This property is in a great location close to the waterpark area and tennis courts. We also really like Windsor Hills in general as there is lots to do and we feel very safe. The house met our needs for a relaxing getaway with a fantastic backyard pool (we paid for heat) and the property manager was excellent to deal with and very responsive. However, the house could use some serious TLC. A deep cleaning, new pillows/mattresses and some overall updates as the furniture, appliances, etc. are very worn. The house was clean though and we had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay here over Christmas. House was spacious and had everything we could need. Kids loved the pool and my parents loved that they could walk around the gated neighbourhood. Great location for Disney. Would definitely love to visit again.

Everything was good

We stayed at the villa for 28 nights and had a great time. The villa is located within walking distance from the clubhouse and facilities which is very convenient. I was worried there would be noise from the complex but no issues with noise or traffic. It is also only a short 15-20 minute drive to some of the Disney parks and is just a couple of minutes from a large Walmart and lots of other shops and restaurants. The villa is lovely, great for a family, with en suite facilities for all the bedrooms. The villa had a well equipped - the kitchen had plenty of plates, cutlery, utensils, pans etc. There is a washer and dryer in the garage and extra bedding and towels were provided. The pool area is good with no rear neighbours and the pool was much needed on hot days!!!! Communication from the management company and the owner was great. We had a couple of minor issues while we were at the villa which we reported to the management company and we were contacted by the owner really quickly to resolve the issues. One issue required an engineer to come out to the property and that was arranged really quickly and the owner let us know exactly when to expect the person and to advise that we would not need to stay home. The management company/owner made it really easy with the excellent communications. I would be very happy to stay at this villa again.

The house was amazing perfect amount of room and bathrooms which is a big plus. The neighborhood was close to a lot of things and if it wasn’t it was only a short drive away. The big hit was our own private pool you could stay in it all night. There were only 2 negative things I could say about the place.. the AC looks a little outdated and should be replaced soon I understand Florida is hot this time of year but when you go to bed at night and it’s 80 degrees in the house makes for a tuff one and the last 3 nights there we had a bunch of ants in the kitchen.

We enjoyed the comfort of the house and the pool and hot tub.The house needs deep cleaning along the baseboards and there were two beds with hairs on the pillow cases and long hairs on the bath mats. There was a pile of old, mildew covered cushions and rafts piled up on the deep end side of the pool and also an old broken grill leaning on the pool screen. The biggest complaint was about the cleanliness of the house and pool and that the bed comforters are very dated and need to be replaced.

The villa is in an excellent position, not too far from the parks and the resort pool and facilities, villa was very clean, comfy beds, pool area was clean. looking at previous reviews, yes it was lived in, but that doesn’t detract from your stay, we were a family of 7 and plenty of room for us all and a great base for all the parks. I would definitely book again. Excellent vacation rentals were brilliant responded to all questions straight away

We have stayed in Windsor Hills for more than 10 years at various houses. This house had everything we needed. The pool was used daily so the extra charge for pool heat was well worth it. The south facing pool gave plenty of sun to the pool area throughout the day. We had more than enough room for our party of 3. We would definitely stay here again. The communication prior to our arrival kept us updated on everything we needed for the week. The house is close to the parks and to plenty of beautiful golf courses. We love this area and will be back again next year.

Very happy with the stay here. The house is very open and every room has its own full bathroom. There was everything that we needed at the house and enjoyed being able to take the short walk to get to the clubhouse. The beds were much comfier than other VRBOs we've had in the same area. Highly recommend staying here.

Great communication during renting process and arrival. As for the house itself, I will try to be factual, please keep in mind this review is based on our opinion and expectations based on previous rentals. The layout is great as the master is secluded. The house is older, and the furniture and carpets are worn. The beige carpets need to be changed in all bedrooms. Master bath sink and shower have hard water stains/buildup. The sink is old and cheaper and doesn’t look that clean because of the material. Although the King bed is very comfy, I bought new sheets as the ones on the bed felt grungy to me. The pink room shower had minimal pressure, so my daughter used the main bathroom shower. Queen room bed was comfy and sheets ok. One of the couches is damaged with tape covering it up. They are uncomfortable due to very hard armrest you can feel through the pillow, so be careful when laying back. Kitchen is basic but with what is necessary to cook some meals. The most basic coffee machine I’ve ever seen. No auto-shut off either, so be aware. Washer and dryer are older as well but work well. Pool is lovely and we’re glad we got the heat. Spa took over 30 min to heat up to a hot temperature. The spa could use a good cleaning under the edge as well as a regrouting. No issues with pool water and we noticed it was cleaned on a day we were not home. Patio could use a good sweep due to lots of food debris, but I get that the cleaner is alone and limited for time. Overall, the house felt older and could use an update. We would not rent it again and feel it was pricey for an older home. We still enjoyed our time as the location was good for the parks. It’s an incredibly busy area, and at peak times you need to be patient leaving the resort as there are no lights at the entrance and traffic is fast! H

