We were at Anna Maria Island for vacation. The condo was super close to the beach and not too far from everything. The condo was clean and had all the essentials. Even the skillets were like new. We appreciated that.

Overall, the place was wonderful and in a great location. Updated, clean, user friendly. Property managers were responsive and even had a new TV delivered when we didn't even know the other was broken. :) We would suggest a few minor fixes: *The Keurig was nice but the Mr. Coffee was old, filthy and didn't have a timer. We bought vinegar to clean it and it was still stained. Spend $10 more and get a nicer coffee pot. *The master bedroom mattress was inside a plastic bag; that captures heat and we woke up sweating most nights even with fans on high. We're paying enough for the place, they can replace the mattress when needed and skip the bag. *In today's "I need a charger" world, having one power strip with a 3 ft cord located under and in the middle of the king size bed meant you couldn't use it without crawling under the bed. Again, spend a few $ and get one with a 6' cord. I said they were minor, but those three little things would have made for a 5-star stay. Still, we would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a very friendly atmosphere...nice pool, activities, nice people, sunset and sunrise friendly and close to the white sand beaches! Our condo needs a little upgrading with things like the shower but was very clean and well stacked.

Such a pleasant stay, great location for walking to restaurants, shops, steps from the beach. We loved staying on the island it's been years since we've been and really appreciated all that it has to offer. Look forward to our return very soon.

The property was clean and as described. Loved how close it was to the beach. The building is older but the condo has been updated and is very nice. We enjoyed our trip!

This condo is perfectly located across the street from the beach and next to the pool. It is nicely decorated and comfortable. There are some things that need upgrading, namely the cookware and the sheets in the primary bedroom. They were low thread count so they were itchy and they did not fit the mattress. The bathrooms could use fans as well. Other than that, this is a fantastic property for the rate and I would definitely stay there again. The best part was having the chairs, beach umbrella and cart available for beach days!

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed that this condo is located central to the pool and beach. The decor is beautiful and the set up is comfortable.

Condo was nicely furnished and very well stocked with both housekeeping items and also beach items. The beach chairs, umbrellas, cart and beach toys were awesome.

We had a wonderful time stay. The condo was nicely furnished and there were many extra items included for the beach. We appreciated the starter kit of cleaning products and toilet paper. The location of the condo is fantastic. Close to the pool, the walkway to the beach, the trolley stop and a nice walk to the shops on Bridge street. Highly recommend a stay!

After well over 20 years of coming to Anna Maria Island, I stayed at Runaway Bay for the first time. The unit was fantastic, and super close to the beach. Very comfortable, and nicely updated. They had every sort of beach item you could possibly want, including chairs, umbrellas, bocce ball, frisbees, and a cart to tote it all. I would definitely stay there again.

We picked the perfect place for our first trip to Anna Maria Island/ Bradenton Beach. Our 3 boys are 11, 13 and 14. The condo was perfect for us- plenty of space & it was nice to have our own washer/ dryer. The condo complex is literally across the street from the beach so it was very easy to take our chairs & toys (all provided which was so nice!) over to the beach for a little bit then end the day in the condo’s pool. Several items were provided like trash bags, laundry detergent, etc so that was a nice touch. If you’re looking to be really close to the beach but also have a pool, this is a great condo!

Our family highly recommends SeaBreeze vacations to anyone staying in Bradenton or Anna Maria island. Our condo was beautiful and so close to the beach. Abby was exceptional with helping us with our reservations and anything we needed. We can not wait to come back!!!!

It was a lovely condo, all went well. Surprised though we had no communication with the owner. I was sure I tried reaching him through the site. There were some small details that I felt were missing. Like a pen to sign the guest book, possibly some food condiments like salt, pepper maybe some packets of mustard, ketchup, Mayo, some coffee/tea, aluminum foil, Kleenex, coasters. We made it a point to be extremely careful not to stain anything, and to clean everything we used. Just a few incidentals like this. It was a lovely fresh and clean condo otherwise no complaints. Weather could’ve been better by all was well, thankfully no rain!

Great place to stay!

Just returned from a week at Starfish Haven and we loved everything about it. The condo is lovely and very well-equipped with everything we needed. Just steps outside is the crosswalk to the beach. We knew it was close but we were thrilled to see how close it was and how easily accessible the beach access was from the condo. We loved it so much, we are already looking for dates to return.

