Room for boats, convenient to ramps, clear communication with host, dormitory/open space interior… hope they let us come back:)

We were pleased with our entire stay. The communication was great with the property manager. The room was super clean and nice. The weather and sickness kept us enjoying the lake but the view was pretty. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was huge and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Walking distance to shops and food. We would definitely stay here again.

Me and my three boys give Fish Eagle Loft, Four Thumbs Up. The Loft was everything the owner advertised. It provided us with ample space to spread out and relax after busy days spent fishing on the lake. The three queen size beds & pillows were comfortable and slept well. The sturdy kitchen table and chairs were large enough to accommodate six. The shower had a low-entry, easy-access threshold and included both a stationary and removable handheld sprayer with plenty of hot water. The well-lit bathroom had plenty of room to walk around and take care of one's personal business with provided toilet paper and an ample supply of luxurious towels, soaps, and shampoos. The Kitchenette was well-stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, napkins, paper towels, etc. Appliances included a microwave, toaster oven and toaster, dishwasher, and a nice-sized refrigerator with water and ice through the door. Though not having a cooktop stove or traditional oven, there was a plug-in Induction cooktop hot plate that cooked our eggs very well every morning. There was a nice-sized TV that included cable and plenty of evening entertainment options. A DVD player and internet access were also offered. Though the property is in a (nice) neighborhood surrounded by other houses, it still had the feel of an isolated, quiet retreat. The property is conveniently located within minutes of shopping and conveniences necessary for a short stay as well as access to numerous community boat ramps, docks, and shoreline fishing locations. On the back of the property was a nice-sized personal dock where Me and my boys fished every day & night that we were there. We caught several fish including crappie, bass, and four large catfish. Finally, the views off the balcony overlooking the lake were spectacular and very peaceful for times of meditation and reflection. It is with these things in mind that we highly recommend staying at Fish Eagle Loft.

This property is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The property suited us perfectly for us to fish the tournament. I would stay at this property again for the next tournament. The owners of the property were very nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we were ok. Even the neighbors were very friendly. We were all highly impressed.

Beautiful view. Unfortunately nature (algae and lily pad bloom) had taken over the cove and we couldn’t fish from the pier. Evidently it happens every year at this time of the year. Also, would have been great to have somewhere besides bed or kitchen chair to sit. A couple of recliners or a sofa would have great. There was plenty of room for a sofa.

First trip to Lake Guntersville! Property was easy to find and definitely lake front but in a little cove that wasn’t busy at all. It is a studio with 3 very comfortable beds. Great for a romantic getaway or families with young children. Josh and Christian were welcoming- basically a mi casa su casa vibe- offering use of the pedal boat and kayak. Cute renovation with fish theme inside. It was a great home base as we traipsed all around North Alabama checking out 3 state parks within 45 minutes to an hour away. Guntersville has lots of public access to the lake as well

This was a very clean and welcoming property owned by very friendly and helpful people. My friends and I had a relaxing stay and will definitely be back again.

Looks like a run down foreclosed home for years. Many places to fall and unsafe walk ways. The owner even blamed us for his retaining brick wall falling down and kept security deposit. There is no way we could drive a boat up the yard to hit it. We were parked at nearest boat ramp and drove boats to the rental property. Just save your trouble and money go to the state park or hotel.

We rented this property to celebrate my son's 18th birthday. The property was right on the lake with plenty of opportunities to fish. The owner was very nice and accomidating. My son loved it! I would definitely recommend this property! Thanks!

The Loft was spacious, offered a kitchen, terrific bathroom, Netflix, aircon, seperate entry and great lake Outlook. Hosts Josh and Christian were really nice and non obtrusive.

Property was a advertised - great place for a girl's weekend, guys fishing trip or family weekend. Great morning/evening view from the deck. Quiet neighborhood - owners on property so easy to contact them if need be. Definitely a safe part of town. Would stay here again! Thanks for accommodating us.

Everything was awesome. The owners were very accommodating. Very easy to work with and did not disappoint. Neighborhood is very pretty and very clean. Loved it. If I could give more stars I would.

The apartment was very clean. Check in was a breeze. I was looking for a place to book and stay the same night as booking, but the home away app would not let me request to stay the same night as booking. I messaged Christian and she replied within 30 minutes of my inquiry and allowed us to stay that night. Overall experience was a great. Thanks to Christian and Josh for allowing my family to stay.

The owners were very attentive but not nosey and being in your way we had a wonderful time.
