We loved our stay… My son said someday I’ll have this house..

Property was very nice and large. Had a game area for pool and other table top games. Owners were very responsive to my questions

This property needs a lot of work and updating, a few things was broken and not clean. The front steps to the home is broken and wobbly. There was only 2 televisions in the entire house, beds were not comfortable. The hosts of the property was easy to reach and very responsive. It has potential to be a great place with the necessary updating.

Enough space for 8 guys. House is in a great location for top courses in area.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The home worked well for our large family. The owner answered quickly my questions, which I appreciated. My grandkids loved the swing set on the property. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. We all enjoyed the access (passes are an additional cost) to the lake, big outdoor pool and nice indoor pool. The house is on a quiet street but within 15-20 minutes you can be at Shop-Rite for your food needs. Nice location and lots to offer!

The listing is very accurate to the property. House is well maintained. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. I would suggest a larger dining room table so more than 6 people can sit at a time. But that's about it.

Communication with the property manager prior to our stay was really good. My family and I enjoyed our time there. It has a lot of open space. The amenities were accurate and we have no complaints at all. We hope to plan another stay in the near future.

We rented the place between Apr 15 through Apr 18 of 2022 for family vacation. We have gone through 100s of listings on VRBO and eventually settled on Mr. Andrew's listing. We wanted to have a quality time to spend our spring break with other two families in Poconos, however the experience was awful. We arrived at the place at around 4pm in the afternoon, we checked in using the instructions given to us via email, It was a smooth check in. The place was not something we expected, it was dirty all around, in the bathroom, there were many leftover soap and soap bags from previous renter, there were so many soap leftovers (one normally used at the hotels), it seems that the place was not cleaned. Then, we heard that there was water running upstairs as if someone was taking a shower, we went up to 2nd floor, and noticed that the handle of the bathtub shower was removed due to broken faucet and water kept running into the bathtub, we called Andrew, and he said that he is going to send his plumber to fix the bathtub faucet, but he never sent the plumber. People in two rooms upstairs could not sleep the whole night because water kept running and making laud noise. We called Andrew again the next morning and told him that plumber never came, but he said he was going to get it fix it in 2nd day, so we believed that by the time we came back from waterpark in the evening, the bathroom was fixed, but when we returned, it was still not fixed, and water was still running in the bathtub. We called Andrew again, he said that he asked his plumber to fix but plumber could not get the parts so didn't fix the faucet. He asked us to put a towel or cutting board around the bathtub head so it would minimize the water running noise. We tried all of those methods, but it never fixed the discomfort. On 2nd day, we went to another bathroom to take a shower, but we learned that the water was cold, we called Andrew and waited until 10pm, but it never warmed up, everybody was exhausted and upset. We called Andrew again, he said that since faucet was broken, hot water ran out in the apartment. So, he asked us to turn the power controlling the hot water heater off in main electricity and wait for 30 minutes so water will warm up. We waited until 12am to get the water warm up, we checked at 12am, it was warmed up little but not fully, so we had to take semi-cold shower. We paid premium dollars for the unit, but we felt absolutely ripped off!

We had an amazing stay! The house was more than enough room and then some for all 9 of us ranging from 8-50 yrs old. Very spacious rooms. Clean and well kept and nice and quiet. The hosts were excellent and responsive, they supplied us with nearby activities/ restaurants and directions to all. We had nonstop rain one of our days so we spent most of the day in the house in the game room and enjoyed the board games. Definitely recommend for your poconos vaca! 5 stars

Nice house worked out great for us. Able to get a lot of snowboarding in and enjoyed the hot tub and sauna.

Property was just as described, everything was cleaned and matched the photos and descriptions. Beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows in all rooms (located in closets). Property did have laundry detergent as well as dish washer pods for us to clean towels and dishes. I did reach out to the owner on one occasion, we were able to get a late check out due to freezing rain/snow arriving early morning of our departure date. The only issues we ran into was snow. It had snowed the night before and upon arrival the cleaning crew had not yet shoveled the driveway, they did arrive later in the evening but im sure it was only due to the fact they had a busy day and a lot of properties to plow/clean (no fault on the owner). The neighborhood could also have been plowed better but again no fault on the owner here! The sauna and hot tub worked well although the hot tub could have used a little more chlorine. Tips: I would recommend bringing water incase the water jugs on site are empty. I would also recommend bringing trash bags with you for trash/recycling. Everyone had a great time and really enjoyed out stay!