The condo must be one of the best locations in all of Runaway Bay! 150 steps to the beach. Very close to the pool, gym, tennis courts and shuffle board. It also must be one of the nicest in regards to all the updates. This condo was all new and fresh. We absolutely loved how the condo was so beautifully decorated. The new Tempurpedic bed was extremely comfortable. We were thankful for all the beach items available for guest use: beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys, beach cart, etc. All the restaurants on the island were excellent. The kids loved riding around in the golf cart we rented from Seabreeze. The management of the property was top notch! They are extremely professional with incredible customer service. Our whole family had a blast on this vacation. We already booked our next visit to stay in this fantastic condo. We can't wait! Thank you Seabreeze Vacation and Starfish Haven condo!

Condo was clean and well equipped. Not drawers full of “stuff” but one of whatever you needed in good condition. I will add color coordinated because that is kind of important to me. Beds were comfy and we were amazed by the generous amount of basic supplies provided. Three rolls of tp in each bath, laundry detergent, softener, two rolls of paper towels and a box of 10 garbage bags. Plenty of beach supplies we really did not use due to red tide. Fortunately, we loved the pool. Both beach and pool are very close. Condo beautifully appointed — light and beach. Seabreeze staff so helpful and friendly. Have stayed on north end for seven years but will definitely come back to Runaway Bay!

This condo has it all. They have a ton of extras within the condo. We thought we would have to buy an extra beach chair but there were tons of beach extras in the patio closet. The beds were very comfy. The starters (towels, kitchen necessities, and bathroom items) lasted us the week. No need to run out and buy more. Close to different restaurants, the trolley line, and the beach. I highly recommend the condo.

We loved our “home away from home” for the last 10 days! The location was amazing and the condo had everything we needed. We were going to rent a high chair when we got there but they already had one! They also had a pack and play (but we had already brought ours.) There were plenty of beach necessities as well. We highly recommend Runaway Bay!

First time!! Clean, large space on 2nd floor with stairs only access. Many shops and restaurants close by. Free trolley, and tip only Monkey Bus. Helpful also to have a rental vehicle to get to many other beaches and places to explore more. Condo unit close to pool, but sooo quiet still, and close walk to Bradenton beach. Highly recommend staying here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Starfish Haven/Runaway Bay 201! You can't beat this location- SO close to the beach, the pool and some great food & entertainment! The unit was very well appointed (the kitchen amongst the best of any rental units we've stayed in) and tastefully decorated. We will definitely look to book this unit again when we return to AMI!

The condo unit and the location is perfect for us. Close to the pool; close to the beach; great restaurants within walking distance...all right up our alley! The condo was beautiful and very clean. Our disappointments were a WiFi system that faded out at the most in opportune times, and the bed mattress in the master suit should be replaced. Those are important items for us and knocked this experience down a peg, but we would gladly go back!

Cute & extremely clean! Nicely updated and also has a ton of beach gear for us to use. Tvs have Netflix etc. for us to use, fully equipped kitchen, & quick across the street location from the beach. We didn’t receive a parking pass for our cars and unable to find it in the condo - mgmt had said they received a complaint but we never received a pass. WiFi also didn’t really work well/we couldn’t login. When I went to the gym, there’s a new process in signing in and I was scolded by some lady because the office had given me the code to the clubhouse which we cannot enter through anymore - those are my only minor complaints. Overall great place thanks for having us!

Perfect decor for the beach area! It was adorable! Perfect location for us! Loved everything about this condo and would definitely love to come back! Didn’t want to leave!

It was a great location right across from the beach and the condo is updated and well-maintained. I appreciated that they provided beach chairs and all the necessities for a beach day. I wish they would have provided shampoo and conditioner and hand soap for the bathrooms.

This place is very nice but the king size mattress needs to be replaced. It was old and lumpy. We had no other issues with the unit. However, we were disappointed we weren't able to get this condo next year. Supposedly they are renting on a 2 year basis now but we never received any notification of this. Places we have rented from in the past have always let the tenant renting a first chance for the following year. I guess this is not the same with your company. We are very disappointed we were not called snd given a chance to rent this for next year.
