We had a very enjoyable two weeks staying at Hillside Cottage. It was only a 20-minute riverside walk into Wadebridge and we were well placed to drive to local beaches and various coastal towns and villages, as well as inland locations.Just a couple of things to note: - ️ the road by the cottage is quite narrow and the best place to park is 200m or so up the hill from the cottage unless you have a small car or want to risk annoying the neighbours.- ♻️ there was no provision for recycling in the cottage even though many other nearby properties had council-provided bags or bins and there was a recycling collection while we were there. We couldn’t find any other recycling facilities near Wadebridge so unfortunately everything ended up going in the household waste. That said, we were very happy with our stay.

A lovely cottage in an excellent location. The cottage is well equipped and very clean. The village is very peaceful and close to Wadebridge for amenities. Polzeath and Rock are beautiful - great surfing and lovely beaches - and both only a few miles from the cottage. A delightful stay.
