We were very happy with our stay .across from beach , close to Phillies training stadium. We had a blast ! Great restaurants with in walking distance.

Disappointed with the listing. There is a fire-pit pictured on the beach but it was non existent. The grill pictured is actually for the unit at the back of the house, on their deck. It would be awkward to use as that unit was occupied while we were there. Don’t be fooled by the beach pictures. The house, although in a great location, is located across the street from the beach. It is located on the inter-coastal waterway but the back unit is on that side. There are also paddle boards and kayaks pictured and listed as amenities but there are none available and the property manager said we could rent them, which is also misleading. The house was fine for our needs but 4 rolls of TP, 4 dishwasher pods and 4 laundry pods is pretty stingy for a 15 night booking.

We were only there for one night, attending a special event, but the property looked just like the pics. Very cute, clean, and a short walk across the street to the beach. It suited our needs perfectly. Perfect size for 2 couples or a small family.

The location of this property is good. However, there was a major problem with the shower. We arrived on a Sunday and could not use the shower due to the fact that it trickled cold water, and in order to take a shower you had to have it on hot water only. of course you can’t take a shower like that without burning your skin. The bottom of the shower is missing the grate thatcovers the drain. So what they did was put a small drain cover and you slide into this deformation in the bottom of the shower. We had to go out and buy a nonslip mat to cover the hole. We notified the property manager and went back-and-forth and did not get to take a shower until Tuesday evening. They wanted us to wait till Wednesday and we refused. We still have yet to get a refund for the days that we could not use our shower especially when you’re on a beach. We had to wait for maintenance to come who couldn’t fix it. We had to wait another day to get the plumber to come. And property manager told us we didn’t have to be there. The problem with that is all of our belongings were in there, and we were not comfortable with someone else having the code to access our place. Never heard back from the property manager after the shower was fixed the couch was so uncomfortable you couldn’t sit on it. It has a cover on it, which we removed to see what was going on only to find out that they just stuffed some pillows and the couch was so filthy dirty we took pictures of it. Not happy with the fact no dressers

This place was just as listed. Great place to have pets. Nice to be able to just walk them out back for bathroom purposes. Kitchen could have more baking sheets for cooking. Great to have coffee & filters supplied. Our biggest complaint was the water pressure in the shower. Literally non-existent! Very hard to rinse or get shampoo out of hair. King bed was very comfy. Didn't use other bed. Nice to be right across from the beach access. Make sure you back in when you park there. Very hard to back out when there is traffic

This house is so perfect and cute! Stayed with my husband and 1 year old. The beach is across the street. Mini golf next door. Loved staying here. It was a very large house. All we could talk about was how we want to come back and stay there again ! The property managers answered all messages/questions quickly when we wanted to extend our stay while we were there. They supplied everything you need for the beach (toys, chairs, wagon, umbrellas, beach towels) even supplied us with a pack and play and a high chair for our little one!

The place was very nice. Great location directly across from the beach. Beach access was fight in front of the property.

The facility was clean, large, and across the street from a beautiful beach. The only downside was we had to drive about a half hour to get to a dog friendly beach. The facility itself was great for a dog as they prepared ahead of time to make it dog friendly.

We were very pleased from the moment we walked in of the cleanliness and brightness of the cottage. Upon inspection, pleasantly surprised to see that this cottage was very generously appointed with all the necessities of daily living; ie, paper towels, tp, dishwashing soap, to name a few. There is a nice little yard in back with a view of the bay. Located directly across the street from the beach with easy access. Close to shopping and restaurants. Overall comfortable.

Cute tiny place just street away from ocean. Couch had pet hair all over and on kitchen floor. Since we were traveling with a crawling infant, we had to be bit careful. But owner was nice about providing high chair and playpen. Worth our babies first vacation ...

This place was adorable. Steps from the beach, shopping, food, putt putt... it was great. The property was totally updated and gave a wonderful beach vibe. Beds were comfy and even though we were on the road it was quiet.

Rental was across the street from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable.

Nice, clean, little home right in the middle of everything. We were able to get around to Tampa and Bradenton quickly for various events. I was able to walk to various places for coffee and food, as well as its just a minute of walking from the Gulf. Even next to all these fun to-dos, it was quiet and easy to sleep each night. We would book here again without question.

Front door that does/does not lock. Fronts a busy street. No electricity in either bedroom. Have to step down to bathroom and bedrooms. Can’t shut bathroom door because you get trapped in there. Neither bedroom door shuts. Can’t use closets because they are full of old, rusty beach chairs and umbrella covered in sand.Poor and still waiting for my full refund. Case #36760510

Overall, the duplex was wonderful! There were plenty of linens and the kitchen is gorgeous! I would caution future guests that parking is tricky when trying to back out into two lanes of traffic, and the bathroom door sticks - it needs to be planed to fit properly. The house sits right on the walking/biking trail along Gulf Blvd which is an added convenience, along with close proximity to shops. My family and I are Florida Natives and enjoyed our “Staycation!”

