So much room in the home - enough to accomodate a few families and the kids loved the rear games room with the pool table! Huge back yard, and friendly neighbours who didn't mind our kids using their tree swing out the front. Definitely stay here again.

We have a great weekend at the house, house was awesome and had plenty of room. The older kids stayed in the games rooms which was perfect. Location is good, close to everything. Will definitely be back to stay here again.

Beautiful home. Great amenities could use a third bathroom. Also Wi-Fi would be helpful. Great assistance from staff, very friendly and helpful. Leah was just lovely!

Great location, close too the dunes. The pool room and BBQ area is great even when the weather wasn’t so much. Perfect for larger family getaways. Definitely visit again in the summer

We really enjoyed our time in Lancelin and this house was a big part of that. Great back yard and balcony area. Showers could do with an upgrade and WiFi accessibility wouldn't hurt but didn't affect how great the house was overall.

Spacious and well appointed home that caters well for 2 or 3 families. Great hosts and check in, check out so easy. Could not find any Wifi, despite the promotion saying it had Wifi.

Had a fantastic few nights here with a large group of close friends. Enjoyed the beautiful open design and many comfortable communal areas to hang out and relax after a bit of sunshine between the dunes and the beach.

Fantastic location, close to everything, great sized and beautiful accommodation. It would have been nice for there to have been at least one full length mirror or a mirror in each room so guest can get ready in their own rooms after showering to minimise time spent in the bathroom as 12 people needing to shower daily. There were some dirty plates in the cupboard with caked on pasta sauce, which made us want to wash all dishes before eating. Also a broom wouldn’t have gone atsray. Otherwise we really enjoy the stay.

Great weekend away. Good facilities. Coffee machine was a bit dirty, my only gripe as I’m a coffee addict! Haha

This is a great property for a large group and a well established family home with lovely open living area and ample space for the whole family. Only a stones throw away from the sand dunes this was a great location for our family gathering and fun on the dunes!

We stayed here and booked very last minute following travel plan changes to kalbarri after cyclone serous. So lucky to find this house as it accommodated our large group perfectly. We loved that there were so many spaces to hang out whether this all be on the balcony, out the back having a bbq, playing cards and family dinners at the huge dining table or game nights on the couch or enjoying a game of pool. Shame we didn’t take our fur babies as they would have loved the large grassed backyard area. Would highly recommend!

The property has Everything you need and more, It’s across the roads from the dunes for off roading. It could have been cleaner but this didn’t affect our stay
