The Best place we've ever stayed at in the Winter Park/Fraser area! It's just the right distance away from the resort to feel like a retreat. It's in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. Out of every place we've ever stayed, my kids asked to go back here (it may have been the retro video games)! Kelli is amazing to work with. She makes sure you have everything you need for your getaway. Kelli, thank you to you, Chad and your kiddos for letting us share your home-away-from-home. It was peaceful, cozy and the Gift Basket was a really nice surprise!

I could not have asked for a better experience or more beautiful property. Our kids absolutely loved the experience and definitely enjoyed the hot tub. We have decided that we would love to come back in the summer months to explore more!! We had a very nice welcome gift which we enjoyed with dinner. This is by far the best VRBO experience we have had and we highly recommend this property!!

This was our second time to stay at Chad and Kelli's home. Just like our previous visit, this one was wonderful. The house was perfect for our needs with 6 adults and 4 kids. The Winter Park lift is just right outside the door and the house is in a great location for accessing downtown Winter Park. We could not have enjoyed ourselves more and I'm sure we will be back for a third stay in the future.

The property exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for our two families. The home was perfectly stocked with so much thought. The kitchen had everything needed for our family meals at home. The sleds & snow shoes were great fun for the kids, the backyard & front field space was amazing! The family games & large kitchen table provided for evening fun & lots of laughter. The hot tube was welcomed after long days of skiing. The home was perfectly located, a short drive to Winter Park Resort, restaurants & grocery. I stayed at Kelli and Chad's fantastic house Feb 21-25, 2022, with my husband, our two kids (8yo and 5yo), my brother, and my mom. The house easily could have held more people, but it was great for a group our size, too. The house is gorgeous and SO well stocked with just about everything you could possibly ask for--there were sleds in the garage, tons of toys and board games, multiple video game systems, etc. The kitchen was also very well stocked with just about everything we could have asked for (including spices and condiments). The hot tub was ready to go and felt great after a long day of skiing. There are internet-connected TVs in both living rooms and the three non-bunk-bed bedrooms. With snowy roads, it was an easy 13 min drive to the base of Mary Jane where there is free parking for those skiing/snowboarding. That was our primary purpose for being in Winter Park, and this house was the absolutely perfect home base for it. The fact that Hernando's Pizza (without which no visit to Winter Park is complete) is only moments away doesn't hurt either :-) As we left, my 5yo begged to stay in the same house the next time we come to Winter Park, and we definitely will!

The townhome was very nice, and in a location that was conveniently located so that it was just a short drive to get to the ski slopes. It is also very close to town and access to restaurants and shops. While we used it for a ski trip, this townhome would be very nice for a summer trip as the Grand Lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is only about 40 minutes away. The home was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you need if you prefer to stay in and cook. We definitely would stay here again.

The property is just as described. Great location and great layout. There was plenty of space for Our 2 families ( 4 adults and 5 kids , age 8-17). The owner, Kelli, was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs. This house is by far the best equipped house we have rented in the last 10 years. It had everything from snow shoes to water bottles for the slopes. We did not have to run to the store for typical Household supplies ( think garbage bags to hair conditioner and everything between). It really makes a difference to find all you need on hand at the rental. We would highly recommend if you are looking for The Perfect Winter Park home.

We make an annual trip to Winter Park for skiing with our family. Since our kids are now starting to have families of their own, it becomes more challenging to get a place to fit us all. This place was great! We all loved it. It had everything we needed, more than enough room, and the location was perfect to get to Winter Park base. We’d love to be able to stay here again.

This property was great for the littlest kid (2.5 yo) to the 14yo! The kitchen was wonderfully stocked for cooking big meals for all, and we all fit comfortably around the table. We loved the fire pit at night, the two living spaces and all the bedrooms to split up kids as needed. The 2nd master had a walk in closet that was big enough to have our toddler sleep in a pack n play which worked perfectly for us to have him close without distributing him. There were so many "extras" we discovered when we stayed. Sound machines in every bedroom, plenty of toys for the kids, games for all ages, night lights for the kids, and even an extra toddler mattress that our 6yo used to still join the big kids in the bunk room on the floor. Kelli was very responsive and timely, and accommodated an earlier check in to make medication storage much easier for our family. Overall, incredibly family friendly, very detail oriented and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful experience. Chad and Kelli were super responsive and helped all along the way. The house was awesome and the upstairs game room made for great separation between the adults and kids. The Lift stop is literally 25 feet out the front door. We would definitely stay here again!

All of the reviews are accurate...there are numerous little extra things to make the stay more enjoyable. For me, it was something as simple as a moisturizing lotion in the bathroom and the extra pillows for the bed. For my husband, he loved all of the extras in the garage for the kids to sled and play on. I would highly recommend this property and the owners were responsive and great to rent from! 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

At night we had a great time cooking nice meals and enjoying a glass of wine with close friends. After dinner the hot tub makes for the perfect night cap. This house was everything we expected. It was warm and cozy and had all the amenities you would need! The location was great. The beds were super comfortable. We had a great time at Fraser tubing hill and snow mobiling. We would definitely consider staying here again for our next family vacation!!

This is our 2nd year staying at this lovely home. Our group of 7 loves this place, for so many reasons. There is plenty of room for the kids and the living room is large enough to have everyone down there for board games after a long day of skiing. The kitchen has everything we need and there is plenty of trim for everyone to eat. We especially appreciated all the little touches that the house has. The location is fantastic and close to town and to winter park. We definitely will be staying here again!

Beautiful home right across the street from the shuttle pick up to Winter Park. Great for families, lots of room and had everything we needed for our stay. Great communication with the home owners.

We loved our stay here. The home is lovely and very well situated with easy access to everything. It’s incredibly well equipped. You can tell a lot of thought went into supplying the home. Our kids had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfy and everyone enjoyed the smart TVs. Lots of room for being together as well as having some solo down time. Great stay!

This house was perfect for our group of 11, including 2 children and 3 great grandparents! Plenty of room for everyone! The Lyft Shuttle picks up right outside the door, this was awesome! Our skiers loved the hot tub after a day on the slopes. The owners have gone the extra mile to make this property comfortable and nice. The kitchen is well equipped. We cooked all of our meals and had everything we needed. We all had a wonderful time and hope to return! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!
