Cooking equipment, dvds, books and sky tv. Home from home. This was our second stay in the house, as we rented the property the year before. Love Paphos, so much to do and see. The owner is lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend

The house was clean had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. It was great to have our own pool and garden and to be within walking distance of the harbour with restaurants and shops. Two en-suites, air conditioning, wifi and a huge selection of DVDs were also a real bonus. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for family holidays.

We had a fantastic two weeks in this well equipped house situated in a perfect location between Kato Paphos and old Paphos although it is only a fifteen minute walk to the harbour and restaurants along the sea front. The house was well maintained and cleaned to a high standard and the pool was a great way to keep cool in July/August. Jay who lives a few houses down the road and keeps the pool in top condition gave us some good tips on eating out and places to visit. You must try Viklari (The Last Castle) a taverna in Peyia for a superb meal and location, also Muse a chic but reasonable restaurant in old Paphos with great views of Kato Paphos. For shopping use the Russian supermarket (Garden of Eden) for great fruit and veg which is just down the road. We would definitely return to the house and area and would recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

We have just stayed 2 weeks at this lovely Villa. 1 week myself and good lady and one week with my son ,partner and 4 year old. I have to say you cannot fault the villa its superbly equipped and everything works. The owner has not spared the luxury's. The pool is big and a lot of fun was had. If there is a fault in my eyes you do need a car which was not a problem as we had one so were able to travel if you are on foot the harbour is a good 35 minutes away.also the pool area is overlooked by the 2 flats opposite that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. This was not a problem to us. As I say the villa was superb and I would not hesitate to book again.

The house itself is in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk to a few shops and a 15 minute walk to th harbour with its restaurants and bars. The moorings and Viva Cyprus being our favourites. Juliet also recommended Chef de Karp which was very good. The house is very well equipped for your stay, even candles, nice touch! The swimming pool is a decent size and maintained by a nice couple who are also on hand to answer any questions you might have. The booking process was good Juliet is lovely and very easy to communicate with. We cannot recommend this house highly enough and hope to return.

Just back from 2 wonderful weeks in this lovely house...everything as described; spacious, clean, close to shops and approx 20 mins walk from the harbour and all our favourite restaurants. The kids loved their en suite as did we, and the pool is larger than it looks on the photo. Plenty of books to enjoy around the pool, weather was hot and sunny every day, also masses of towels and bedding. Juliet was attentive and prompt in answering queries, and provided good maps to the property. We have no hesitation in recommending this property for holidays in the Paphos area, and would definitely return.

Stayed at the house for 2 weeks in August and it is one of the best holiday rentals I have stayed in. It is very close to all amenities, we hired a car but you are within walking distance to the town the harbour and the tomb of the kings road. Buses have a very good service from here . The house has a fantastic private pool which is kept really clean, and has everything you would need for a self catering holiday and everything is of a very good standard. I would certainly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a lovely house in a great location at a very good price.

fantastic house everything you needed no english tv channels but this was beyond owners control location very peacefull yet only 15 min stroll to all amenities and sea pool very private and man came to clean twice a week owner very helpful with all enquires responded quickly to emails would not hesitate to go again plenty of room for four adults

My Fiance and I travelled to Paphos in July, This is a spacious, clean, well presented villa with all the facilities you could ask for. Juliet makes the bookings process easy and even updated us on the cricket scores via text message! The villa is great value for money. Spacious light and airy bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and balcony. The pool area is clean and private, there are a couple of balconies from the houses behind over looking the pool but these were not used the whole time. the provisions of all towels, irons and hair dryers made packing light very easy. we used the BBQ one day and pool toys are provided for any children (or the young at heart like us!). Amazon shop is a five minutes walk away for all you could need, you might pay a little over the odds but its so convenient you cant go wrong and they have a large off license on site and the BBQ coals etc as well and the fresh rolls in the morning are lovely. the fruit and veg super market about a 15 minute walk away has some of the freshest, best value items ive seen. well worth a trip for the fruit and the taxi rank is just over the road so if you dont have a car its easy to get a lift back. the walk into the town is quite easy and we found stopping off at the pub "The First and Last" broke the journey up a bit (literally the first and last pub you cross on the walk) the staff here are friendly and welcoming and i recommend the breakfast!. We decided to walk to and from the town but taxis are easy to get if you prefer. all in all a great holiday and would recommend to my friends and family
