This apartment has a large bed and bath. Excellent location. The host and her husband were very welcoming. I highly recommend. Note that much of downtown Nantes is restricted for only pedestrians and bicycles. Parking is off site.

The apartment was spacious, very nice, clean, well appointed, and close to everything that you need. The kitchen has everything that you need if you choose to cook. Isabelle is very attentive and quick to respond if you need her. Just a note about parking… the best and least expensive parking is at Tour Bretagne and a 10-15 walk to the apartment.

Spacious Rooms, many shops and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed Musee de Beaux Arts.

We felt so lucky to be in the heart of the historic city with multiple French balconies to soak up views and sounds of the city square. Fabulous stay!

As many others have stated this is a great location, just steps from Place Royale - you're looking at it from the living room - and very close to groceries (Monoprix), shops and sightseeing. Parking at Tour Bretagne is very close, and checking in and out was absolutely smooth. Isabelle is a wonderful host who took time to get me familiar with the area, and provided helpful suggestions for meals and sightseeing. The apartment is very bright, pleasant and comfortable with all the modern conveniences, fully enclosed shower, washing machine (rack provided) and lots of closet space. This was a fantastic place to stay on my first visit to Nantes, and I only wish that I could have stayed longer. Sincere thanks to Isabelle and I hope to return before too long.

Accesibilidad, agradable y céntrico
Es un apartamento muy céntrico, con muchas ventanas, luz , cercano a Commerce , y a toda la zona más visitable de la ciudad. Isabelle muy amable, pese a nuestras dificultades con el idioma.

Fantastic apartment! Best Hosts!
Fantastic 3rd floor apartment, looks out to Place Royalei in the centre of the old town. Very comfortable, classic French apartment with everything supplied. Hosts extremely helpful and friendly. They did everything they could to assist us during out stay. Would totally recommend 10/10.

Charming apartment, ideally positioned in the heart of Nantes
We spent 5 days in the apartment in September and would have liked to have stayed for longer. Nantes is a very interesting city with lots to see and do and this apartment allows easy access to most places, either by walking or by its proximity to the city's excellent tram service.
We flew out to Nantes airport and the airport bus dropped us just 2 minutes' walk from the apartment. Isabelle welcomed us, personally and was very helpful. We were able to buy provisions easily at a supermarket which was just a very short walk away.
The apartment provided everything we needed for a very pleasant holiday. It was very clean and well-kept, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were efficient and easy to use.

Wonderful apartment in the perfect area!
My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 7 nights and were completely in love with it. Located right off Place Royale, you get a view from 3 sides of the building onto charming streets so close to the square. The apartment was clean, tidy and gets lots of light, and was much larger than we were expecting. Isabelle and her husband were excellent hosts and promptly answered any questions we had. We would definitely rent this apartment again and recommend it for your stay in Nantes. The restaurants near the apartment are excellent and it feels very safe and secure. Annonce conforme à la description, appartement très soigné et superbement situé en hypercentre de Nantes, et avec toutes commodités à proximité, nullement besoin de voiture. Lovely apartment
We spent wonderful time in this apartment. Fabulous location - shops, restaurants and all what you will need just a few steps from the apartment. It was very importamt for us. A very substantial apartment close to everything. The main tram hub is very very close by (about five minutes). I would suggest Isabella, that you provide more bath towels. Overall a wonderful experience in Nantes, and hopefully we will return to this apartment again.

En tout point conforme à la description, superbement situé au centre de Nantes. On peut effectivement voyager léger vu son équipement complet! Un peu de bruit le WE au soir, logique en centre ville. Et impossible de se garer à proximité sauf en parking payant - mais c'est le prix à payer pour de beaux centres villes pietonniers. Propriétaire très très sympa, j'ai changé de réservation à la dernière minute sans problème : merci Isabelle!

Très agréable séjour de 3 jours. Appartement lumineux, idéalement situé, proche de tout à pied. Propriétaires de bon conseil et disponibles. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter.

Appartement idéalement situé en plein cœur de Nantes et plutôt bien équipé. Petit bémol sur le bruit, mais on ne peut pas avoir le confort d'être en plein centre ville sans qu'il n'y ait un peu de bruit...!
Propriétaire très disponible et accueil chaleureux.
Tout est à proximité (dans un rayon de 200m maximum à tout casser) : restaurants, supermarchés, transports en commun, bars & boulangerie (juste en bas de l'appartement : pratique !), etc...
Bonne alternative à la location d'une chambre d'hôtel !

Agréable séjour en hyper centre
Appartement idéalement situé en hyper centre qui permet un accès direct à toutes les commodités. L'appartement est très bien agencé et spacieux avec une jolie décoration et bien équipé (télé, wifi, draps, serviettes...). Très bon accueil par la propriétaire. Un peu bruyant mais c'est le prix à payer pour un appartement si bien situé...

Appartement vaste et lumineux, beaucoup de charme, idéalement situé en plein coeur de ville pour profiter de tous les agréments de Nantes : commerces, cafés, restaurants, château, le Jardin des plantes etc. Tout est vraiment à proximité.
Propriétaire attentionnée et très sympathique. Un petit plus pour l'accès Internet .
