great location and plenty of space

cleaning service was poor tables were dusty, kitchen floor was sticky master bath had some mildew visible

Location was excellent, beautiful property. Suited us with 12 people extremely well. We had an elderly in a wheelchair with us and the layout with bedrooms downstairs, the flat access and the large access areas was ideal.

The lounge TV didn't work. We couldn't get it to work. Not with the Vodafone nor the DishTV. Also connecting the TV to the property Wifi or to our Phone Wifi hotspots for using the built-in Netflix failed. Maybe we just didn't know how, but it wasn't a problem for us, for others it might be though - in general adding a cheap Google Chromecast would enable anyone to simply use the TV from the phone. We also couldn't find the on-site Kayak which would have been great, once again not a biggie.

Leanne and Stanley was amazing hosts, clear instructions were given when we were checking in so everything was very smooth. The location was nice as we wanted to be away from the city centre, the house was by the lake side and we could see black swans, convenience and liquor store were all within walking distance. The house was very big, there was plenty of space for the seven of us.

The house was kept neat and very clean..the hosts are very helpful, prompt with replies. They kept the fire was going which kept the house warm and we really appreciated that. Linen was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Carpets are a bit worn out at places but it didn't bother us at all.

House was big enough to cater for our big family! Lake view was awsome! Loved the open space in the lounge and kitchen. Loved heated tiles in bathroom floors Great communication with the hosts 😍 Beautiful home with very old furniture in there. Nice quiet area.

Carpet was warned out, no rug for our babies to crawl on. Kitchen equipment like pots was not great. Used a small pot for our cooking took us few hrs to gt everything cooked. Front door outside lights were not working. Main hallway lights did not work at all.

Location was superb and its really good for big group family outing.
