Every morning we enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. When we rented bicycles and rode around the island, we all agreed that we were staying at the nicest property. The unit was spacious: three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The spectacular view of the private dock and the water from the porch was enjoyed by all of us. The unit was clean; the property, well maintained and the staff, friendly and helpful. Two from our party were divers and they did two dives per day, then all of us went snorkeling together with the sharks and rays on our third day. We enjoyed eating at the Happy Lobster, Pelican Sunset Bar, Sip n’ Dip and Roy’s...lobster was plentiful since it was just after Lobster Fest. Indeed, a trip of a lifetime!

The balcony over looks the ocean with a constant wind blowing. In the evenings we swam in the pool right outside our back door. The location of the house was great because it was quite but close to town. The staff was very helpful and friendly and available all day. The went above and beyond to welcome us. We were able to walk to the Split but the golf cart made it easy for the whole to get around.

Loved this place. Perhaps the nicest place on Caye Caulker. Just a short walk along the beach path from the Ferry. We just rolled our luggage. Nice to have the private pier to lounge around. Staff were friendly and helpful. One of the AC units was “fussy”. It was fixed that same day - on a Sunday. Great place to spend a few days on the Caye.

Velento Properties are professionally managed, maintained, and staffed. Really enjoyed our week in Caye Caulker at two of their properties. Amazing service all the way around. If/when I return to Caye Caulker, I’ll be staying with Velento.

The property was beautiful and located walking distance from the stores, restaurant and the beautiful beach. The receptionist at the desk was very accommodating. I truly enjoyed the pool and walking around town as well as renting the bikes to explore the island. I would definitely love to return to this spot along with my family,

We had a great stay in the oceanfront #1 property. Kimberly was so helpful at check in—-introducing us to the property, answering all questions and even dropping us off at a great restaurant (Food Republic!) she suggested on our first night. The view from the balcony was amazing and the location perfect. It was an easy walk to restaurants, shopping and the split. Debbie and Tim were very responsive with easy communication and the best recommendation for Carlos Snorkeling Tours. We highly recommend this property and their friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful trip!

Our stay at Velento was perfect! We stayed in one of the Oceanfront units. The view and the sea breeze were indescribable...just wonderful! The hosts were so welcoming, friendly, kind, and accommodating. We have 4 children and they were so helpful anytime we needed assistance with anything . It seemed new and in perfect condition. Kitchen was well equipped, and towels were plentiful. Wi-fi excellent. Pool in back was beautiful. The on-site managers were warm, welcoming and even cooked a birthday dinner for us (including grilling lobster and snapper). Location was great, easy stroll to business area. Security excellent. Only minor frustration was computer-based glitches, receiving confusing confirmations from Gore Creek Properties, and also invitation to use Hospitality guest portal, both with wrong dates, hence 4 instead of 5 stars regarding management company. On-site staff could not have been better. We would love to return to same place again. Heavenly!

This is by far the nicest place I have stayed on the island EVER. Also the priciest. Lol. But it was well worth it. The rooms were clean. The entire house was clean. The view on our HUGE balcony was AMAZING. The pool was absolutely relaxing and also clean. The whole entire neighborhood was clean and charming. The managers Don and his wife are the sweetest people ever. They were so helpful and nice to us. They definitely went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They let us stay a few extra hours since our boat wasn't leaving til late afternoon so we got a few extra hours on the beach without having to worry about our luggage. That put the cherry on top for us. As a Belizean American I can definitely say I WILL BE COMING BACK.
