We had a fabulous week and loved all the new updates that the owners had just completed! The house is located within walking distance to walkway 1 and has everything you need for a perfect week! Look forward to coming back next year!

We were a group of 5 adults visiting Panama City Beach to celebrate a birthday and could not have been any happier with the accommodations. The house is a short walk to the spectacular beach, on a quiet and clean street. Also, there are multiple choices for groceries within a mile of the house. The home is very well equipped with all the cookware that we needed and we felt right at home from the moment we walked. The communications with Sean were easy and quick and did not have a single issue during our seven day visit.

We really like this house. Sean does an excellent job of making our stay a memory for our family.

We went on our annual family vacation to Florida this July and we were so lucky to find Sean Davis and this space. He was super responsive and very accommodating to all of our needs. We took a family of 10 to this property and had plenty of room and really enjoyed the layout, the amenities, the proximity to the ocean... less than 100 yards to the walk-over and all other elements of the experience. I would highly recommend this space... The reality was even better than the pictures and initial advertising. We would definitely stay there again.

Location was fantastic and so convenient to access the pool and beach. We have stayed at a few homes in the Carillon Community over the years, and I think this was my family’s favorite so far. We had a wide range of ages between my family, my parents, and my sisters family. The house was very accommodating for all. My sister has a newly crawling baby, and really appreciated some of the “baby proofing” that was done. And my favorite part, it was super clean!

We had a great time at this property! The house in the back was invaluable to our large family group. The location was very very handy to the beach and the pool. When we return to Carillon for our 6 th time I will rent the same home ! I reached out to Sean many times and he was prompt and friendly and helpful every time. He was incredibly accommodating to our needs. I can’t recommend this property enough !

We had a great time in Carillon. We traveled with grandparents and very young children. It was great for every age. This property is an awesome location for families with young kids. It is so close to the beach. The upstairs bedroom had the perfect space for our infant to sleep since it was able to be closed off from the main bedroom. We hope to come back soon!

It was very easy to make reservations. Owner responded immediately to any questions.

Loved this home for our large group. We moms (3 of us) each had a bedroom in the big house and our kids/friends took over the cottage in the back. The beautiful beach and four reserved chairs were just a short walk away. Place is great for young families, a group of families/friends or anyone who wants to enjoy a tranquil and super-charming resort-like neighborhood. There are two small pools in the resort area which were popular and enjoyable. But it is not a good spot for spring breakers as the beach is private and not walkable to any nightlife or popular eateries. The hosts were super responsive to any questions. The main house was bright, spacious and updated - the cottage in the back though needed some rehab. We visited early in the year so not sure if there have been any updates. They do provide rent of either main house only or both. Would highly recommend this place. It is in such a charming area on Carillion Beach. .

Great location proximity to the beach and the carriage house was perfect for our kids and grands. Wonderful time together in God’s beautiful landscape.

The place is amazing, clean, and so so close to the beach. We will definitely try to go back there and I am telling all my friends to get lucky enough to rent it for their families too It is beyond perfect!

We very much enjoyed our time at No Shoes No Shirt No Problems. The home is beautiful, spacious and was very clean. It is also conveniently located very close to a beach walkover. Sean was very attentive and accommodating. The a/c went out, he was on it within minutes and had the unit replaced the following morning! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are appreciative. We had 3 generations of our family with us on our trip. The house and the carriage house worked perfectly for everyone. The neighborhood was excellent. We would stay here again.

Excellent experience. House was roomy and very pretty. The beach was easily accessible which was great with younger kids. Loved the front porch. Everyone was impressed by the kitchen amenities and the technology the houses offered. We enjoyed our stay so much.

We loved our stay here! The owner communicated very well and the house is lovely. It is so close to the beach walkover that you feel as if you are right there! The bedrooms with the high ceilings are all wonderful and the office area on the second floor was so needed and welcome for working from "home" while the family is on vacation. The carriage house was the perfect addition to spread out a little more, too! The kitchen is very well stocked and has a great layout with the dining and living room right by it. It is a wonderful home!

We were looking for a place that not only accommodates teen, school age children, and mid age adults but we wanted the beach and all the fun right at your finger tips. It’s between two great cities, Panama City and Destin. There’s a Publix at the next block up and a Winn Dixie. The property owner made quick and precise communication and was a joy to work with. The home has a great set up with every amenities you could possibly think of. This has now become a yearly vacation home on my list to rent. You will love this place.

I have stayed at many places along the Gulf coast (Gulf Shores, Destin, Rosemary Beach) and this was my favorite! The location and the house were perfect. With small kids in the group, it was so easy to walk to the beach, ride bikes to the pool, or go exploring around the lake. The owner was so helpful and responsive! My parents came with us and also loved it. The house was so nice and comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. My favorite feature was the hot water for the outdoor shower (which was key to get sand off little kids). Overall, it was excellent.

It was a wonderful experience. Will rent here again.
