I loved the whole experience...the hosts, the facility, the charming town within walking distance, the restaurants. It was all I hoped for and more!

The breakfast was always fabulous and the hosts were happy to prepare your meal if you have dietary requests. The hosts were so friendly and extremely helpful in planning day trips and sight seeing. They provided beach chairs and beach towels as well as bicycles at no charge.

It was practically perfect! The hosts did their best to make you comfortable and meet your needs. Not to mention, the location was right in the heart of town

Lisa & Ron were amazing hosts/innkeepers even way before our official stay! They helped make my birthday weekend a memorable and relaxing one by providing restaurant suggestions and even booking reservations for us ahead of time. Every breakfast they provided was incredibly delicious and our room was comfortable with all the amenities you would enjoy at a luxury hotel! We particularly loved how conveniently located The Addison is. We were able to walk everywhere and if we chose to drive, anything we needed or wanted was no more than 5 minutes away. We're coming again!

Maybe a mini Keurig in the room would be nice, in case we'd like a late-night hot beverage and don't want to wake the rest of the guests by going to the main dining area where the Keurig is. But it's great to have easy access to a beverage area in the dining room :)

We loved everything about this property. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants/shops and the beach. Lisa and Ron are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was delicious and different everyday. We really enjoyed happy hour and meeting other guests. Highly recommended!

The location couldn’t be any better. The owners are SO nice and friendly. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

We loved the warm welcome from our hosts, the reassurance of exceptional cleanliness and personal safety while there, the comfortable room - with every detail attended to, delicious breakfast and how easy it was to meet and talk with other guests, if you wanted to.

I’m hard pressed to think of anything we didn’t like! Even parking, which I expected to be challenging, was easy to find.

We were greeted immediately by Lisa who toured us, let us settle in and then spring right into their nightly happy hour. We have never been to a bnb and now we will never do anything else! The property is gorgeous and the breakfast is delicious. Private enough but also opportunities to socialize! Bikes and beach chairs available for free!

The inn was charming and in a perfect location to walk to the shopping on Centre Street and to all the wonderful restaurants on Amelia Island. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. The inn was quiet, which is always a huge plus for my husband and I. Ron and Lisa were wonderful hosts!

Would have been nice to have snacks at happy hours. Keep breakfast simpler.
