We spent 11 days at Edith's apartment, and it was a great location to base ourselves. The bus is very convenient to get to the city centre, and there was also parking available.
The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, lounge, laundry, and a toilet separate to the bathroom (always a bonus).
The welcome from Edith was amazing. She met us at the apartment, and showed us how everything works. She also provided us with cold drinks and snacks to set us up for our stay. It was like a home away from home, and we could relax and enjoy our time in Bordeaux.
The weather was quite hot and humid during our stay, so we had to use the fans at night in the bedrooms.
I would definitely recommend Edith's apartment.

Edith was beyond generous and responsive. We were greeted warmly with a cold drink. Edith left wine, canelé, 3 options for coffee, spices, olive oil, vinegar, perfume and let me borrow a bicycle. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We biked or walked into Caudéran center or the nearby markets for groceries.
On weekends we biked into wine country and explored. We biked to Cap Ferret and ate phenomenal oysters. It was easy to go to central Bordeaux by foot, bike or bus. Parc Bordelaise is very close and lovely.

This is a great comfortable and clean place and is about 15 minutes driving distance to Bordeaux city center. Secure parking location for your car. The apartment is well equipped. If you don't mind stairs, it is located on a 3rd floor.

We loved the appartment. There was room enough for the six of us! The appartment was neat and had everything we needed to cook some proper meals. The interior was very personal, which gave it a home-feeling! The owner is extremely kind and helpful! We had an awesome week in Bordeaux and we would definitely come back in the future!

This is a lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms, a lounge dining room and open plan modern kitchen. There are separate bathing toilet and utility rooms. We stayed as a family of 3 and loved the large living room and kitchen supplemented by a wide balcony where we could sit outside when home. It literally took about 30 minutes to walk to Bordeaux town centre. Madam Edith, the owner, went out of her way to be helpful and friendly. A further bonus was access to off street parking in her apartment block secure car parking area. We would be delighted to stay there again if visiting Bordeaux.

I stayed here with my two children and au pair in July and August. The apartment is really lovely, and is very comfortable with lots of character for people looking for something French. Everything was laid on and Mdme Devilleneuve, who is such a lovely friendly person, thinks of everything. The area is very pretty, safe, and pleasant and has some lovely small shops to get your bread in the morning etc. The amazing Parc Bordelaise is practically next door. I was on foot and even though I enjoyed the 20 minute walk into Bordeaux city centre, for those who cannot or do not want to walk a car is necessary to go anywhere(there is a garage to park it in).I would recommend this apartment for anybody looking for peace, comfort, safety and good base to travel to city, vineyards etc.
