Die obigen positiven Punkte konnten nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass das Hotel einen Renovierungsstau hat und in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Prima Lage, gutes Frühstück

Das Hotel war mitten im Zentrum. Viele Restaurants waren in nächster Umgebung.

Das nächste Parkhaus war ca. 600 m vom Hotel entfernt. Man konnte nicht an das Hotel heranfahren, sondern musste die Koffer tragen. Es gab im Hotel keinen Fahrstuhl. Zimmer lagen aber auch in der dritten Etage.

Uns hat an dem Hotel gar nichts gefallen!

Alles. Der einzige Vorteil war die Lage mitten in der Altstadt!

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Central location. Perfect for sightseeing in Lüneburg. Very friendly and accommodating staff. On the first night we had very rowdy and inconsiderate neighbors, but the management very competently dealt with the problem - full marks for management leadership!

The hotel were in poor condition. We were locked out off the hotel in the evning because the lock did not work. It tok a long time before we help arrived.

The service was very nice. We got a phone call at the morning of the arrival and could agree a earlier entrance to the room which was very nice. Cause we had a appointment for a weeding. So it was very nice to fresh up after the long way. Next time in Lüneburg we will chose the hotel again.

This lovely old hotel is situated right in the center of beautiful Lüneburg where you can walk to everything or rent a bike about two blocks away to get around faster. We stayed on the top floor (80 steps up?), no elevator but we didn't mind as we live in Amsterdam. Our rooms were on the front of the building with a view over the many red brick roofs, with a little sitting area so a good sized room (#8). The owners explain everything which is great as they are not at the property at night.

Parking lot a little far away near the famous water tower but only €10 a day so worth the walk.

Central, taxis waiting nearby. nice view over the roofs from 3rd floor. Antique charm.

No lift, internet not working most of the stay, despite requests to fix it.

Ideal location in the center of the town, a short walk from the main sights. Very friendly staff.

It’s quite outdated and could do with a refurb. I only stayed at the hotel to sleep and not somewhere you would spend any time other than to sleep.

It is locatet in the Center, the sightseeing-highlights are nearby. Room, bath, breakfast were absolutely ok.
