This home had everything we needed and more! My family and I can’t wait to come back!

This is the second time at this property and it didn’t disappoint. We have stayed in this complex several times and this has been our favorite home so far. Spacious, quiet, close to the river and right on the golf course. It was easy to get a slip for our boat at the marina which made it nice to be able to leave our boat in the water. Linda was quick in response and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back!

Amazing home and decor. Linda the owner is amazing and responds quick to text/email. The property is spacious and well situated around all amenities(river, pool/jacuzzi, off reading trails, casinos, and many others). The back patio area is relaxing and huge. We will definitely stay again.

First impression is how clean the house was, especially during the dreaded Covid. The house is so gorgeous and has everything you need to cook, relax and have a great vacation. We will definitely be back.

Pictures do not do this house justice! HUGE, luxurious home with a gourmet kitchen overlooking an immaculate golf course. Stepping into this home was like stepping into the house of a rich celebrity who only accepts the best. Being one who is especially sensitive to smells, my nose would give this house two thumbs up if it could! - This house sets the gold standard for clean. The best part about this place is that it's fully stocked and then some. I've rented homes before and they've always been minimally stocked with cheap basics but this place has everything and everything is high-end. From the thickest mattresses that I've ever seen to the name brand appliances, the endless supply of fancy glassware, utensils, knives, pots, pans, etc., it was all beyond my wildest dreams. House is so big that it even has 2 separate AC thermostats in different areas of the house. The trickling sound of water from the pond added such perfect ambiance to the backyard. Beautiful built-in bbq area. It was too hot to start a fire on the cool table with fire pit at the center so we opted to turn on the 5 ceiling fans in the patio instead. Bedrooms are big, with a huge Master and the restrooms are all top of the line. Aside from a bed in each of the 4 rooms, they also have two inflatable beds that each inflate with a push of a button. Plenty of linens, pillows and blankets to drown in. Access to the community pool & Jacuzzi was a treat. If you've ever wanted to know how it feels like to be filthy rich and live in a rich man's home (whose wife must be a shopaholic and demands only the best), this is the place that'll make you feel like a million bucks. The only thing you won't be able to stop wondering about after renting this home is: why are these home owners so generous while other folks are all about maximizing their bottom line? Exactly what a vacation should feel like. And no, I've never met the owners of this house nor have I been paid to write this. I'm just still flabbergasted from staying in such a great place and now knowing that rich, nice folks do exist and do rent out their homes.

I've been going to Needles on/off for many years but always staying at my brother's property. There was no room this time around since he was hosting a wedding. As I started to research properties on Home Away, I had no idea that a development such as this existed. After our long weekend, I believe we stayed in one of the nicest properties in "The River" area. The house was incredibly comfortable and well appointed and the outside patio is lovely and inviting. Thank you Linda for a wonderful stay!

This was the perfect home for our visit. We watched golfers from the patio and enjoyed the weather and wonderful ameneties. The home has everything we needed and more. We would reccomend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.
