The location is good, close to the bars and restaurants. You only get one key so you need to message the host for another but they responded quickly and provided another set. Great Air conditioning.

The fridge is basically a freezer! and the place could do with a bit of attention! The apartment is up some steep hills so make sure you are mobile enough. Parking is confusing you get a message from the host saying you can park in any bay with white lines but there are local authority signs saying when and when you can park but they are confusing! Kettle is tiny!

It was in a good location, very quiet and spacious. The space was worth the money we paid - good price as it is. Also 5/10min walk from shops, supermarket, restaurants etc

The shower door was broken in one of the bathrooms so was a bit of an inconvenience, as well as the front door but the host was very responsive luckily.

Pillows might need replacing, they were not as soft as I would have liked

Air condition did not work in one of the room. There was not hot water in one of the bathroom. The problem with the electricity - circuit breakers. Last night in the dark. Not recomendable

Location is just perfect. Big flat with plenty of space. Big garden and aircon in every room

The location of this place is really good so if you're heading to Malta for a day or two, it is just fine. This property could be a much pleasant place if the owner cared more about the guest experience. For us, the only positive thing to say about the place was location and that's it.

- The property was booked by our business manager so we couldn't receive the instructions. When we contacted to the owner, he replied us late. He didn't meet us. It took several messages to convince him to send us the instructions. We had to walk to another address with all the bags etc. As we entered, we figured he sent us to the wrong property. We had to walk back all the way. We spend 1 hour to step in to the place we paid hundreds of euros. - The kitchen didn't have enough utilities. We couldn't drink coffee as 4 people because there were only 3 cups. - There was only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people during an 8-day stay. We asked for supplies but the owner didn't reply. - The soap bottles in the bathrooms were filled with water and they smelled terrible. During Covid-19 pandemic, we had to buy our own soaps in a property as we couldn't even wash our hands properly. We asked the owner to provide soaps but he didn't reply. - We had to use the same set of towels for 8 days. No replacement or cleaning service was offered during our stay. - The place is moldy and humid although we kept the windows open. Both bedrooms were uncomfortable to sleep due to bad air quality. - The refrigerator turned our food into ice pieces. This was also written by someone else who stayed there 2 years ago. Nothing changed. - The neighbors in that apartment are loud. It's next to the entrance so you can hear people talking in the corridor. Moreover, all day long you can hear their TV sounds or in the night, there were people talking loudly. Not a quiet place for sure. - The owner didn't answer our requests. I can back all my experience with screen shots and photos from the property. I can't believe how this place can be listed on booking.com. I kindly ask for simple improvements to the owner but as mentioned, he didn't care to respond. - If you're going there for a few night - you get what you pay.
