Everything was as advertised. Especially enjoyed the fire pit during cold but not too cold evenings and afternoons and the view of the water. Well-stocked kitchen made Thanksgiving a breeze.

We had a blast! This home has everything you need and more. We boated to the spit almost everyday for fun in the sun and made feasts for dinner everynight. Hosts we very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. I will definately book again!

Perfect! My aging family was easily able to enjoy their grandchildren and the kids were equally happy with all the bikes, boats and places for hide and go seek! Thank you!

We loved our vacation in cape cod! Leonardo met us when we arrived at the property to answer any questions that we had and to show us around. Every aspect of the rental is well thought out and explained in the instructions that you get prior to arriving, including things to do in the area. The house is updated, comfortable, and spacious enough for 2 adult couples and 4 young adults – everyone had their own bedrooms. The house was well equipped with all the kitchen accoutrements. The property is so beautiful and meticulously maintained. We spent many evenings on the deck that overlooks the bay or in the front garden chatting around the long gas fireplace. There was a lot to do. We enjoyed using the six available kayaks to paddle out to the private beach, Spit beach. Several bikes are also available to bike around town. We brought home large-mouth bass from our fishing trip for dinner, ate lunch at the nearby outdoor restaurants, went to the beach, hiked the parks, shopped at the commons, went whale watching, and visited the quaint towns nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This property was exactly as described. When we arrived it was absolutely spotless! The setting was gorgeous! Anything that we could have possibly needed was there. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating.

We had a long weekend here with six adults and three children ages 3 and under and it was a lovely time. The house is extremely clean, the beds are all very comfortable, and the views over the water are very pleasant. Great location, convenient to lots of beaches, parks, the Cape Cod Children's Museum, shops, restaurants, and more. Would definitely stay again.

This is a beautifully kept home, our stay was very relaxing and everything we expected. Absolutely spotless, the cleaner was finishing up as we arrived, she is amazing! The hosts are quick to get back to you and very accommodating. We certainly hope to return.

We had 9 ladies spending the weekend - there was plenty of space in this beautiful home. Comfy beds, plenty of hot water, kitchen well stocked and beautiful view from the home - this was the perfect spot for our reunion. I would love to come back in the summer to take full advantage of this water-front home. Host was very kind and responsive.

We chose this place as our first girl's getaway since Covid hit.2 years ago. We headed to Leonardo's beautiful home in New Seabury. There are about 10 stairs down to the front door but they are terraced and have a rail. The place is as pictured with a main gathering place overlooking the water with a table to eat at and another for puzzles and games.. The kitchen is a bit small but has pass thru to sitting area and is extremely well equipped with everything you need to prepare and cook meals. and a great full size fridge plus one in the lower level if needed.. The sitting area in the loft area upstairs was a great place to gather and reminisce and catch a couple exciting football games on the big screen TV. The stairs are steep but very sturdy. There are 4 bathrooms and a variety of bed arrangements in the 6 bedrooms all comfy so its great for large groups.. Plenty of hot water for multiple showers with fluffy towels. Simple easy check in. Very detailed book about the property to make our stay relaxed. The indoor fireplace and the outdoor fire pit made for a cozy winter getaway. Would love to be able to come back in the warmer weather.

The house was perfect for our group of friends and family. Large space to cook, play cards, enjoy the fire and be together, but also plenty of private areas as well. We loved it!

A few things to lookout for - 1) The property manager shares a long pdf of house rules once you make the booking, and really sticks to it. Do make sure you word if you don't want to pay a massive fine. It will have things like folding and restocking washed linen, not moving any furniture by even an inch, not meeting anybody outside your party even for an hour on the property etc. 2) If you are looking for privacy, this might not be the place. In order to enforce those rules, the owner monitors every minute you spend on the deck through the CCTV. Our group was actually creeped-out by the amount of details owner had on every moment we spent on the deck during the two days we stayed here. 3) Property is a little misrepresented in the photos. There is no furniture on the deck (and we were charged a hefty sum because we instead moved a table from inside the house). The living area is cramped (listing says 12 people but our group of 10 didn't have enough seating space) - the photos you see must be taken zoomed-out. In three of the rooms, there's no space left after the bed and you gotta crawl over them to move around.

We celebrated our Mom's/Nana's 80th birthday and this property was perfect. Plenty of places to gather and ample bedrooms. Having our morning coffee and looking out at the cove was just wonderful. Thank you!
