Wi fi was poor on one end of the property.

We had no complaints -enjoyed our stay

The location was outstanding. The beautifully kept garden ends with its own little beach leading right into the lock. It's close to a train station, Loch rides are a 2 min walk away, beautiful walks surround the house. The facilities are well thought out and everything had been catered for and thought of. Log fires with stocks of chopped wood and coals, plenty of kitchen equipment, dozens and dozens of games, TVs in different locations so people can all have what they want without anyone having to compromise. Plenty of parking space. The tap water is like spring water! Marvellous all round.

The house had everything you'd ever need and the views were amazing. The beds were really comfy. It could do with some directions to some local walks.

Location, available space. Outside space would have been fine, except it rained every day. Fine views from all the rooms, even if we never got to see Ben Lomond because of the rain & cloud. Good quilts on the beds. Lots to do & see in the area, or would be out of the holidays. Luss recommended.

Not much. Fridge needed care to make sure it was closed, one of the toilets a little bit wonky on pedestal. Keys hard to get out of key safe on arrival. These are all very minor points and did not detract at all from the experience. A shame that we only found one decent place to eat (Loch Lomond Inn), although the Salnj is good as a pub.

The setting is stunning . The large picture Windows give superb views of Loch Lomond and Ben Lomond. The house is very comfortable and well equipped and ideal for our family party of eight people