This is an excellent choice if you have kids. The game room was a big hit. We would definitely stay here again. My only recommendation is that they provide flat sheets and more towels.

Enjoyed the weekend at the property. Beds are comfortable and place was very neat. Communication with host was very easy. Family oriented place.

It is a very spacious house and very clean, quality furniture, tons of play items. hot tub and sauna are great to enjoy. tons of kitchen utensils to provided. owner is always available to answer your question.

I rarely write reviews, but I do not recommend this rental. 1. Most importantly, there was no drinking water in or at the house. About one week before our scheduled arrival, after we paid in full for the rental, the owner advised, buried in a 3-page email, that we should not drink the tap water. Quoting the owner’s email verbatim: “We are unable to test the water regularly, so we recommend our guests not drink the tap water. The water is safe for washing, dishwasher and washing machine. Please bring water for cooking and drinking” Upon arrival at the house, we found an empty dispenser and with two empty 5-gallon water bottles. We immediately drove to the nearest grocery store to buy the several large water bottles. This alone is enough for a negative review, but there was more. 2. Renters must collect and dispose of all garbage, or pay a fine to the owners. In the same email about the lack of drinking water, the owner instructed the renter to take all garbage to a community garbage facility or else: “Our cleaning crew will dispose of garbage and bill us separately. We will pass the charges on to our guests typically 50-80$ depending on the number of bags left behind.” On-site trash disposal is a reasonable expectation. In the VRBO advertising it was never mentioned that – to avoid the owners’ fine – the renter was to collect all garbage and deliver it to the community disposal facility, about one-half mile away from the house. 3. Filthy carpeting and inadequate linens were additional problems. It was very noticeable that the tan wall-to-wall carpeting was badly stained. We arrived in late August, and it seemed obvious that there was more than one season of carpet damage. Even worse, on the first night of our arrival, we found that there were no top sheets in the house. When contacted, the owner replied by text: “We do not use top sheets for our beds. You may check linen closet in the master bedroom closet to see if there are any. My suggestion if you want to use just the sheet please strip blankets from duvet cover and use them as sheets.” In a rental house, with frequent changeover of guests, top sheets are a reasonable necessity. The owner’s response was lacking. Finally, in fairness, the house well designed to fully accommodate our extended family of 10 people. We enjoyed the game room and fire pit. The location in the Poconos was excellent.

Very well maintained house with everything you need! Hot tub and the games room is a plus. Was able to communicate with the owner easily and he responded quickly to all requests and accommodations.

We stayed for Mothers Day weekend and everything was great! Andrew was very easy to communicate with, when we first arrived the wifi/cable was not working correctly and he took the time to help us get everything up and running.The remainder of the stay was great!

The house was perfect for our group. There were plenty of rooms and the game room was a plus. The hot tub was also nice to have on top of it all.

We rented the property for the weekend and we absolutely loved it. One of the first things we noticed upon arriving was how clean the house was. The house and backyard is very spacious and these were some of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on in a rental. I would highly recommend this location for a large group!

This property was exactly as advertised, and was perfect for our group of friends (mid fifties) to watch NCAA basketball and get caught up. (the 65" curved TV was GREAT ! ) . We enjoyed the game room, fire pit, the hot tub, the awesome sauna, and the house . The kitchen was great, the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, and Andrew was the perfect host. Check in was easy, and Andrew was informative and totally responsive ! The perfect place for us and we will be back !

A random Nautica men’s sandal laid by the hot tub. Inside the house, towel racks are missing. The master bathtub was dirty. Not much worked - fireplace, ice maker in fridge, water jug empty. The TV remote in the game room was missing.It is obvious the owner doesn’t check in on the property much.You should also be aware that the trash situation in the community is very inconvenient. There are lots of rules, and the compactor is rarely open.Overall, dissatisfied.

Place was exactly as described and we loved it for our stay. Large open kitchen to dining to living area allowed for us all to enjoy each other’s company with plenty of space. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was great, he was quick and responsive. Would definitely look to rent again in the future. Thanks!

We had 3 families (14 people) gathered to celebrate a birthday. It was a good size and game room was a plus. The adults enjoyed the hot tub after the kids were in bed and it was great. The only thing that would have made this perfect is having the jetted tub in the master operational. It was missing the plug so we had to stuff with a wash cloth but then the jets wouldn't turn on. The little girls wanted their own 'hot tub' experience. We had a great extended weekend though and everyone left happy :)

We absolutely loved this property! The game room was a complete hit! The beds are super comfortable and we were able to accommodate everyone! Will defiantly be back in future months
