This cottage has everything! No need to bring coffee, tea or creamer. They have plenty of supplies and the kitchen had everything. Beds are super comfortable. The cottage is filled with light. The porch has a delightful swing and plenty of seating! Loved our visit. J O’Connor

This was a perfect house for our family. It was very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere in Blowing Rock and very convenient to get to Boone and the parkway for hikes and exploring outdoors. We will definitely stay here again!

Our third time at Laurel House so you know we love it! Wonderful location - so convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. All amenities are provided and the house is simply charming. Hosts are friendly and very responsive if a question arises. We'll be there again next year. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit to Blowing Rock. My sister and I stayed at the cottage and loved it. The location is perfect and you can walk everywhere in town. We had a blast in the evenings playing ping pong. Such a great overall experience.

This place is absolutely perfect. The hosts were fantastic, and so accommodating. If you are planning on coming to Blowing Rock, NC, I would highly recommend this beautiful home. It’s right in the heart of downtown, but nestled on a tree lined street, so you feel like there’s no one else around. We can’t wait to come back. The Wrights

This was great for our family (kids ages 5, 3, and 6 months). The travel crib and high chair made packing much easier, and we could walk to the playground and dinner. We will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying at this property and it is perfect for our Winterfest weekend. The property has a perfect location - walking distance to everything downtown Blowing Rock but private enough to get away from the bustle. We will continue to come back here for our future trips.

Everything was well thought out, baby stroller, crib, high chair, bath soaps, ping pong table all included which made for easier travel and things to do there.
2 minute walk to the middle of downtown blowing rock. Owners had excellent communication and were very friendly.

We have stayed at the laurel house now for 4 years and absolutely love it. Perfect location, clean, had everything we needed. Having the playground across the street is a big plus. We love coming and look forward to our next visit.

We loved our stay at this property. It is super convenient to everything downtown Blowing Rock has to offer. We stayed with 2 small children and loved being able to walk to 2 playgrounds, multiple restaurants, and of course ice cream. All necessities were well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the front porch and how quiet and peaceful it was. This was our second stay at tíos property and we would highly recommend it.

My wife and I take an annual trip to Blowing Rock for Winterfest and decided to try this place out this year. We will definitely look to come back in the future - the house is fantastic, close walking distance to downtown, but secluded enough that it's very quiet at night. This is a gem for Blowing Rock and highly recommend.

The Laurel House is an adorable property and communicating with the hosts was super easy. The house was well-appointed, super clean and comfortable., and VERY close to all the fun of Blowing Rock. We will definitely try to stay there again!

Our 3rd time staying and it’s amazing every time! The property is so conveniently located within walking distance to downtown and hiking trails. Very clean, organized and well-equipped. As convenient and charming as advertised, quick response on one small issue, lots of the little amenities that make your stay easier, impressed with the high quality linens.
Only downside is the parking situation, they really need to carve out a real parking space.

This cottage was very clean, cozy, well appointed and close to everything. Comfy beds, plush towels and so many extras I can't even begin to list. The owners left helpful info about where to eat, shop and play. But the real highlight for us was the large front porch. We were out there every morning for coffee, late afternoons for cocktails and after dinner for "wind-down". This was my first trip to Blowing Rock but definitely not my last!!

Perfect summer getaway
This property is clean and well maintained, pretty interior design, comfortable beds. The location is perfect—walk to two parks, walk to bass lake and cone manor trail systems, short drive to excellent hikes with stunning views. This is our second trip to the Laurel house and we hope to return again next summer!

Amazing stay!
This is the most adorable cottage right off of Main Street where everything is in walking distance. Homey and welcoming it is everything you could want to get away from it all! The owners are so responsive and want you to feel right at home. We can't wait to go back!

Wonderful property and hosts
The property was just as described. When we arrived it was spotless. A nice selection of games; we played Yahtzee on the front porch one evening. The location is very private, and yet just a short walk to downtown Blowing Rock. We also took our grandson to Tweetsie which is just a few miles up the street. The home is also very close to the Cone Manor, where we enjoy taking a walk or hiking.
The hosts are excellent. We had a few questions and they responded to our queries within minutes.