The villa was not the best I have stayed in, the pool was full of algae and dirt on the bottom and in the spa. The weather dropped over Xmas and the pool heating was none existent, which was super disappointing, however the villa management were on the ball and helpful. I think that a playroom in the garage would be hugely beneficial. Apart from that the villa was all in all good. The staff on the gates at Windsor hills are like the gestapo and there is no shuttle bus as stated on the website, but Uber and Lyft are pretty easy and lots of shops etc close by too.

This is a great property and perfect for our family’s Disney vacation. The property was clean and all communication with property management was clear. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Windsor Hills - the location is very convenient for access to the 192 (lots of restaurants) and the I4 (to get to Universal resort etc). There is a large Walmart just up the road, and plenty of gas stations nearby. The pool was a good size and nice and deep at one end. We didn't pay for pool heat, and didn't need it as by early afternoon the sun had heated the water to a lovely temperature. We found the rooms to be clean and as described on the listing. However, we feel the photos must be a few years old as everything looks rather more 'tired' and dated. The kitchen was a little ill-equipped; there were only five forks and three dessert spoons in the cutlery drawer on arrival, no cheese grater, pizza trays or pizza cutter... also, there were only two sun loungers by the pool and four chairs, which seemed a bit meagre for a house that sleeps eight people! Rem, the property manager, was fantastic - there were a couple of times I had to email as we needed assistance, and I always received a speedy reply and resolution of our issue. Some more cutlery was delivered to the house the next day, we had an issue with one of the patio doors not locking and a repair man was on site the next morning to repair it. We really cannot fault the property manager at all. Overall I would recommend staying in this area as it is very convenient for all the theme parks/restaurants/shopping, and the property was what we expected in terms of being a slightly dated rental property, but I feel there are other villas in the area that are similar in style and decor but more reasonably priced. You are paying a premium for the gated community and facilities, and for us the extra money was not worth it.

Although the house is a little old, it is very warm, like returning to your own home!

Great stay, Perfect Location

We enjoyed a nice relaxing week with family by the pool, at Disney and Universal.

For the most part our VRBO house was exactly as expected. Having stayed at Windsor Hills before we were pretty familiar with the process and resort layout, so that all went well. The house itself was in fairly good condition. Some wear and tear, but normal for a vaction rental I guess. A couple areas for improvement would be kitchen supplies and pool cleanliness. The kitchen had very limited silverwear for a group of 6, but we got by. The pool, when we arrived, was somewhat cloudy and greenish. The property managers were very responsive to get someone out to clear that up. However, we noticed further thru the week that there was significant black mildew growing on the underside of the pool rim blocks. Also, a fair amount of sand and dirt/debris on the deep end. All in all, wasnt terrible, but the pools could have used a deeper cleaning. For the price, a generally good property.

The house was clean and convenient to Disney and Universal. It was great coming home to a heated pool at the end of the day.

First of all, excellent vacation management was so incredible!! Helpful in every way. We stayed in this home for six weeks and rented again for 2023 for two months. We love this house.

We really enjoyed working with this company. They sent the information early and kept us in the loop every step of the way. The house was very clean and as described when we arrived!

It was easy to check in and out. The pool and hot tub was awesome. I would stay here again. So easy to get to all the Disney parks.

Great location--close to parks and excellent neighborhood with great amenities. The pool and hot tub were awesome--I was nervous because I saw some reviews that said hot tub did not get very hot, but it definitely heated to at least 100°F for us. Would definitely stay here again!

The property and area was pleasant

The house was very nice and the community was a quiet one. My kids all had s great time at both the Waterpark and the pool. I'd just make 2 changes; 1 a new pack n play. 2. The door track to get outside from the bedroom could have been a little cleaner. We found some dead bugs that freaked some people out.

The pool was very nice and not having any rear neighbors was a bonus. Nicely situated within the complex being just a short walk to the clubhouse/community pool. Close to all the parks.
