I don't like to pay more than 200 a night which is becoming increasingly difficult, especially when you have to travel in the school holidays! I'd say it fine for a family of 4 or even 6 if your kids are little but would be quishy for 6 adults if you were planning to spend much time there. Although we always stay in chalets or hotels so aren't used to caravanning. Prime location for the golf course which is fantastic for a volunteer facility and quite challenging to play especially if there is some wind. Our kids loved riding around the caravan park and to the playground and back.My only warning would be the kitchen as there isn't a full sized oven, cooker just a bench top combo thing. I knew about this and planned our meals (no takaway in ledge) but you'd struggle to cook a pizza I thinkOverall definitely recommend and we'd stay again

The place was so clean and the pictures don’t do the place justice. Leah was awesome to chat too in regards to the accomodation and the place so easy to get to from Perth! Overall a 10/10 and we will be back

Had a good experience. The property was unique and well laid out for a small caravan/room. Everything worked. Only thing we did not like was the location. In peak seasons literally cars driving past every ten minutes which was frustrating as we could only sit on the the little outside porch area by the road. It’s tough with little kids making sure they dont go into the road. Ultimately just overcrowded.

Very affordable and comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 1 15 month old. Clean and tidy with everything you need but a washing machine. Only complaints the kettle needs to be replaced as it has a huge amount calcium build up, found chunks in our drinks and the kitchen fan switch needs to be replaced. Great location in a friendly and convenient caravan park. We will be back again

The accommodation was comfortable and cosy. We hope to book again next year.

Very clean just had a build up of ant dust or something above the bedhead, great set up, caravan and annex great heating
