We enjoyed a wonderful Spring Break at Blue Sol. Plenty of room and we loved that there's a downstairs bedroom/bathroom. Beautiful furnishings/decorations. Beautiful, tranquil back yard and amazing location. The only negative as far as the house is concerned is the Wifi connection. We intended to work while there, but the Wifi connection was too weak. Suggestions: new can opener is needed and more storage containers in multiple sizes for leftovers would be helpful. Other comments concerning the property management company: -There was hardly any propane left and we were told more would be delivered and that never happened. -There were pieces of broken glass, bottle caps and cigarette butts around the outdoor kitchen area. -There was something dripping down the wall in the downstairs bathroom and we were told someone would be back to clean the wall, but that never happened. -The shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom had several rings off of the curtain, causing the curtain to sag on both sides. We were told someone would be back to fix it and that never happened. *None of these things are issues that would prevent us from booking a property with this management company.

Great house for 3 adult couples and 3 senior boys. Bunk room is perfect set-up. Property was really pretty. We did have a couple of issues but maintenance was there immediately. Boys could easily walk or ride bikes to restaurants and hang out with friends. Pretty short walk to the beach especially with beach carts (good luck getting them back up the steps to the beach though). Great backyard area with pool, large dining table, and small fireplace. Loved it!

However, after staying here we all agree this will be our forever vacation home. So much luxury and the pool, fire pit and outdoor kitchen are a plus. It rained nearly every day all day so having to stay indoors was not so bad!

Convenient location. House was not as clean as it should have been. There were toe nail clippings left on the rug in front of TV, found an earring back in entrance hall and hair left in the bathtub downstairs. Gave me an uncomfortable feeling during our stay. I don't think the rugs were vacuumed.

Our week at Blue Sol was very relaxing. The property was spotless and the bedrooms were all well equipped. Our grandsons enjoyed the heated pool each day. The walk to the beach is short and we took advantage of the umbrella and chairs provided. Close proximity to Publix and ordering for lunch. Lots to do and many inviting places to gather in this house. Will definitely consider a return trip.

The pool and backyard were absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The two main downsides were that the road in front can be fairly busy and loud at times and that there is currently construction taking place next door. The road wasn't a huge problem, but did wake our son from his nap on two occasions. The next door construction is obviously only a temporary situation. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay!

Pool Heater was requested to be turned on and paid for. The pool heater leaked gas with a terrible smell for several days. Property mgr's were contacted but the issue was not fixed. Maintenance came out to fix it and turned the temperature up to 92 degrees and kids could not swim for 2 days until it cooled back down. We reached out to the property for a refund on the pool heater, but have not heard anything back. If it was not for this unfortunate event, it would be have been absolutely perfect.

We had a couple of issues with pool heater not working and then algae was so bad the pool was green the entire time. Also, the rented chairs and umbrellas were not there the first morning and I had to call after we had walked down to the beach. Finally, we found cockroaches throughout the house, one of which actually got into our luggage. Overall, we were all very disappointed.

We had myself and spouse, my mother, our son and daughter and our son’s girlfriend. We had more than enough beds and the pool was a great amenity to have, especially during COVID. Our son proposed to his girlfriend on this trip so this home is special to our family...we WILL be back soon!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our holiday at your beautiful home. The kids had fun riding the bikes. We really liked that we were close enough to town that we could walk or ride a bike into town. The only suggestion I would have is to do a deep clean when there are a few down days between rentals. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friends and I stayed in this rental from June 1-June 8, 2019. We had 6 adults and and 6 kids under age 8 in our group. The pictures don't do this house justice, it is a beautiful home! The outside area is perfect for gathering around the grill and pool, and eating outside. The pool was large for a rental, which we thought was great. It is about a block and a half from the beach, and an easy walk, even with kids and all of our stuff. Our group did say that we would rent a golf cart next time, which is just a personal preference for us, since we have so many young children. We only had a few minor issues during our stay, all of which were taken care of in a timely manner by the Royal Destinations staff. There were swimming trunks from previous guests left in the bathroom in the bunk room, which made me think it probably wasn't cleaned like it should have been. I didn't call about that, I just wiped the bathroom down myself, but I have no doubt that had I called, Royal Destinations would have sent someone out right away to get it cleaned. We had an electrical issue on our second to last night that left us without electricity in 2 of the upstairs bedrooms. They sent someone out at 8:00 pm to try to fix the issue, but it was unable to be fixed until after we left. We were appreciative of them sending someone out in the evening to at least try to fix it, though. I only have a few suggestions....1. Have the cleaning crew clean the grill after each group was filthy when we got there and you could tell the previous guests hadn't cleaned it up and neither had the cleaning crew, and 2. Replace the dishwasher in the kitchen. It ran but didn't clean the dishes at all and we had to hand wash the dishes every time after we took them out of the dishwasher. Otherwise, we were all sad to leave and will be back! I highly recommend booking through Royal Destinations, they were great to work with from start to finish! Can't wait for our next trip to 30A!
