The location was excellent, the apartment was clean and reasonably comfortable though fairly basic.

The managing agency were beyond appalling. We e mailed saying we would arrive by train at 12.08 pm. and could we please.leave our bags at the apartment. We were told to telephone on arrival which we did, 8 calls over the next 2 hours to an answering machine while 4 80 year olds, 2 with Parkinson's, waited in a crowded station in the pouring rain. No seats. Eventually we got an answer and were told to ring Glen at another number, another answering machine. After another hour were told to ring Benoit. Left message. Just before 4 pm were told to go to the apartment where we would find keys. We went, no keys. Called again and were told they were in a lockbox attached to a bicycle rack across the street and were given a code. Finally got in 4 hours after arrival, soaked and miserable. Apartment was OK but coffee maker broken and exposed live wires in the bedroom.. On the last day we received an e mail saying that 2 days before arrival we would receive instructions about obtaining the keys! We were given no instructions about leaving, the lockbox had disappeared, so we left Le Baulier with the keys in a prominent place and in very clean and neat condition.

Appartement très bien situé, près du centre ville et du lac. Avons passé une bonne semaine de vacances.

1er étage sur avenue très passante, les chambres donnent malheureusement sur cette avenue + stationnement difficile.

Accueil déplorable au téléphone par Benoît (?) qui apparemment n'etait pas au courant de notre arrivée et m'a reçu comme un chien au téléphone en précisant que j'avais de la chance que le menage soit fait. En réalité l'appartement était crasseux, bruyant, la douche clafie de moississures, tout était sale, couverts, vaisselles etc... J'ai adressé les photos à la "conciergerie" (😂😂) ils m'ont élégamment proposé de me rembourser... Le ménage. De qui se moque t'on ? Quant au quartier, cela doit être le plus sale et le plus mal famé d'Annecy

It's very convenient for us to travel from the train station to the home location, just a 10 minute walk. The landlord is picking us up downstairs, giving us the keys and introducing us to the room. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen utensils were complete. We had a pleasant 2 days here. Within ten minutes of walking to the old city, it is conveniently located. There is a Carrefour supermarket downstairs, which is convenient to buy daily necessities and food.
