I loved the location, exactly 10 minutes from Bryce. The room was cozy and well decorated for such a small town. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding was clean. We had a walk-in closet inside the bathroom, a microwave in the room, and a fridge that kept our drinks cold and maintained our leftovers fresh. The front desk guy was friendly. The wifi signal was awesome. We had 5 devices connected, fully operating, and one of them was our firestick, no issues. The Mexican restaurant on site is the best restaurant in town, hands down. They even offer wine and beer. The customer service was great and offered chips and salsa for free. They also have a salsa bar with different options. The beef fajita was excellent. I wish we had gone to this restaurant every day we were there. Unfortunately, we decided to go to the canyon restaurant the first night for hubbs birthday dinner, and their burger was so gross that I couldn't eat past the first bite. Will stay in this hotel again.

Stayed 2 nights. The first night, I felt that the heater was a little loud for my liking when trying to fall asleep. However, I'm a light sleeper, and the sound didn't wake me up throughout the night. I also must say that out of 4, I was the only one with this issue. The second night, the heater sound did not bother me one bit. The shower head was a bit clogged, which affected the water pressure. Although It is true that the bathroom floor behind the toilet could be cleaner, it was not as bad as I have seen at some other hotels such as Hiltons in LA or LV.

The guy that checked us in was fabulous! He was very welcoming and, when asked, gave us information on where to get breakfast and offered a discount on the breakfast. We brought up issues with him and he took notes to pass to management. The hotel was decorated in a bright modern bohemian style.

There was a significant lack of attention to detail when they remodeled; paint drips on furniture and on outlets, missing faceplate covers on outlet behind headboard, and towel bar not installed (it was stuffed behind the toilet). The insulation between rooms is non existent so you can hear everything! The blankets on the beds are thin velour and not very warm. Luckily there was only 2 of us, so we each had our own blanket, but the beds need a real comforter, especially since nighttime temps were in the 20s in May.

Exterior may seem slightly off-putting, but it is a typical US style lodge which is fun.

The place is quite isolated by itself. The room is way too small. Only fit two beds, not even a table or chair. Everything inside looks old and cheap. The bad makes loud noise every time you move your position.

the room was very small and poorly laid out. The mattresses were so squeaky that you couldn’t move without making tons of noises. I have never seen a worse mattress than that. The bathroom door creaked on opening and closing. There was no chair in the room.

The rooms look like a boutique hotel, very cute and modern. The beds are comfortable and the rooms a pretty soundproof.

The pillows were flat but tolerable. The light in the closet area was out but to be fair we didn't ask them to fix it.

Bed was very comfy and facility was clean.
