Coomfortable house with shady outdoor space, air con & fans.
The swimming pool is large, and was never busy, with a good supply of sun lounger and parrasols.
These are pleasant walks along the coast, and the lidl supermarket is walking distance away.

Lovely accommodation, nice and clean with everything you could possibly need for your stay.
Complex was lovely and chilled out and the residents were all really nice.
Recommend hiring a car as quite a distance from the beautiful harbour of paphos and accommodation is all uphill from restaurants and shops.
Definitely recommend this property.

Good location, nice property with everything you need. Internet did not work, but we got a discount for the price of the last night. Cleaning fee is additional to the price on vrbo.

Perfect stay in Paphos
Overall I liked my stay, the duplex accomodation is nice and the Regina Gardens complex is beautiful, while I would not recommend February for a holiday in Cyprus.

Regina Gardens, Paphos
Very comfortable house in Regina Gardens. It was as described and had everything we needed for our stay.
Our hosts had provided a very helpful folder in the house with excellent local information. Thoroughly recommended.

A well equipped townhouse in a lovely position
This property is very well situated in a smaller part of a big development. The houses are all in good decorative order and the gardens assiduously tended. The townhuse is clean cosy and very well eqipped with all we needed for a longer than usual stay. The pool is a good size and close enough for easy use but not intrusive. The owners and manager were all very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Schöne Ferienanlage in Paphos
Schönes Ferienhaus in einer gepflegten Parkanlage. Wenn man abends noch etwas unternehmen möchte, kann man auch den Bus nutzen.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped, and it was so lovely having the pool right there. The owners were very responsive and helpful, as was the manager. Highly recommend the local restaurant, King Odysseus, for breakfast. We hope to come back soon!

Lovely house, nice complex and a good location
We had a very pleasant stay with two couples in the house.
Clean appartement, very nice pool on a top location.
Judith did her best to make sure everything was ok at the house. The tips were very usefull.

Lovely complex and comfortable, thoughtfully equipped home.
My hosts could not have done more to ensure I had a good stay. January is a very quiet time in Cyprus and many of the restaurants and hotels are closed until March. The good part of that is attractions and historical sites are not crowded and beaches are virtually deserted. It is cool at night, but the days have been sunny and warm enough to enjoy exploring and even sitting by the pool. There is a lovely beach walk into the old town, which takes about 45 mins and a regular bus service to the main road just below the complex. The local pub, a favourite with British ex-pats, is a friendly, warm spot with good, fresh food, weekly trivia and great staff.

We have stayed on the complex before albeit in a different property and love the area
Had a fantastic stay. Home from home. Had all the facilities required for cooking meals. There is a nice bathroom and shower room which is great for families. The location was perfect for shopping at Lidl which was a five minute walk and nice walk into paphos harbour or into town. There is a bus which runs every 15 mins which you can catch to coral bay or into paphos for €1.50.
The accommodation was very clean throughout and has a nice balcony off the bedroom and has a lovely patio area which was peaceful and was nice to dine alfresco or just sit and relax with drinks after a day out.
We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Perfect house and location
Lovely house with absolutely everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. Step out of the garden straight onto the pool area with just a two minute stroll to the King Odeysseus on the complex when you fancy a cool drink or something to eat.
Judith is always contactable if you have any queries and Ronnie the housekeeper who lives on the complex calls round to check all is ok and is available if you should need anything. Highly recommend.

A lovely house in a very reasonably sized resort
Everything was perfect! The house was comfortable, clean and well equipped.
The location is also ideal: almost outside Paphos, you can easily drive to the nice beaches in the north of the city / and 5 min drive to the center, archeological area, etc.
I highly recommend Judith’s house