Great location beach is directly across the street which is easy to cross using pedestrian signal light. Best bang for your buck with plenty of room and easy to unload/ load luggage given parking spot is right outside the front door. Only issue which has been on other reviews the doors do get stuck closed especially the bathroom but not a huge deal.

Thank you for your interest in our stay. The cottage was very clean and the decor was beautiful! Even though we were very near the street, inside was very quiet. We heard very little noise even when sleeping. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were also comfortable. The location was awesome, so close to the beach. Overall, our stay was very satisfactory! I would suggest a couple of things. The shower seemed dangerous to us with the drain sunk in. My husband and I nearly fell; even my 13 year old granddaughter mentioned that she nearly fell. Also, the bathroom door became very stuck when my granddaughter could not open the door to get out. My husband had to push so hard that we felt he was going to break the door. Other than that, we were extremely pleased with our stay.

My husband and I stayed for three nights/4 days while my daughter and her boyfriend were in town and down the street. The home was spacious and decorated exactly how I’d like to decorate my own home. The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach and close to all of the other beaches, dining, souvenir shops, etc. The home was stocked with everything we needed to cook, have comfortable bedroom experiences, enjoy TV and movies, have our own groceries, order takeout, complete with beach towels, beach “toys“, linens, paper towels and toilet paper and even little hotel soap and shampoo even though we had our own. The beds are both comfortable and we definitely plan on coming back and staying again. The cleaning lady showed up on the dot and was very understanding when we were running a little late because my daughter and her boyfriend hadn’t returned the car yet. Not only would I recommend this to other people, we definitely plan on going back again. We had such an amazing time and the house was just perfect and better than we could have hoped for ! Our experience was great , the place is really close to the beach just crossing the street. The doors needed a little work they really hard to open and close. Got stuck a couple of times in the bathroom lol. The living room TV is very far from the router so if there is multiple people on the wifi the TV won't get any signal. With a few minor fixes the place is 10. We would highly recommend it.

Property sits in a great position, 15 mins from Clearwater and 15 mins from St. John’s pass. Easy check in and newly updated made for a great place to stay in flordia

Although we were not able to stay at this specific property, the property management group contacted us and provided another place for us to stay at the last minute due to a bad water leak at the other property. The other property was very clean, actually had more room, access was straight forward with no complications, overall the experience was great except for the day before we left. Unfortunately while we were at the beach - pretty hot that day - we came back in and the temperature was in the 80's inside the property. We are not sure why or what caused this - could have been a power surge. We turned the thermostat back down and it was cooled back down in a few hours. However, like I said no complaints at all about the property or location or cleanliness. We will be happy to stay again.

Great location. Right across the street from the beach. Close to many fun things to do. It is a true beach house, nothing fancy but fully functional.

This was our 4th year staying here. We’ve stayed in both A & B and both are awesome. The decor is very inviting and comfy. The location to the beach is great. Love that the beach access crosswalk is right out the door. The only negative that I regret having to mention is that the kitchen supplies seem to have been depleted compared to our past stays. Had to go out & buy a few things which we left for the next occupants. Small matter compared to all the positives. We will definitely be back for a 5th year.

This little gem is hidden on Gulf blvd across the street from the beach. The duplex is spacious and the back unit has a deck that looks out on the intercostal. It was a great family vacation with lots of room. The location has lots of restaurants and attractions nearby but the area is quiet. This is second time staying here and we will definitely be back.

Perfect. Great decor and right at the beach. We loved our time here so much that we just carried in food instead of going out to dinner.

Location was ok but the placement of the property specifically the front door was right on the main road. Opened the door and felt dangerous. Pictures implied the unit opened onto a back yard, that was the back unit. Hot water was insufficient for 1 hot shower. Bed in master bedroom felt like an ancient box spring mattress

Lovely cottage directly across from beach access. Above and beyond expectations! Near some delicious restaurants....Salt Rock and Dog and Parrot (yummy Buffalo chicken wings). Relaxing cottage in a beautiful beach setting. Thank you for the incredible accommodations and being responsive to our reservation. Book it!!

Will definitely rent again here. Don’t worry that it is so close to Gulf Blvd because you can’t hear traffic at all, same with putt putt golf next door. Great place!!!

We rented the property for 2 weeks in January. The listing led us to believe it was a single property with a porch at the rear overlooking the Intracoastal. As it turned out it is a two apartment unit (front and rear) and only the rear unit has access to the porch and garden which was very disappointing. The front unit only has a small boardwalk to sit outside and the unrelenting noise from Gulf Boulevard made it quite uncomfortable to sit outside for any length of time. There is also a mini-golf course on the other (south) side of the driveway and a major construction site not 10 feet away on the north side all contributing to the noise. Fortunately when inside the unit it was extremely comfortable and little noise penetrated the walls. The unit is fantastic with all the conveniences we could ask for. We had a couple of minor issues but a text to Carlos and they were addressed immediately - what great service. Just a pity about the outside noise and lack of space outside the front apartment to sit and enjoy the warm evenings.
